Pros: The construction manager was very nice and responsive to questions about the build process and timeline. We were able to choose between different packages for the design (flooring, paint color, cabinet color, appliances). The end product is awesome and I'm very happy with having a new build home. Cons: The painters got paint on everything (light fixtures, flooring). There are two stains on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The blinds that Pulte had as an option do not work (loud clicks and don't close all the way).

Don’t get me wrong we love our home… there were some cosmetic issues that I feel should’ve been addressed, and some that still need to be addressed. A lot of my windows are the wrong size which leaves small gaps on the sides.. one window is completely different than the others. We have been working with them on getting our screens all replaced, because they were all too small. I don’t think my yard was leveled before the sod was laid (seems a little lumpy) and whoever did our sprinklers didn’t bury one of the sprinkler heads…. there was paint on the rails of the banister upstairs. Like I said it’s a lot of smaller cosmetic things but things that I feel should have been addressed and spotted by the builder considering the price we paid. Good and building process is good

Price and quality of the house is great. Supervisor Gavin was so helpful to fix the issues which left unfinished by sub contractor. I am so happy that I Choose this Pulte home builder and the Windsor Community.

We enjoyed every process of our house building. The quality of the house and overall experience has been marvelous for us. Molly is excellent, polite, and cooperative. She is responsive with quick replies and also helped us understand every step since we were first buyers, especially since we are from an international country. Nathan- Our experience with Nathan as a construction manager is very impressive. He helped us to explain every detail of the house and all the other tiny details were taken care of before we moved. We like Nathan more than the previous manager and are happy that the process was taken care of by Nathan while we walked our house. The warranty team responded quickly for urgent issues regarding pests and fallen trees.

Was not able to select finishes or upgrade cabinets, bathtub, flooring, paint colors etc. would have liked to upgrade from contractor grade. Design issue with downspout draining water by front door and driveway making it impossible to enter unit with walking thru river, design of walk in shower leaking water onto bathroom floor.

I enjoyed my experience with Pulte as a first-time homebuyer. My sales rep was great to work with as was the construction manager. My house was delivered within a month of their original estimate from the day I signed on which was pretty miraculous considering the state of the supply chain during my build. Pleased with the final product. My one complaint after move-in has been dealing with the customer care team on the minor follow-up fixes. Lots of time on the phone on hold, slow turnaround times and have had some misses on scheduled service dates.

The home manager for Pulte who was overseeing the build of the house was very responsive, and easy to speak with.

We had a few issues, only one big issue with the Power Company sub who does the hookup from the box to the house, which ended up delaying our closing a week. Pulte was good to work with especially the site construction manager, who was very excellent at keeping us informed as we were moving from out of state. At move-in we had a very short punch list of items and most were completed within the first few weeks.

One thing I’m totally disappointed with Pulte workmanship is the way the doors are fixed - All doors (except for 1) in first floor and second floor in our house are rattling. I have not seen that happen in any house. Apparently we were told that, that issue cannot be fixed. Wish someone could help. Other than that, we are overall happy with the construction and the response to our concerns. Will definitely recommend Pulte to others but will be happy if the doors issue is taken care of.

Was a good experience. My realtor Pam was great. Very knowledgeable regarding the overall house purchase & process. All of the Pulte members that I engaged with were available when I had questions. Seth was also very helpful. Spoke with him frequently. Thank you for this opportunity to share my experience.

Unfortunately, we bought a spec house that was almost completely built, so we had no opportunity to choose design options, nor any ability to provide owner supervision during construction. So, there were issues with workmanship and poor-quality material, That being said, the assistance in getting all issues resolved has been excellent. Carina has been very helpful and professional in getting all our problems resolved.

The process took a lot longer than expected. This construction manager kept us updated every step of the way and managed our expectations. The workmanship of the house is good and the quality of materials is good.

Shane was a very good person to work with. Did what he said he would do and in very ample time.

We have had a great experience building with Pulte. I gave 4/5 stars for the value because the selections given were not top quality and I wish that they had better selections available for home buyers.

This is our first time buying a new construction build and we literally stumbled across this new construction site on a random Sunday afternoon. We met the builders sales agent, Jennifer, who gave took the time to explain to a couple of newbies what the new construction process. We needed an expedited timeline and with Jennifer's constant help, support, empathy and kindness we were able to move into a brand new, gorgeous Pulte townhome in just about 3 months from the day we met her on that Sunday afternoon. The house is solid and well built. You can tell that Pulte puts a lot of pride into the home. The home itself is worth the money. Unfortunately the quality of the cabinets is less than we would expect for the price of the home. The worst part is the painting. The paint is very cheap and I don't think the painter bothered to mask anything or cover the floors. There's paint on all of the switchplates and dripped onto the floor. The good part of this is that Pulte is very responsive to getting this fixed.

Some of the materials used is questionable - particular the cabinets. Another issue was with finishing of ceiling after we spotted a problem, and the rework has some flaw in appearance. Flooring tiles installation was not good, but we are told that smaller tiles will have issues. Pulte must not offer those tiles if they do not have good installers. Overall - quality of workmanship is not good or great.

Easy experience. Closing took less than 30 minutes.

Experience with builder was good. Builder was very helpful and responsive.

Great team that cares about the clients

It took 18 months to build our home. Encountered a lot of issues with supplier delays and worker shortages. Overall, the project manager did a good job considering he is responsible for the construction of 40 homes.

Pulte is a great builder the construction manager Lincoln was amazing, he always responded to calls even when the calls where though, he was truthful and on he’s job and mad sure things where getting done.
