Given the current housing market, the price per SF for the house we bought is a bargain, esp in this community of young parents. The finishing, designs and colour schemes are simple but elegant. The building project managers and sales rep were always available to answer questions we had during the building process. Pulte has found us a home in a neighbourhood that exceeds all our needs. Looking forward to raising my children in this community for the foreseeable future.

We are so happy we moved here. The unit we bought is well and beautifully built.

Everybody did a great job we pretty much did everything from out of state and we communicated over phone or through email and it worked perfect and art did a great job keeping us informed and what the next process would be

I would say i had a moderate experience. Quality of home is good. Almost it took 15months to deliver the home. I had a bitter experience in my old apartment to extend the existing lease without knowing when this new home will be delivered. Had a good support from Pulte Mortgage and PGP title.

The Pulte agent Rachael is always been helpful and very prompt on responding. The price is what you expected for the housing market around the area. Quality and workmanship is not what I expected for the value I paid for the house. There are still items on quality issues that still unaddress after moving here more than a month.

Overall my experience was good. The house is amazing! love it. the only issue that may be impact the experience was the delay, but i know in supply chain issued that we are living, so besides that. everything was great

Code minimum builder. Need to improve customer experience

Had to delay closing by a week because what was promised after walk through was not done on time. The Sales Rep and Construction Site Managers were very responsive. Annoyed that company policy was to stain fence facing the road only and not the rest of it. Have had ant issues and faulty Dishwasher, which is currently being addressed.

Home quality is very poor in relation to the price we paid. Attention to detail is missing. Many minor issues that should have been discovered and taken care of prior to our move in. On site construction manager was not a good communicator or properly inspected home for delivery. Only bright thing is we have a very attentive customer service rep who is working thru our issues,

We did a walkthrough of the house even though it was not complete. The house was far from complete; we came up with 4 pages of items to be fixed. Not minor issues but major ones. We flew from NJ to FL to be disappointed with the house. Construction manager kept giving excuses as to why it was not complete.

It’sa good location and have nice floor plans/materials. When they were in a rush (all through 2021 and so far 2022) they made tons of obvious mistakes. It’s clear you’re not a priority. Make sure you get a comprehensive inspection, not just let them push you through a 10 minute “orientation”. My construction manager was abrasive and condescending, but I know that’s not true of all of them… (first one I had actually listened to us and treated us with respect). Unrelated to the builder, my closing was a mess - PGP Title *completely* inept - I think they were in over their heads with simultaneous closings. Might be worth it to use your own Title company. Overall, we are happy with our experience of having a house built by Pulte. We are moved in completely and we love our new home. Thanks to our construction managers, Shaun, Derek and Andrew for their professionalism and willingness to take the time to answer our questions during the build process.
