The reason we chose Pulte was because of our Sales Rep Emily .. who sadly moved mid way through the build. She was amazing and a true asset to your team. Our PM Joe really went to bat to get things completed for us. He stayed in communication and on top of work orders. We appreciate he kept his promise to us.

Everything about Pulte is bad, we had literally several issues after closing, they threatened us to close even with these issues identified during orientation. Very bad people, they are selling junk for 400-500k. Beware !!!

I would rate 0 but there is no option, The quality of build is very bad, Site manager doesnt care about the house. we had 100 problems after closing the home. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone.

With Pulte home, our first experience was really great. Alejandro and Spencer were in a great communication regarding updates, closing perps and the like. However the experience I had with loan department was not satisfactory at all as I mentioned in my previous survey. Following that, some of the commitments I expected to be fulfilled have not be done accordingly which is turning our great experience into not so good. For instance, on our way to closing location, we expressed our dissatisfaction for the fact that the house didn’t have the combo oven that was supposed to be completed before we close. Spencer called us on our way to closing and assured us that the combo oven will be installed in 4 weeks from now and told us that he got confirmation from his supervisor that we will get it. We took his word and sign the closing documents. Today it’s our 7 weeks since we closed the house and we didn’t have a combo oven. We understand the supply issue that everyone is going through, but our expectations have not been met and the commitment has not been fulfilled. We are also noticing lack of follow through on the maintenance personnel who are coming to fix some issues we have. We believe Pulte could do better on making sure the people who are working with Pulte are being held in a high standard and accountability. ... More

Building a new home from another state is never easy. The regular pictures provided helped us head off a number of issues. Couldn’t be happier with Victoria, Leo, and Duke’s involvement and responsiveness.

The home I purchased was a spec house, so we did not get to pick out any of the features. When I asked if there were changes that we could make I was told no, even though the interior walls were not even up yet. Overall the house came out good and so far any issues that I have had have been addressed quickly.

I have sent numerous emails including photos displaying the poor workmanship, quality of materials and responsiveness to resolve issues that were identified during several walkthroughs and should been completed prior to closing, One may ask, "Why did you close?" Pulte strong arms buyers into closing after receiving the right to occupancy. Beware of the monetary penalty if you fail to close on their preset date in the contract.

Buying/building with Pulte has been an absolute joke. Everything from the lending process to the post build expectations. Had I known then what I do now, things would have went a lot differently. So many empty promises and lack of empathy from the company. We have been moved into our house for over a month and there are still a ton of things left unfinished. The company and the project manager expect you to take time out of your schedule to meet with tradesmen, schedule appointments, and see projects through after you've already moved in. 0/10 recommend this company

The home is of the upmost quality. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. This is our 2nd Pulte home and it’s been a great experience both times. Our sales consultant and construction manager were great to work with. Answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner and kept us up to date every step of the way.

Ever since we came to see the house we liked the experience and attention we were given. Everyone has stayed pretty responsive even after closing on our home and moving into it. Closing day had a little hiccups but not a big deal. Since this is a new built it comes with warranty, which has come pretty handy and everyone working on that side of things are very professional. Would definitely buy again from Pulte.

Overall experience is good, but could have been better if they would have fixed few things they marked during pre-walking and promised to fix them before closing..

Closed on my home in March. Multiple issues with workmanship and missing items. Everyone says they are going to rectify the problem, but all I get is multiple lies and put off. My advice is not to close on the home until everything is satisfactory. They say they will come back to fix the problem but never do.

Do not rush your builder! Give them ample time to do the job right. Try to visit the construction site weekly or bi-weekly (preferably on weekends). Take plenty of pictures and ask questions when something doesn’t seem right. Note that the options you’ve chosen are being/ or have been installed. If you do these things, you’ll end up with a beautiful high quality home!

Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The project manager, Ryan, was great; timely updates, quick to answer questions or take care of anything needed.

We are thankful that our sales consultant, Yvo, was so incredible. He was the best part of our home building experience - very professional, a great communicator, and did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. 5 stars for Yvo. Unfortunately, our construction manager was the complete opposite. He was not only unprofessional, but went so far as to write up a nasty email towards us future homeowners in regards to concerns we had about the house. I will refrain from going into detail. Aside from that, the amount of issues with the home was overwhelming throughout. It’s a shame that a lot of these have become our issues post-closing because they were not addressed at the time they should have been when the home was under construction. For example, a big issue we had in the kitchen. A raccoon snuck into what should have been our locked house (all windows had been installed, but a sliding door was left open) and the animal urinated & defecated all over and between several cabinets and inside of drawers seeing it was the day before countertop installation. We saw and addressed this immediately. For weeks, nothing was done until right before we closed where only two drawers were replaced. After closing, the smell of the feces and urine was still very strong in the kitchen because it had soaked into the cabinets. We have children and pets - this is extremely unsanitary and not to mention a health hazard for everybody. I cannot stress how disappointed I am that this happened at all, as well as the fact that it did not get resolved until a month and a half after we closed on the house. Thankfully, Rob and Jimmy in the customer service/warranty department have gone above and beyond to make sure things were right in our kitchen. For all of our other warranty needs, Rob has been extremely helpful and has gone the extra mile to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. We could not be happier in this respect! I also must add that although we had a terrible build experience overall because of our construction manager, Ed, after reaching out to the construction supervisor, Nemo, we were much happier and things finally started to move along again once he became involved. He was a pleasure to work with. This was not our first time building a home, but it was our first time choosing Pulte. We understand the lack of supplies & manpower in recent times, but what we went through was completely unrelated to those things. ... More

Love my villa, great value fir the price we paid. Our build took 14 months and I am very disappointed in the way the house was turned over to us. I have a 2 1/2 page punch list of mostly minor issues, but the house should not have all these issues. I know Pulte builds a quality house, I live in a Pulte house in Illinois. I just think they were in a rush to get this closed and ignored many things that should have been fixed.

1. Not happy with the micowave/oven not getting installed yet after oneband half months since closing. 2. Reported issues about a month ago and waranty folks have not created work order yet. 3. Not happy with Pulte running water and electricity through this unit for other units. This could have been avoided easily. This was cheap.

Overall the materials used seem cheap. 1. Sinks do not have anything to close and open the drain, have to push it with hands 2. Bathtub tap doesnt have anything to control water flow, either its full flow or no flow 3. Shower head seem cheap build 4. Toilet seats are cheap built 5. Kitchen stove and dishwasher both are not functional, stove takes longest time to heat, dishwasher dry cycle doesn't work 6. Trim paint job was done poor quality 7. Kitchen island workmanship is poor quality, its not straight but off, I wish i could upload pictures 8. Temporary driveway takes off and concrete work hasn't been done even when the frost warning is off from a month, no communication regarding it 9. Flooring work is poor quality, the planks move ...
