Sale representative Jose is nice. Field Manager Shaun is very patient and supportive. However, the response from warranty group needs to be improved.

Overall experience was good, I’m just not use to the slow Florida construction schedule.

Purchased primarily for the location and immediate development/community. Quality build and construction with a few over the top features often dictated by over zealous local inspectors. As a spec home, Pulte limits your choices and say in much of the design but this is standard. These are not custom homes. Overall build, fit and finish is very good. Minor issues have been addressed promptly. Final move in readiness also very good but disappointed in condition of garage floor as there were lots of spots of plaster mud and other debris that must now be removed once the weather warms. And will require us to empty the garage for them to do this! ... More

To date Brian has resolved the items I’ve found needing correction and or repair. I closed at the end of January but will be moving in the end of March AA I needed to come back to AZ to close the home I had here. I hope the Pulte response to action items I may find upon return is still high level customer satisfaction

Really happy to work with our builder Kevin, Very good experience working with him. But we are not happy with couple of things, We didn't get the brick and appliances which are promised from pulte group

Building a home is difficult, and Pulte is a good company to do it. However, the design meeting, where you pick out the furnishings, was a disaster. Lots of issues with supply chain that I think could have been averted. Overall workmanship was excellent except for some glaring issues that were identified but not corrected. Still having issues arise. Their customer service line is wonderful, but the "special" one for appliances is really bad. I am not sure if the correct title is site manager, but he seems to be the one everyone asks questions of at the site. That one person cannot be everywhere and counts on those who work at the site to do their best. Some of the people who work on the homes are very sloppy, I.e., touch up paint dropped on the floor, cleaning was marginal and legal firm's notification of closing delay done on day of closing was disappointing. Do we like the house - yes. Are we glad we bought - yes.

The buying experience was Ok. Although there were multiple small fixes, pulte has fixed the things even after closing.

The design that what was shown in the model home is what we got. Small issues here and there, some things which they said they would do, they said they won't after we signed, but they were minor items....but dropped the trustworthiness score for that. Value was good relative to other homes but the quality seemed to be rushed and thus not great. They are responsive to issues.

Construction manager consistently kept us in touch during the building process. Provided pictures which were helpful being out of state. Any touch ups after we closed were addressed in reasonable time.

My experience in living in properly sealed home is the comfort level in very high. waking up in the morning is not a big deal any more cause of the material of the carpet and flooring is high quality.

The PM in charge of my house construction was great. He was always keeping me informed, on schedule, and when an issue happened, he has been always taking care of it, immediately. The only thing I miss is the option of being able to make changes to the house, like the flooring, along the way.

Overall, I think the builder provides solid quality and value for the money. Mine was a model though it had only just been framed when I signed the contract. If you buy a model, there is absolutely no flexibility from the builder. The answer to every question is no. I didn't think that was necessary, but just be prepared. Further, some of the information they leave out is annoying, i.e. the finish of the walls. Or the items that are extra, low cost, but annoying, i.e. no keypad for the garage is included, or the poor looking garage floor. Having said that, it does appear to be a well-built house and the warranties seem to be a big positive. The construction manager is great, but again, his hands are tied. Some minors details, mostly finishing and flooring.

The home took a bit longer than estimated to be completed. But that is understandable given the supply chain issues plaguing every industry these past few years. Our Sales Consultant and Construction Manager did an outstanding job navigating the setbacks this caused and ensured our closing date, once established, did not get delayed. Although, a few minor things still needed touch-up after our move-in, we are satisfied with the overall quality of the home and their persistence to ensure any post-closing line-items are fully addressed.

As a first time buyer, I had a very positive experience. Kyle kept me up to date with the progress of the construction. During my walkthrough, he was very professional. He was a pleasure to work with during this process. Kyle was thorough during the walkthrough as he pointed out details and pending issues with the build while assuring me that he would personally see that each issue that needed to be complete or corrected. As the closing date was approaching, he organized all the trades involved and made sure to resolve all pending items on the build. Kyle was true to his word and I felt like I was heard, treated with respect and he made extra efforts to make sure that I would be satisfied when handing over the keys to the house. The house is good and John.is very responsible person. Answer the.mail and fix the.problem quickly.

We really enjoy our new Pulte home! It's a good quality home. We wish it was easier working with the closing company but Pulte Homes build good solid homes with great floorpans and we are very happy with our house. WE LOVE IT!

Although the home was delivered a month late, the construction team was responsive and kept us informed of progress and issues.

With Covid ending and supply chain issues, I am unsure where any blame should go. Our 1st Pulte home was very smooth, but this had many road bumps in the build. Pulte tried to fix everything quickly, but they had to rely on others, which was the issue. Ian also did not help. Next time I will look to rehab an existing house if there is a next time. Pultie's Superintendent gave us his best effort, which made things better.

All of the people were very eager to make things smooth for me and provided friendly, high-service experience. But there was always a limit to what they could do. If I wanted something outside of their scope, there was no price that simple additions could be added. My prior Pulte home had so many upgrade options that I was surprised that there were such hard limits for a simple upgrade.

Marianne (sales rep), Malcolm (project mgr), Andrew (Customer service mgr) are outstanding and have been a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, their workload is increased by the lack of responsiveness of the Pulse suppliers. I closed two months ago and I don't have the washer and dryer that I ordered. The workmanship from the cabinet supplier install team was surprisingly poor. Several structural issues were ignored. The painting crew was sloppy. I have permanent non-removable paint marks on my tile floor, and some damage from using paint remover on the floor tiles. The door jambs have irregular cutouts which prevents the doors from closing properly and staying closed. The pool and spa were permanently stained from construction debris and yet the pool contractor filled it with water and expected us to accept it in that condition. The lack of regard for the property during construction by the subcontractors seems to be the source of most of the issues on my punch list. Both bath tubs had to be resurfaced because the crews threw the protective liners into the swimming pool and used the tubs as trash receptacles. A large crow was trapped in the pool cage over a weekend because workers left the doors open. The crow put holes in the cage screens. We are very fortunate to have such dedicated partners in all this (specifically, Marianne, Malcolm, and Andrew). They work very hard to get issues resolved. They are amazingly customer focused. They remain positive and pleasant when presented with issues. I work full time and having to deal with a long punch list takes a significant amount of my time as well as the Pulte team. I think everyone's time is valuable and wish that the subcontractors shared that belief. ... More
