We have a beautiful home, but feel like the materials used were cheap. Main issues is how cheap the drywall feels. Things seemed to done at a rushed pace. Our deck has a ton of nails already sticking thru wood leaving a danger to our kid is. I feel like we have basement that we can’t use due to how much moisture I am still drawing out on a daily basis. Frustrated with the fight to have Pulte bury the bury they connected to our pump. We do love our home, we are just concerned with longevity of the house.

I am currently living in a Pulte home and yes the house is standing but their are so many small details that I am still trying to work with Pulte to fix. My experience with Pulte has been a nightmare. The absence and lack of communication seems to be consistent amongst all levels and teams at Pulte. After the initial deposit, I spent 3 to 4 months figuring out the difference between what the Pulte sellers agent told us about the home we were buying vs what we were actually getting. I am convinced that the left hand is not talking to the right hand. It that were the case this survey never would have found it's way to my mailbox. The folks you have handling warranty repairs left lots to be desired but the biggest issue is/was a water leak in my home even before I made my 1st payment. The response was laughable as the leak went unmitigated for a minimum of 3 Days. I am considering legal action as I can only imagine what happens down the road as a result of this water leak. During my quality walk through, I thought there were way too many issues that still needed to be fixed that had they been fixed previously I would have had a much easier walk through and less stressful final week before closing. After closing water lines were clogged with sand that I needed to wait on a plumber to fix, closet doors had not been painted, and the range vent hood had not been installed.

My sales consultant Joe was outstanding! He made the process seamless. PGP Title was the best. Timelines were met and moving in was easy. Builders team was good and promised to be there if needed but they did not seem to care after to handle important unfinished issues. Pulte warranty, to date, have been poor handling service requests. Very disappointing after such a great home buying process.

It was a long and painful experience. The last part of the completion was awful to say the least. We didn't like the way we were treated by some members of the construction team.

Communication during buying phase was excellent, not so during build.

Buying experience was good. However, not so much with build experience, primarily due to constant turnover of build managers (4) and inconsistent (at best) communication that came with all the changes. Build material quality seems very good, with some of the trades being excellent and a couple substandard. Upshot being we believe Pulte had more houses in construction then they had material availability, managers and preferred subcontractors. Expect the pandemic was a partial cause for some of the issues.

From Rachel our sales person to Nick our construction manager, we could have not been happier. The were always transparent with everything and the building of our home went very smooth. I love our new home as with the open floor plan we picked it worked out great for my wife and I. I would highly recommend Pulte Home Builders on your new home.

Sales experience was poor relative to communication,, actual lot options and time frame for building. But once the contract was executed, the design department and the final construction manager (we went thru more than one as the first was inexperienced) were excellent with prompt communication, attention to detail and going beyond and above to accommodate our requirements.

This was our second house, first new construction, and we were very happy with how easy the process was. We had a great sales consultant, design consultant, and build manager that kept us informed throughout, amidst numerous delays that were out of their control.

Going on two months in the home and still no cabinet hardware. Good luck with getting any resolution on issues not reported during the final walkthrough. My cabinets were installed poorly, and I’m struggling to get Pulte to fix the damages. Communication is poor, and I was accused of causing the damage myself. I’m so disappointed. Every time I reach out for updates on my outstanding issues, I am made to feel like a bother. Angela was an excellent communicator. She always responded to my text and emails despite the overwhelming challenges. She was cordial and respectful. Brandon on the other hand kept making promises he could not keep. My property still remain unfinished 60 days after we had fully paid the Builder in cash.
