The home building process was extremely easy for me. The sales rep and construction manager did a great job. pulte’s title company were not easy to deal with.

Very happy with our new home

Overall the home was build within the defined timeline… there were delays here and there but those were minors so I am overall happy with the schedule…. Couple of options were changes during the process due to logistics issues but that’s not specific and in control to Pulte I guess… And once you commit to your options nothing can be altered thereafter… Good quality home and team on the ground is responsive but can’t say the same for there call center though…

The construction manager was a very good person to work with. I'd state that sales and the closing process was below average. It appeared the left foot didn't know what the right foot was doing. During the sale we were promised a few items that didn't come through. Issue was original sales person resigned right after we signed the contract and didn't leave any information on our sale. Person who took over sales never reached out with the exception of an email or two right before closing. If you purchase a home with Pulte document everything. Very good experience with the quality of materials, there was significant delays in the finalization but was during covid time

We had an unusual experience with hurricane Ian coming to our area about a month before our close. We were slightly delayed because of this but the house stood up well and overall we are pleased with the process.

Overall the experience was good, a solid 4/5. The main reason it isn’t a 5/5 is that the vendors that Pulte uses have been very unreliable with warranty work. A few have completely missed appointments with no notification. This is especially frustrating when I take a day off work in order for this work to be done. Otherwise, the process was great, the customer care person is wonderful as well as the project manager.

1st, for the area, super great value for what you paid for. Other builders charging more for less. 2nd, craftsmanship and vendors could be better but the employee market is bad. 3rd, layout of townhome, very nice. Overall, love the house.

November of 2021 my wife and I visited Surprise, AZ with the possibility of purchasing a house. We read on the internet about Pulte homes for sale. When we lived in California there was a Pulte development next to our neighborhood and we went to see what the homes had to offer. The homes we saw were appealing on the outside and offered many features in the inside that made the house worth buying. When we decided to leave California for Arizona and we saw the Pulte homes for sale we made the decision to look at them again. We made an appointment with Courtney just before Thanksgiving and visited a couple of model homes and fell in love with the Prado. It offered allot of space, vaulted ceilings, covered patio, and many other extras that made the home very desirable. A day later after meeting with Courtney we put earnest money down for the process to begin. Almost to the day our home was completed in November of 2022. Courtney was very consistent with keeping us informed of what was happening with the home during the building process. The construction manager (Tony) contacted us after a couple of months after we purchased the home and contacted us almost every week to keep us up to date on the building process. Two months before we moved in we got another construction manager (Jennifer) as Tony transitioned to another city in Arizona. Jennifer and Tony were excellent during the building process and always communicated with us what was happening and what was going to occur next. My wife and I are happy with our Pulte home and moved in just after Thanksgiving and Christmas. There have been only a few cosmetic flaws that have been fixed by Pulte in a timely fashion. We are fortunate to have a great team of Pulte employees. The experience was pleasant. There was some issues but were able to work thru them.

Communication is vital to a successful build relationship. Ask for weekly status updates while making sure you are clear (before starting the process) on what your expectations are.

I am very happy with my purchase of a Pulte home. The sales rep & construction managers were great to work dueing the process.

Happy with our new home, just normal punch list items which are being resolved quickly. Only complaint I would have is the looooooonnngg build process.

Nice home - but amazing how many things we thought should be standard (our Florida buying experience) were upgrades with Pulte. Because of this, we were not able to get the quality of house we previously constructed three years ago in Florida.

Very responsive customer service from all pulte representatives! Build quality is solid, but there are some things that could have been cleaner. No issues impacting anything other than looks.

Our overall experience, while challenging at times was very good. Towards the end of the process, we had a few hiccups, but we trusted and continue to trust Harrison to make good on the fninshed product

Great house nice community

Sometimes simple is great. We purchased a townhouse and didn't have too many criteria so Pulte was a perfect fit. Diandra and Madison were wonderful to work with. The design and selection process was effortless thanks to both of them! We bought at a time where supply was a common issue but Dustin ensured everything was built to expectation and in some cases exceeded.

I am pleased with the quality of my home and all that care and attention to detail was utilized throughout the whole homebuilding process.

The overall experience was good. We were able to monitor the process frequently and were provided information and updates about the status from the construction manager. The closing date was 3-4 weeks later than the estimated, however. The condition of the house is good and any issues are being dealt by the builder
