Never trust the Construction manager. He will hurry you up in signing the paperwork before buying. Beware. We made a mistake of believing him and signing the papers. Pkease get inspection done. He will try to get you and intimidate you in not getting the inspection done telling you that you don't have to get it done. I still have the recordings of all e conversations I had with him. We are having so many issues with the house. They will take forever to get back with you

Overall it has been a good experience. The challenges are with supply chain issues and communications/dealing with replacements after closing. The coordination is not explained and the homeowner is responsible for dealing with items that need to be replaced. For example, my refrigerator has been a pain to have replaced. Also, due to supply chain issues, I had to find a contractor to do epoxy in the garage. While he came highly recommended by someone at Pulte, he did a mediocre job. Our Construction Field Manager, Chad was the only one who communicated with us; he saved our faith in Pulte. He knew of our frustration with the delays, and he did his best to assure that we were informed without us having to reach out to him first. He also did his best to make sure that when we moved in we had a complete home. We are very thankful for all that Chad did for us! Nick has also been really great at making sure that issues are fixed now that we have moved in. His responsiveness has been greatly appreciated.

Our initial contact with Kelly in sales as well as Dayna with the design center was great. Kelly and Blake kept us apprised of stays and Blake and Bjorn have both been very responsive to the punch list. We moved in just less than a month ago and continue to work on that punch list. Unfortunately it seems finding quality labor in specific areas has been a challenge for Pulte along with the rest of our great United States since the pandemic struck.

I purchased my new home on March 9, 2020. After moving in, I have many of the experiences would like to share The construction quality is bad. The reason why I say that is because if I use the app to detect the corner, it looks like the house is not perpendicular between each woods. They just hide by the drywall and you cannot detected it when you walking into the house. Overall construction was good. But we spent a ton of money on upgrades which included flooring, tile work, cabinets and counters. There wasn't much attention to deal at all. Most tiles in the master shower are wonky, and don't line up. The caulk job was amateur at best. Just sloppy. The floor they installed throughout the first floor has several spots where the planks aren't supported and the seams separate from one another. They installed a floor vent in front of my sliding rear door. They have a light switch literally wedged in a corner upstairs...which looks really stupid. The ...

The title company is very badly . No service, no respond or wait until the last minute to respond . The painting of our house is very bad too . Even the main contraction guy who showed us the housing before closing said It was definitely a below a average job

Overall, it is an ok experience. However, there are situations that are frustrating. they kept pushing the closing date further, which isn't great for the buyer. The worst part of the entire house is the paint job, you touch the wall, the paint goes away. List of items were identified to fix, but no one showed up for a month. Other than that, the community and town is great.

We decided to buy our first home with Pulte because we had heard really good things. But the experience has not been good. First there were hardly any flexibility on choosing different options. There was only 1 model home but pulte was offering 5 different designs. They did not had good digital experience to help make decisions. With supply issues and everything going on in the world, made our home buying experience difficult. We were initially quoted a 6-8 month time frame to build home but lasted over a year. We felt the last month of the home building process was rushed. Our final walkthrough we were missing flooring in 70% of the home. We were missing mirrors, medicine cabinets, and due to design center error wrong backsplash installed. Pulte construction is doing what they can. The contractors is what they are having issues with. They have also been slow to fix things since we moved in.

Buying a new home always comes with so many unknowns and Pulte made it easy to navigate the challenges around the process. There were some delays in the timelines and Pulte was forthcoming about the issues and timelines allowing us to plan better. Periodic check ins and getting updates about progress on a weekly basis from Marilyn and John was a delight. It was also good that any feedback was promptly addressed and the home was handed over in great shape.

I am happy to get in Pulte's home and overall feel that we made the right decision to go with them. However, I find it bit pricy. They need to review their base package of home design and selection to include basics instead of getting those features as part of upgrade options after paying extra. Other builders are offering such features at a competitive price. At the end I am happy as Pulte's bidding process allowed us to get into our dream home, while other builders have long queue!!
