They really did a great job

Lot of things were not completed by the time of closing. Still lot of issues exists and slow updates/follow-up on them. On the 2nd day post closing, a little wind blew the roof of covered porch. Not a good quality work. We can understand delay in closing date/home completion due to Covid/supply chain issues but workmanship/quality control is somewhat lacking

Whole experience was fine, just the loan process was frustrating

Seller's market by the time we bought the home, so the builder didn't really care about many things.

Overall not happy with Pulte sales builders or Pulte mortgage

Scott was our construction manager and we couldn’t have asked for better service and communication. Andrea was excellent as well, getting us started and seeing everything through until we closed!

First day at my new home, I found out that the living room and 2nd floor bathroom ceilings were wet. The construction people came in and I was told that this was due to the water leak in ac unit in the attic. The drain pipe was not connected to the ac, so water was pouring out straight down to the ceiling below. No one inspected that the ac unit was running properly! They had to cut open the ceilings and dry them. They brought in huge blowers that were loud and I wasn’t able to move in to my home for a week due to the ongoing repair. When I moved in, there was still water collecting in the drain pan in the ac unit in the attic. I complained about it and after two separate visits from ac contractors, they found out that there is a hole in the ac unit coil and they had to replace the coil. The toilet paper holder is missing in the 2nd floor bathroom and I have submitted a warranty request. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for it to be done. ... More

We purchased a home already under construction. The sales person was exceptional. However, the build process was not. We viewed the house about 3 weeks before completion and there were many issues that were not done. We provided a list and then had our build quality meeting about 1 week before close of escrow and virtually none of the items were corrected. After the meeting there was blue tape all over the house and even 1 wall was out of plumb and still remains that way. We were told that 100% of these items would be corrected and a final walk through was scheduled for the morning or our close. While they made a decent effort to correct the issues many still remained and some are not corrected today. On the day we moved in were were inundated by ants which destroyed most of the food we had purchased and ruined most of our cleaning supplies which we had to re-purchase. Paint was splattered on the floors, some walls were thin on paint, cabinets were damaged and also much of the sod was damaged or dead as well as planted trees which were also dead. Pulte has tried to fix most of these issues but should have not set up close of escrow until they were all complete so that we are not dealing with these issues while we are already in the home. ... The whole building process started good, but it took Pulte 8 extra months to complete the project resulting me extra 16k out of pocket (interest rate, month to month lease). Our builder Josh, and Stephanie was unresponsive most of the time. They simply did not care. Also, who pays for 450k but get a thermostat that is not even wifi capable?

I’ve had a few homes built in the past and can say Pulte is the best experience that I had. Pulte kept us informed all through the build. At the end we are satisfied with our new home. Sure we had a few minor punch list items but we are confident these will be resolved to our satisfaction. We very much enjoyed working directly with Sales (Bill), Design (Priya) and the Construction Manager (Erik and Matt) who made it a great experience.

Everyone,hands down!!! Showed their support and love in the process for my new home. The whole team was there every step of the way. Also Mike what an amazing guy who takes his time to fully understand what you want and makes it come through. The quality,build outcome, i would not change anything at all.Thank you Pulte for happiness,Thank you for a home.

Horrible customer service. Do not make customers feel appreciated. Took 2weeks for someone to respond to water leak repair

Very good and timely responses to any issues which home buyer encounter.

Not what I expected. difficult closing process, very messy final walkthrough and a ton of ending issues.

Our only gripe with Pulte was with the morning rtgage division. The building of our home has been amazing though. Even with the issues, they have been very responsive and quick to get them fixed.

During construction they talked about the levels of material to block out noise. Realizing there would be some potential noise I am disappointed from the noise above me. I know this is cookie cutter construction but given there were some options given there were some additional ones that should be included in a 62+ community, such as a bench seat in the shower. The ability to look at the construction on line was not helpful at all. The message never changed and nothing to see. When it is not a single house but a large complex with people moving in from all over, it might be a good idea to provide some information about the area. I am sure if you worked with the city/town they would be willing to put together some brochures or pamphlets of the businesses, town facilities, carpenters, painters, handyman, etc ... More

I told him there was a defect at home, They didn't improve quickly, therefore the problem got bigger, They don't respond quickly. I started to regret buying this house.

Not very responsive to correct defects

No kitchen designer been met with buyer. Can't design kitchen cabinets by the buyer.

1st week after closing the master bath floor started leaking. A big puddle in the kitchen from ceiling . I am not sure what kind of quality check happens before handing over the House.

It was tough getting one of these homes, but honestly the home is complete now and I am really happy with it which is what’s most important.

Some good some bad. Tough to communicate when you needed things done
