Pretty happy with our new Pulty home. Our superintendent resigned recently, but it appears thing will get better with our new guy. We were a little disturbed that all our neighbors have a punch list of minor thing as we do, even though they have been here for 10 months. Just little annoyances. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with once we make contact. They should finish up all the existing homes before they plunge ahead with the new ones. Construction manager John is awesome. Excellent at dealing with issues in a timely manner. Quick responses give us peace of mind. Some of the craftsmanship could use some improvement. Pulte is more focused on quantity over quality

Hi, I bought a home at one of the Pulte communities recently and the home buying process was clear and very easy. the construction manager Josh helped a lot and explains all the Queries at the right time as I am the new buyer. I would recommend Pulte to anyone.

Sales rep was not forthcoming and not up to date with information. It was obvious he was being cautious with what he communicated. Customer Care seemed more about ensuring that issues were addressed and closed as quickly as possible rather than focusing on customer satisfaction. Rep was not helpful and challenging to work with/communicate with.

Pulte has left me with empty promises. It is now been 40 days since I closed on my home and I still have blue tape in my house, crack in my bathtub, scratches on hardwood, kitchen cabinets not complete. I warn you to not close until the home is to your satisfaction.

Everything was a lie the price on the value of the home is off $262,000 you made extra in profit the work and ship was poor had nothing but problem since I moved in over 34 of them and they’re still not solved

I love my home and the model layout we picked is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It took a while for my home to be built and I understand most of the reasoning but a little more communication early on would have been appreciated. Other than that, my 2nd sales guy was great and my field manager was excellent. He was very responsive and addressed most every issue we brought to his attention. We love our neighbors and the community. Thank you

Have been disappointed in the number of issues that have cropped up with appliances and AC. Have been VERY DISAPPOINTED with the responsiveness of Pulte. One issue raised with a dishwasher in one of our units - raised on Sunday. No response from emergency team. Called and mailed multiple times. Then on Wednesday a ticket was raised. Still no resolution. Many other examples This is not helping Pute’s reputation

Closing date was constantly pushed back. Issues before and after move in have not been completed. Very stressful and upsetting experience. Not one issue has been fixed. These issues are still in progress ( almost all cabinet doors and draws need to be replaced, front door crack needs to be replaced, 5 trees fallen over need to be replaced, land water issue----that's just a few)

This has been one for f the most disappointing home building experiences. The quality walk-throughs weren’t productive. Our closing date changed multiple times because the house wasn’t ready for the appraisal. Our appliances were moved out of the house several times and we were told our doors came from another house just so we could get closed. We couldn’t use the stove or dishwasher for over a week because of the wiring. We had several kitchen cabinets that you have to open with chopsticks. (Finally corrected). Our garage floor was covered during both walk throughs and we didn’t know that ...

2021 -We were in the list with multiple builder. We choice Pulte at Cielo Ranch Andrew @Sales came through for us with the great lot. Going back in fort what plan we want to build because they have a great list . We went through a rough selection of what we want to add to the house I think we were rush by the show room reps and not very helpful at all she made me feel like was irritated. We have added some items on the list that we did not really needed to the house such as extra lighting suckets etc. The short supply disaster came . We waited for the windows, lighting on the foyer, ...

Worked with Marilyn and she provided excellent support throughout the whole process. She kept us connected with the building supervisor and provided regular updates. Build time was with in the window of the contract, however took 2 months more than the lower limit due to pandemic labor shortages.
