Pulte was not honest about deadlines, poor workmanship, many errors made ( like crooked outlets/ switch plates, unsatisfactory trim work, poor paint job, poor grout work (excess grout everywhere)). Over promised and under delivered.

Would not recommend to anyone! The overall experience was a disaster from beginning to end. Mark the project manager was the only thing that saved face in the company. From lying to no response from people we were not happy home buyers. Now living in it a month we are really seeing the poor craftsmanship in a lot of the features.

For the price I paid, the attention to detail of the finishes, paint, cabinetry and trim work was completely sub par. I would expect a much better job pertaining to the finished details of the house. Honestly, I’m disappointed to the point where I don’t “love” my house as much as I would like to.

Overall, we are pretty happy with our home purchase with Pulte. I think this builder overall had a lot of great floor plan options, the design center experience was super thorough and the designer was very helpful, the home was done within the estimated window, and after closing they have been super responsive to any repairs/fixes thoroughly honoring the warranty. We also had some challenges though such as a lack of communication throughout the build; we had to initiate a lot to find out the status or what to expect next in the process. I was very excited about building this home because I knew it would be our forever home. I have had 4 other homes, 3 of which we had built. I have never felt so frustrated about this process. The carelessness in workmanship has been so disappointing. Thankfully, we have ended up with a nice home but some changes really need to be made with this builder.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this builder. Our experience was not only horrible, we are regretful. William, the property agent, was great at his job and pleasant but outside of him the experience was egregious. Jim in sales was just cruel. After we purchased the home Amanda became our POC and the support is inconsistent. Our plumbing backed up the 2nd day in the home so I was in sewer water in the shower, the sod was not put down correctly, the interior paint job was amateurish, part of the front of the house had to be repainted and all of this (and more) took 7 weeks to complete. Overall we were very satisfied with the Pulte experience. I appreciate how the Pulte realtor and GC stayed in touch with us every week to share progress, and allow us to provide feedback.
