I have not lived full time in the unit, but everything seems fine. One issue with a ceiling light box for a light. No power to box. Hopefully it will ge resolved

To be honest, I exected more issuses to come up with our new home. I'm happy to say only minor things have happended so far. All of which, were handled swiftly. Nothing man made is perfect, but should be repaired without issue and we have found that with our new Pulte Home.

I was very pleased with our sales and project managers’ communication throughout the process. They were responsive and quick to help with any question or issue that came up. They also kept us in the loop if there were any milestones or changes. Loved working with them!

The amount paid for the house is compatible with the quality of the materials, location and community. We are satisfied with the house and support of team at Pulte Homes, despite the delay in solving some problems we had when we moved to the new house. Evan is very helpful.

The construction manager was very responsive to problems that arose during the final phase of construction.

The close date got moved back significantly (2 months). Once in the house the quality was great and it came out very nice. There have been some minor issues we've experienced since moving in, but Pulte is quick to send someone out to get them fixed.

Construction Manager was great. The workmanship is ok. In a year I’ll know more.

We never felt like one in the plenty. From sales to delivery each person was very personable yet professional.

The sales advisors were great to work with and followed up in a timely manner. However, the construction manager while trying to be rude, came off passive aggressive and rude. He didn't like when I pointed things out that needed to be fixed. Apparently, I'm "one of the people" that pick at every little thing. Im purchasing this house and expect it to be turned over in a great manner. Highly recommend for buyers to not be pushed over, but be stern and persistent to have issues addressed in a timely manner.

Having built several new custom homes in the past, I can say Pulte did a great job. Considering we built at the height of covid, they managed to keep our home somewhat on track. We were sent lots of pictures when we asked. I have always used a home inspector before the final walk thru and recommend using one. They always help find the things the untrained eye will miss. Hazel was great at closing time, making sure our punch out list was completed. We look forward to enjoying our new home for years!

The sales process was fantastic however the workmanship needs improvement as for the price it seems to have rushed work and the quality of trades are not to the standard I would expect for the price of home.

The finishing touches (delivering the home) could have gone another step in helping orient with home systems. Likewise, while we love the overall home, there are finishes (doors, lighting, fixtures, etc,) that could be of a higher quality.

I was fortunate to fall upon a move-in ready home in my preferred location. I feel the price was commensurate with market value and Laura was very professional and responsive in the sales process. The floor plan is ideal for my needs but I think the builders rushed to complete and lost quality in the details of the construction. Pulte has a great respiration in my area and I am overall very satisfied with my new home.

Overall, it was a good experience!

We took spec home. As it is ready to occupy, we don't have any choice to make any structural changes. Overall experience with Pulte vuolde4 is good but their mortgage is not worthy.

This is our second Pulte home. Overall it was a good experience, but there are a lot of small things that need to be corrected.

Except for the price and the 4 month delay, happy with overall purchase

From start to finish… sales associate was amazing! She was absolutely phenomenal and I would not have survived the process without her. Even after closing she was such an asset and worked with us to hold the builders and the trades accountable. The field manager is who I found made the biggest difference in our experience. We started with an amazing person, but halfway through switched to a new person who did not have the skill or ability to manage as many projects as he had. There was no follow through and no accountability for the actual construction of the home. This is the point we got his boss involved and everything changed. She was phenomenal and followed up with us making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Building a house is definitely stressful and not for the weary, but working with the right people made it much easier and overall, Pulte does put out a good product. My advice… stay involved and on top of things and be the squeaky wheel! They want you to be happy and they do care about their product and reputation so communicate with them and hopefully you have people that jump in to help like we did. ... More

I had a wonder build experience with Pulte in Potomac Shores, VA. Andrew was a great company rep and Robbie provided phenomenal response and support as the project manager throughout the build process. Home was completed on time and had minor craftsmanship corrections at the celebration inspection. Pulte had zero issues with my private inspector's feedback prior to pre-drywall and final walk-through inspections, and I was free to visit the home to check progress throughout the build. Zero regrets on my decision. Greatly enjoying the home.
