Overall the home was to my standards. The only complaint I have is the back yard. It was left a mess and unfortunately sod installation was not included back there which takes down the value of the home. The builder kept in contact the entire time with multiple updates so communication was great. I've had to submit quite a few work orders since moving in so small issues but they've been great at taking care of these problems.

This is a great home.

FOR PULTE BUILDERS The house we purchased almost in double price they charge us, with all extra works , hmm obviously more money, All Material cheap quality , sometimes where roof not in level , same thing with exterior and floor. Some outlets are loose from wall, Garage door works very slow and doesn’t close lot of time. Kitchen cabinets are cheap quality with makes shuts sound. When we walk on second floor, sounds like roof will broke soon . Specially the Paint is not a paint , it’s just like a cheap primer only. They have gone wrong with what was promised in having the property ready in 24 hours after having made the closing, in such a hurry to close and it is still not ready, 29 days have passed and nothing has been done on the property, who is the person responsible? Although according to them they are cosmetic repairs, it is a new house and enough time has passed for it to be ready. I imagined that they will give me some reimbursement for what happened. I need response and action now.

Exceptional building experience. The superintendent went above and beyond.

We closed our house with a couple unfixed issues. And as we moved in, we found more issues on the flooring and AC installation. So we have to contact the warranty team to fix them, But they just replied and then disappeared for two months. They do not care about you at all once your house is closed. So make sure you check everything carefully before closing.

We contracted in April 2021, and while there were some supply delays, the lack of communication and timing by the construction team caused us to wait 14 months to close. They were still working in the house the day of closing and had to be let in throughout the next two weeks to finish items. It has been 5 weeks from closing and we are still waiting for some work to be completed. The sales team is great but the workmanship and all around delays are horrible.

Straight forward honest staff.

My whole experience from start to finish dealing with Pulte was fantastic. Cathy was my sales person she was very thorough very honest and made the transition easy.Justin was the point man at my house on the construction side he was fabulous very responsive very respectful. I would highly recommend buying a home from Pulte.

Our sales agent, Zorinel, was great. We should have taken more time looking at all the options for lots and size of homes. But, at the end of the day we are happy with the floor plan we chose but we could have chosen a bigger lot. The construction process was very difficult not only because of the lack of people to work and lack of supplies but we had a very bad experience with the back sliding doors. Somebody screwed up big time with these. The doors were bigger that the frame of concrete and therefore they had to break the concrete to fit the doors. It took maybe 6 months for the doors to be installed. The end result is not what we expected. There are hollow areas where critters can come through. There is still a lot of stucco to be applied to the framing and it's been 2 months since we closed and it has not been taken care of. Our field manager during the entire construction process, Adam, did everything he could to deliver the house in the best condition. Very hard working person. The team at Pulte was proficient and good to work with - very timely in response to inquiries and issues. The quality of some finishes makes me question their subcontracting - rushed and not good value for price paid. If I buy another home, I would go with the basics and hire out my own contractors for higher quality finishes and materials.

Make sure the future homebuyers know up front that they will be responsible for the sprinkler system water and get it in writing . Also give the homeowners more time than an hour to inspect the outside/inside of property during celebration tour. Both myself/spouse and pulte manager missed a lot of flaws. Basically this tour was rushed. Even the closing day too!!

Process was a bit frustrating. The people were nice but frustrations were more so due to promised timeframes being extended due lack of materials causing prices and interest rates to go up. Some quality issues after moving in such as 2nd story floor bouncing when walking on it, not all of the touch ups were completed when asked, light bulbs going out 1 month after move in.

Most unfortunate experience, closing with the Pulte owned title company a fiasco, did not honor agreements offered in writing at time of contract signing, Non existence post closing assistance just keys delivery, no warranty deed provided until realtor insisted. failing to provided a forced title insurance purchase despise offering optional payment at a cash transaction, after 33 days of closing I have yet to receive policy certificate, house not ready, expect completion current week .

The initial process of buying and the beginning of the construction process was great. My salesperson was fantastic during the process. He was quick to address my questions and concerns and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was definitely a pleasure to work with. Once the construction process was coming to an end, the two-way communication with the construction manager wasn’t as great. I was told that he’s very busy which I understand. However, perhaps having two people for the job would be better so that the buyer can get their questions answered and things followed up on in a timely manner. Now that I’m all closed, there’s still a couple of lingering things I wanted addressed but I’m over chasing it down and will have to have someone else come finish it up. All in all, I had a good (not great) experience with the process with Pulte and I’m enjoying my new home. ... More

OVERALL LOVE THE HOME.

Living in town it was easy to see the progress of the new building! Mary was excellent meeting with her! Nancie took over and kept everyone well informed with emails! Closing and move in we’re assigned! It was easy to change the move in date! We did encounter a few hiccups after move in! However Chris took care of them! Everything was fixed in a timely manner! So far Riverside Woods has been very enjoyable.

Builder is good and helped us in all aspects

I paid over 40k my floating stairs and it was just terrible on closing day. My biggest issue is the superintendent being switched mid job and receiving complaints about txt messages on weekends because he doesn't work weekends but still hasn't responded to texts I sent Tuesday. this is my second pulte home my first superintendent is 1000x better. u guys told me to goto Sherwin Williams and gave me a piece of paper w no line of paint and the superintendent didn't know and couldn't get a hold of the painters. so didn't get any paint. found out it's. painters edge and it's $15 a gallon.... not happy about that. they also don't sell it at any of the stores is commercial only.... the gates weren't working when I moved and HOA said no it's just me but it wasn't lol. I do love the fact they made the wolf range happen before closing. Karen was amazing I had been looking for a home in summerlin and all the bidding for lots drove me nuts so to be able to come up and just buy a property was the best part of this experience. also Christina at the design center is absolutely amazing and best communication I've had at pulte. focus electric and plumbing are great too. the process was long difficult and stressful but financially the best decision I made this year in real. estate. ... I made the closing with missing appliances, they told me that the next day they would come to install these, it has been 6 weeks and I have not had a response, I have written to customer service and they do not pay attention to my mails. Indeed, they warned of delays in deliveries of household appliances; but other neighbors that are under construction already have all their appliances, I made the mistake of closing trusting their word.

Everyone I worked with at Pulte has been great. Very personable, very professional, very knowledgeable; a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the materials used, however, is a bit below expectations. When one pays almost a million for a house one expects a higher level of quality.

We ended up with two contractors during this home-buying process. Our first contractor was Kyle and he tried to update us on a regular basis. Daniel jumped in at the six-month mark when Kyle left. He provided weekly updates and tried to address any issues we saw when we visited the property.
