Pulte title company was horrific at communications. Omar Wes and Maria kept me sane through this process and they were the only reason I continued to move forward with pulte. A lot of the issues I had were with the trades and the poor workman ship. I’m now in my home and see so many flaws. Whenever i reach out to Pulte warranty, they have an excuse for everything, which is unacceptable in a house that cost so much. My lights dim and flicker and their own electrician told me that my house was underpowered. My carpet is torn, baseboard missing paint, tons of drywall seems can be seen through ...

I have spent over $2,000,000.00 with Pulte this year, and it has been nothing but a disappointment. After this experience I will not be spending any more money with Pulte.

I'll Never Buy a New Home Unless it's with Pulte!

Such an amazing experience! Weekly phone calls to keep you up to date, best contractor ever ALI! She still text and stops by when she is not busy to see how everything is going. If Pulte can't build my next home is we ever move I'll have Ali do it. She is one of their best contractors!

Great looking homes but not so great to live in

Pros: - Appearance and layout of home - Sales staff and build manager are responsive, informative and easy to work with - Base selection options (appliances, cabinets, flooring etc) were generally all decent quality - Builder's mortgage was competitive and great to work with (always shop around other loan estimates) Cons: - Horrendous impact sound insulation. If you have neighbors, especially upstairs/downstairs you WILL hear every footstep, door opening and cabinet closing they do. I can't emphasize enough how poor the sound insulation is, I would be more than happy to pay a higher sales ...

My wife and I just purchased our Pulte home and we love it! Dave, our construction manager communicated with us the entire time and ensured everything was done to the highest quality. Even our realtor pointed out things that Pulte did that went above and beyond. We did run into some difficulties, especially with a lack of clarity and communication with Pulte Mortgage, but both the construction and title side of Pulte were 10/10 Thank you, Dave!

Overall great experience with the process of our quick move in home! After closing our construction manager Mike Z. was very responsive and able to help with minor issues that needed attention. Never buy a new build Pulte home as a development is closing out

We purchased one of the last condos in Crown East - Gaithersburg. The communication within Pulte departments was terrible. Many times, we were left to fend for ourselves working with the various depts (Mortgage, Construction, Sales and now Warranty. We have built 3 other homes in our past and none were as non-responsive as Pulte. One last comment that explains their lack of coordination. This request for our opinion states that we purchased an MPDU home. That is incorrect, we actually purchased a full priced Condo. Hopefully their records don't show this.

We closed 2.5 months ago. Just informed we won’t get a yard until at least July. Kitchen ceilings cracking. Mortgage process a disaster. All in all wouldn’t recommend.

We settled mid April , still waiting on lamp light( all new homes have the light, )we were told the light would be installed three weeks ago. Still waiting on refrigerator and wine fridge. We are leaving the last week of June until October, and coordinating the install will be difficult, if not received by the end of June

Project planning was not good Roofing trusses sat in sand and soil for 4 months before pouring the foundation of home. Construction crew still installed them and had to remove them. Construction crew ordered doors with no roof on the home, clean up crew did not remove paint and texture overspray from wall switches.......... call me for more details.

I would NEVER have a home built again because this experience was so bad. I could name countless examples but one is there was a light hanging out of the ceiling by it's wires, which was told to us it would be fixed before we closed and wasn't, along with COUNTLESS other issues.

From day one we have been Mis-lead, flat out lied to at times, treated like just another number, given a bunch of lip service and have been extremely frustrated throughout this process. We have been closed for over a month now and STILL have issues waiting to be fixed from closing. I could list of probably 20 things that were incomplete prior to us moving in and have not been taken care of like we were told they would.
