The reason we chose Pulte was because of our Sales Rep Emily .. who sadly moved mid way through the build. She was amazing and a true asset to your team. Our PM Joe really went to bat to get things completed for us. He stayed in communication and on top of work orders. We appreciate he kept his promise to us.

Everything about Pulte is bad, we had literally several issues after closing, they threatened us to close even with these issues identified during orientation. Very bad people, they are selling junk for 400-500k. Beware !!!

I would rate 0 but there is no option, The quality of build is very bad, Site manager doesnt care about the house. we had 100 problems after closing the home. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone.

With Pulte home, our first experience was really great. Alejandro and Spencer were in a great communication regarding updates, closing perps and the like. However the experience I had with loan department was not satisfactory at all as I mentioned in my previous survey. Following that, some of the commitments I expected to be fulfilled have not be done accordingly which is turning our great experience into not so good. The home I purchased was a spec house, so we did not get to pick out any of the features. When I asked if there were changes that we could make I was told no, even though the interior walls were not even up yet. Overall the house came out good and so far any issues that I have had have been addressed quickly.

I have sent numerous emails including photos displaying the poor workmanship, quality of materials and responsiveness to resolve issues that were identified during several walkthroughs and should been completed prior to closing, One may ask, "Why did you close?" Pulte strong arms buyers into closing after receiving the right to occupancy. Beware of the monetary penalty if you fail to close on their preset date in the contract.

Buying/building with Pulte has been an absolute joke. Everything from the lending process to the post build expectations. Had I known then what I do now, things would have went a lot differently. So many empty promises and lack of empathy from the company. We have been moved into our house for over a month and there are still a ton of things left unfinished. The company and the project manager expect you to take time out of your schedule to meet with tradesmen, schedule appointments, and see projects through after you've already moved in. 0/10 recommend this company

Ever since we came to see the house we liked the experience and attention we were given. Everyone has stayed pretty responsive even after closing on our home and moving into it. Closing day had a little hiccups but not a big deal. Since this is a new built it comes with warranty, which has come pretty handy and everyone working on that side of things are very professional. Would definitely buy again from Pulte.

Closed on my home in March. Multiple issues with workmanship and missing items. Everyone says they are going to rectify the problem, but all I get is multiple lies and put off. My advice is not to close on the home until everything is satisfactory. They say they will come back to fix the problem but never do.

Do not rush your builder! Give them ample time to do the job right. Try to visit the construction site weekly or bi-weekly (preferably on weekends). Take plenty of pictures and ask questions when something doesn’t seem right. Note that the options you’ve chosen are being/ or have been installed. If you do these things, you’ll end up with a beautiful high quality home!

He was the best part of our home building experience - very professional, a great communicator, and did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. 5 stars for Yvo. Unfortunately, our construction manager was the complete opposite. Love my villa, great value fir the price we paid. Our build took 14 months and I am very disappointed in the way the house was turned over to us. I have a 2 1/2 page punch list of mostly minor issues, but the house should not have all these issues. I know Pulte builds a quality house, I live in a Pulte house in Illinois. I just think they were in a rush to get this closed and ignored many things that should have been fixed.

1. Not happy with the micowave/oven not getting installed yet after oneband half months since closing. 2. Reported issues about a month ago and waranty folks have not created work order yet. 3. Not happy with Pulte running water and electricity through this unit for other units. This could have been avoided easily. This was cheap.

Overall the materials used seem cheap. 1. Sinks do not have anything to close and open the drain, have to push it with hands 2. Bathtub tap doesnt have anything to control water flow, either its full flow or no flow 3. Shower head seem cheap build 4. Toilet seats are cheap built 5.
