Bought home in Santa Rita Ranch. Home building process was delayed initially due to no traders availability. Framing was not done properly but corrected upon inspection report. If I hadn’t done inspection I would have gotten bowed studs in many places. Plumbing placement was done improperly and close to wall which was corrected after inspection report done at the final stage. Again this could have missed if I didn’t do inspection. There were definitely quality issues compared to Pulte standards. How ever I am giving 4 star reviews because of my construction manager Steven. He did terrific job in resolving my concerns and resolved most of the reported issues on time. He made my home delivered within time I wanted. Without Steven’s support I probably left with unhappy home. I am happy with final product and thanks to Jessica who is my sales agent and she was always available to answer my questions and escalated few issues for me. I got a wonderful team. My experience with the Pulte Builder was good. They kept me up to date on each progression that was made throughout the house and the next steps to take place.

Building a home in this crazy home environment is not easy. Having a great Construction Manager makes a huge difference. He made sure everything was to our liking. If something wasn’t done correct, he made sure it was fixed.

Purchased Corporate spec. Disappointed not able to make a couple reasonable and needed changes for safety and security. I am an 81-year-old buyer. Construction supervision excellent. Communication and responses excellent. Warranty questions and service so far excellent.

Tyler was excellent during our construction process. He has been very responsive and fixed issues that came up on the day of closing. This is our second Pulte build, Tyler was by far a better representation of Pulte value and trust than our last experience in 2017.

The process was quick and on time. Pulte offered so much help and resources in terms of funding. The quality of work was impressive. I’m very happy with the whole process.

Had a very good project manager to work with who stayed on top of things for us. Kept us informed especially with supply challenges.

We enjoyed working with Pulte as they built our home. They were very responsive at the beginning, as we had one sales person for our community of ~40 homes. However, our sales person ended up leaving Pulte and there was a decent gap where questions were hard to get answered due to this. Otherwise the build process was actually very smooth and our house closed on time. We did have a list of items that still needed to be completed post-close. I highly recommend getting these done before you close on your home. It seemed like once we closed, the list of items to be completed were put on the backburner as they focused on other homes that weren't complete yet. We are still waiting on some items to be completed over a month after our closing (which is why I rated responsiveness a 3). Love our home. Construction team was great.

Our site superintendent Javier was great to work with. Any issues we had were taken care of promptly and professionally

The home is wonderful. Very happy with it. Pultes sales agent did not do the best job keeping us updated. Working on getting several things on the punch list fixed. Still waiting on the correct light fixtures in 3 bathrooms and a light in the fourth. We are very happy with the construction manager. He communicated with us and was helpful.

Our construction manager made the difference. He was excellent. Our 30 day follow up has been on time and they have just about got everything complete that needed repaired or replaced. So far so good.

Pulte construction and craftsmanship was good. Smooth move-in experience. But they could be better in choosing appliances. Dint get the same feel of trust with their appliances.

Good developer and great sales team/ construction managers that are very helpful and communicative throughout the process.

The Realtor at the location Erik has been very professional, has a lot of knowledge about the homes and is very responsive to all of the questions about our new home. Lloyd has also done a wonderful job keeping us in the loop during construction and with answering questions about the workings of a smart home and it's functions.

My main concern was water in the basement during construction. The grading was not fully finished until 1-2 wks before closing and water almost was accumulated in the basement after snow or rain. We raised our concern multiple times and got various excuses.

This is the first house we build from scratch and we are happy with Pulte overall. We were able to customize the house to meet our needs and the building process was fairly smooth. The project manager was very knowledgeable and kind. The close date was delayed 21 days over the initial estimate, which caused us a few headaches but considering the whole COVID situation, it wasn't that bad.

The sooner you decide upon purchasing the better. This should allow you to make a number of style/contents decisions which would be unable to be done if buying later the construction process. My experience with Pulte has been a favorable one. Realizing that there's a lot going on and that the times we live are challenging enough, overall we are confident that our decision to buy at Pennington was/is the right one.

Prices are higher than usual this days

Had a great experience starting with my initial visit as given free license to explore the different layout models. They do a great job with assigning you a personal agent to communicate with throughout the process. Loved the extra touch of being able to contact the construction manager and see your home being built through the phases. Closing went well and inspection too though had to call a few times for a couple cosmetic things that still needed to be taken care of afterwards

Straightforward process focused on getting you a home. Professional construction manager that pays attention to details and interested in walking you through clarification patiently.

Enjoyed the process and watching everything come together

Overall the home was to my standards. The only complaint I have is the back yard. It was left a mess and unfortunately sod installation was not included back there which takes down the value of the home. The builder kept in contact the entire time with multiple updates so communication was great. I've had to submit quite a few work orders since moving in so small issues but they've been great at taking care of these problems.
