Seller rush to get closing. But there are so many thinks are not ready for the walk through. After moving in, many stuff were not working.

We want to give this a higher rating but we just can't. Pulte tries hard to provide a quality home, and their floorplans are excellent, but the contractors just did such a poor job, which ruins the potential. Paint contractors had to come back out on MULTIPLE occasions and the quality of paint still to this day is amateur at best. The contractors installing trim did a bad job and still to this day there are peices of broken trim that was just painted over and never replaced. The ceiling has spots in it where the stamping was done incorrectly. These are just a few of the examples, it seemed like every contractor that came in to do their trade was rushing and did a poor job or damaged something else while they were here and it wouldn't get fixed for a long time. All that being said, we still do love our home, we are just a little disappointed in the quality of worksmanship and the fact we're going to have to spend our own time over the years fixing things that should have been done right the first time. At the time our home was being built, there were MANY other homes being built in the neighborhood and the crews were rushed, no doubt, and the construction manager had way more jobs on his plate than he should have had, and to my understanding they have limited the number of houses being built to make up for this, so you may want to take that into consideration. Just know if you choose Pulte, you will need to keep a close eye on the construction of your home and be a pest to the construction manager to try to get things done right. Overall home buying experience was great.

Our Pulte sales lead was a breath of fresh air. Her business and new home acumen exceeded all expectations. Marissa followed up on all sales, design and new home questions. A very kind and professional approach. This was our 8th new home and ranked as one of the lowest in home construction. We bought multiple upgrades on just about all materials. The product was what we had hoped for, unfortunately the the finish installation was poor and second rate in some instances. Among the worst was paint, drywall and electrical. Too many items to list and comment on. Since our move in, we have had several warranty calls and follow up on multiple issues. Mike and his warranty team have done a great job following up with timely responses and service calls to address some of the issues. We love our home, floor plan and neighborhood. We love it here. So grateful and lucky we landed with an outstanding sales person. Just wish your fit and finish was up to the standards and quality stated in all your brochures and advertisements. House seems like it was rushed a lot of issues since being in house 1 month need to take a little more time to have more quality of work

Pulte Homes does not do what they say they will. Sales Staff (Mark) is dishonest and not transparent about lot release dates, pricing or timelines. The Construction Staff (Robbie) deflects and places the blame on the sub-contractors. Which is silly considering Pulte Homes is ultimately responsible and pays the sub-contractors. They have not been responsive to the 12 month warranty items. Customer Care Team (Mariah) does not respond to service requests. If you have any other option choose them. You will not get what you pay for from Pulte Homes and their customer service is atrocious.

A little delay in delivery, which i understand due to the supply and demand issues.

Overall we had a good experience buying through Pulte. The value and quality of the home per square footage was much better than other similar builders, such as Perry and Highland. But sometimes there was sloppiness in the details of the home (painting the garage), but overall I am very pleased. This was my second Pulte home, and I would buy through them again.

My purchasing experience was very smooth. My team held my hand throughout the entire process. Everytime I have a question it only took an hour to have a very detailed response. I would recommend Pulte to my friends and family. We are so excited be be in our new home.

Pulte was not good on communicating throughout home building process. Although there were issues with delivery of items. Delays or missing items were never recieved. Because of the delays i had additional unexpected costs.

At a first excited glance, everything looks okay, but with time, you start to see the imperfections. The base boards are some of the worst I’ve seen. A lot of unpainted uncaulked areas. The stairs as well, paint drips, uncaulked seams, exposed areas. Some unpainted areas In ceiling. It was a rushed job and I get that they’re building in bulk, but for the amount of money paid, you’d expect a little more care.

Covid delayed material deliveries extended our build and closing date Consequently our rate increased 1.5 points The materials were acceptable, but installation ruined some of the cabinet doors Painting was poor to average even though we opted for higher level 2 tone paint scheme Kitchen backsplash marble looks bad Garage door won’t go down, keeps reversing Pulte has scheduled trades to address all punch list items and we shall see if fixes are made to our satisfaction

Great experience with Lisa and Jordan!! Back end follow-up team after we closed and completed working with Jordan lacked in response time. Took way too long for backend team to follow-up on issues post closing. Again, Lisa and Jordan were FANTASATIC.

Jennifer and Michael our sales person and construction manager were truly great going above and beyond. There are a few small things that still need done but overall entire experience was wonderful.

Love our Pulte home! We had an easy time getting through the initial processes and once building started everything was easy and pretty quick. Only reason I knocked a star off of workmanship…is because the drywall/texture crews could be a bit better on their finish out. There is a couple places that texture is wavy and corners have been rubbed smooth by their trowels. Paint crews water their paint down tremendously. Other than that, everything is pretty good and the house is comfortable. We are extremely happy with everything!

Pulte delivered in the time that they said they would from the beginning. Pulte was responsive to issues found during the build. Overall it was a good experience to get the house built.

The overall sales experience was amazing. Quick responses to issue and questions. The closing experience also excellent. The aftercare is where improvements are warranted. Slow to respond to open tickets and resolve. I liken it to buying a new car and the aftercare service to the car lacking. Pulte homes are too beautiful and they need yo work in improving their after and customer care experience.

Limited options, Painting work is poor, rough plumbing for basement bathroom not laid out correctly.

Our sales rep Danny was great. Our framing and drywall inspections were fine. There was zero quality control after drywall was installed. Closing day was hectic with multiple major repairs being made. The “celebration” was a joke. It was spent identifying large and small issues around the house. Many have been resolved, but most are still pending. Damaged entry doors, broken flooring, scratched tubs and more touch up. We love the layout of the home and our lot.

From starting Pulte helped us to understand the process but the way it was explained steps are not that much formal or as described on first day. Frame inspection was just a walking in framed house. It was projected like a informative session and guided tour to take pictures of important places where studs and wiring are there. I have few issues after moving in. Response to send someone was pretty good but resolution of my issues are yet pending. Last but not least...no flexibility to change or add anything. Quality of house is very good. It is sound proof from out side but inside,I can communicate from first floor washroom to master bedroom washroom even by whispering. ... More

I have really appreciated the responsiveness of Pulte’s staff. When warranty issues come up, they are fixed quickly and efficiently. However, the townhome I purchased is far less sound proof than advertised. I expected to hear loud sounds, but I can frequently hear doors closing and muffled talking.

We had a great experience considering us all living in a pandemic/COVID period. Reputable home building company and enjoyed working with all involved.

Wish that more “upgrades” such as soft close kitchen drawers were part of the basic home package at this price point ($500k+).

It’s been just over a month that I closed my first home, and I have seen a few issues with overall build quality. Even though Pulte uses good materials, overall workmanship can be only given 3 stars. I raised my hand on a few issues, and the site manager responded that they are working on it; however no response or actions were shared with me after that correspondence. This is not the service I am expecting for the price paid. I understand that a home is built by a human and there will be some errors, however I expect quick response to issues for the premium home price paid from my hard earned dollars. ... More
