Overall we are very happy with our new Pulte home. From the start the Sales rep, Lindsey, was a joy to work with. She always provided good information and was responsive to emails and requests. Even after her part was done with, she still kept in contact and made sure things any concerns were addressed. The building process also went pretty smoothly. Not being in the construction business, it was hard to assess the timeframe on the progress. We received regular updates but that didn't tell me if we were 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months from completion. I'd recommend including an estimated duration for the next steps in each communication to the homeowner. I understand that can change but at least give a range. Also the time to meet with the construction team on walkthroughs was pretty limited. It always had to be M-F from 8-4. That meant taking time off work in order to meet. There should be some options for weekend meetings too. The loan closing process was fairly easy. It was just far from the location of the home. There should be options to meet for closing that are closer to the new home location. After closing, there are have been a few follow ups needed with Pulte. My experience with the team is that after closing there is a lot of finger pointing at another party being responsible. The finger pointing to another party is done without anyone even coming over to look at the issue. Pulte is still on the property working on other homes. We could have saved weeks of trading emails having and service people come out who said it's not their issue, if the onsite Pulte team had made the first effort to stop by the home and look at the issue. Our initial overall experience has been positive. We have only been in the home a little over one month and have been happy with our home. My rating may change once we have settled in, but as of now, I would recommend Pulte.

I am glad finally I got my new home, however it took much longer than it was promised. Quality is good but few things still to be fixed. Customer Care group is fixing certain things in the house which I have noticed after I moved in. One of the item still giving a lot of trouble, this item is conduit used for providing Internet Service for my house is damaged/clogged and I still do not Internet my after one month of my moving. Pulte Customer Care unable to fix this issue and I am dealing with Internet provider, AT&T to do whatever possible to provide Internet in my house. I do not know when it will be done. I am very unsatisfied with this issue. I hope Pulte Customer Care will provide all needed help to resolve this matter. Everything else is ok. Thanks Chandra ... More

There was a lot of handover during the duration from the day we made the deposit till we close the house which has created a lot of frustration and anxiety especially for a first time home buyer throughout but the team however, took great care of us till the delivery of the house which we were really grateful. Special shoutout to Lauren, Roxanne and Nate!

Please with most of the workmanship. When we had minor issues within our first month, response was swift. We are very please with our new Pulte home.

The quality of the home met expectations....some of the normal details that need attention will need to be addressed on the next visit to the home.

From the start of looking at the Pulte Rosewood Model, our purchasing experience was very good. Brittany was the best in answering questions and getting information. She was so helpful from start to finish and continues to assist us in these first weeks of ownership. Brittany and others went the extra mile in finding a great replacement to a broken shutter, helping out in an emergency and providing an extra step for my husband who is not well. This caring group of Pulte folks and cute one level home are just the best.

Overall my experience with Pulte Homes was very good. My first construction manager was dismissive of issues I brought to him but he left and was replaced by John who was amazing! Jonna in the sales office was wonderful and so sweet to work with. I am loving my home!

Great team to sell and build homes. Pleasant, smooth, and fast experience. However, the walls do not provide adequate soundproofing (I can see neighbors' voices from my bedroom, bathroom, entrance by the kitchen. Also, there were 1/2 inch gaps between the dry walls and cement slab in the garage (so, bugs could get under the dry wall towards the wooden structures). I had to calk it and cover with molding. Otherwise, I am happy with my home.

Quality of work was very solid. Communication, not so much. We had 3 different construction managers. The last one was excellent, but prior to that, unless we asked what was going on, we got very little communication.

Overall good Mortgage rates higher than market rate

Our experience has been a mixed bag. Pulte has been pretty good with rectifying issues with our service calls etc. But there have been lot of quality issues we have been needing to address. As long as expectations are tempered and you are patient in the overall process things will get done. Our construct has been a great resource for us throughout the process.

From what we have experienced to date, we are pleased with the quality of construction and responsiveness to our concerns. Our sales representative, Vanessa, and construction manager, Jesse, have been especially helpful.

The builder was and their representatives were professional on all aspect of the built. The GC paid attention to the details during the time of the built, because we lived out of town during the time period.

Supposed to close in October, closed in February. Home looks great, I do have a rain gutter dumping out into the front of my walkway, so people walk through a big puddle. Workers were kind and considerate of my job and how limited knowledge.

Firstly, Lynette is a wonderful person to work with. She helped us in getting the lot we are interested in and made our process very easy from signing the contract and until we moved in. While in the construction stage I worked with Ali, our construction manager who is an another wonderful person that I met during the process. He was very patient to answer all my questions and really took care of us with everything we wanted in our new home. Overall I'm very much satisfied that I chose Pulte.

Overall was a good experience purchasing my home. The home is beautiful but like any new home there are always small issues that arise after you move in. The service request line is quick to respond and fix what’s needed. Overall I’m satisfied and don’t have any regrets.

I would recommend Pulte Homes. I’ve been in my house 3 weeks and of course there are things I hoped to select like hardware, flooring, carpet, etc but it was a new and ready in 2 months which I needed. Make sure you go over every detail though so you know exactly what you are getting and there are no surprises at closing and final walk through like with what happened to me. I’m still happy though.

As a first time home buyer my experience with Pulte homes was great they made things very simple from getting Insurance to getting Mortgage. Interest rates offered by Pulte Mortgage was incomparable with any of other builders out there in market during this tough times.

The Great - The Consturction manager and the lady conducting the celebration walk through , Pulte Mortgage and PGP Title folks were outstandaing and they made all the diference. Not So Good: The Sales Agenet.Least said is the better.

It is good to have your own real estate agent with you who is knowledgeable in new home builds with Pulte. The builder does not have your best interests in mind in many cases, so it is very helpful to have a impartial experienced advocate. It also is important to know that when you do your structural meeting with the sales team that they will hide a lot of things from you. There are many options they won't show you and they will mislead you based on what they have been told to push. You should ask to review all available options even though it takes longer. Ask questions about the options. If you wish something could be done, ask what option would make that happen. Hopefully your sales person won't lie and say something can only be done at the design meeting when it has to be done during the structural meeting because once you lock in the structural contract, it cannot be changed--no matter what. Also, be aware that if you want anything other than the default pool, you need to separately schedule a pool design meeting. I love the fact that Pulti has dozens of inspections from start to finish. I wish the buyers could have more than two home inspections. The tile company really needs to do a better quality control of each step when doing floors. Most floor jobs cover a large area and to get each step correct is critical.

Construction Manager was great! He kept me abreast of the progress of my home! Quality of construction and overall work was great! Had some difficult time dealing with Pulte Loan process group! But at the end it all worked out!

The design and style of Pulte Homes, location and the neighborhood layout are what lead to our decision to purchase a Pulte home. We are very happy with our home overall. That said, to be honest there are some small quality issues, which the team is quick and responsive to resolve, but they do exist. At the end, there was some rushing and it resulted in floors and paint splatters not being fully cleaned up and some other small blemishes like excess grout in the master shower, etc. I would highly recommend Pulte, they are great to work with.
