In the beginning, I found that I spoke with or received calls from the mortgage side from too many people. Eventually I received one individual that would email and call me about things which made it easier. My construction manager, Steve, was excellent and very thorough. Always responded to my text, sent me pictures of all the progress and helped with scheduling walk through times making it easier for me since I was out of state. My experience and love of Waterways and my new home, convinced my sister and her husband to move here as well. Love it here!

The process to buy our house was smooth, Good quality, Rafael our Project manager was on top of everything before the closing . We are happy with our house.

Pulte (as well as Pulte Mortgage) was absolutely wonderful to work with. From our sales guy, Jack, to Ed, George & Chuck who were in charge of project management & warranties, everyone was attentive, friendly & responsive in a timely manner. Our home was built to our expectations and we are loving the neighborhood. Highly recommend !

I’m very pleased with our new house. I found that at every step from the sales office on site to the construction manager and then the follow up to finalize outstanding issues the team to be very responsive and timely in taken corrective action when needed. We’ve been here a little over a month now and I believe we’re set.

Our salesperson Cheryl was very pleasant to do business with. She explained the options available in the home we selected and she explained the building process including time frames. Our home was completed earlier than promised. Our construction manager Josh kept us informed with weekly videos of the building stages.Josh was very helpful and took time to answer our questions via zoom, phone and email. We were out of state purchasers. My wife is very pleased with the upgraded kitchen and the home is beautiful. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Pulte homes. Thank you.

We first began our purchase with Ryan. He was great to work with and very personable and knowledgeable. We then transitioned to Dave, who was also great to work with through to the finish line. Dave kept us up to speed on the progress of our new home. We also had a great experience with our construction foreman, Shawn. He was terrific through the entire build process. Shawn ensured that everything was done according to our contract and went above and beyond our expectations. We were not physically able to do our in person walk through during construction, so Shawn conducted a video call with us and went through the entire exterior and interior inspection and answered all our questions satisfactorily, and then some. He would also check in periodically with any questions he may have had and to ensure the construction work was being done to our satisfaction. Once our new home was completed, Shawn again conducted a tour of both the outside and inside or our home explaining where everything was (in wall pest system, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) and ensured we understood how everything worked and what would require periodic maintenance. It is not an understatement to say Shawn is the best!!! Thank you Shawn. As for the closing process. We had a wonderful experience with Alyssa. She was professional, personable and easy to work with. She ensured we knew exactly what was needed from us and what to expect for the closing. As for Angela, the same cannot be said for her. She was rude, offered very little when answering our questions and acted as though we were an inconvenience. She should not be working with the public in any type of customer service environment. Thankfully we had very little interaction with her. All in all, we are extremely happy with the builder, quality of materials and construction of our new home. ... More

The entire Pulte experience was exceptional. Everything was geared toward the customer. From working through the sale with Amanda, who was extremely knowledge and accommodating - the title, closing and even the insurance were seamless. Post sale the project manager Cody was there and made himself available for every question and request. It was a job well done be the entire team

Great home builder! Purchased a new construction home with Pulte in the Atlanta area. The whole Pulte team, from sales person, to builder, to mortgage team were fantastic to work with. Excellent built quality! Very responsive to questions and concerns. So glad to have them build my first home!
