Wouldn't purchase and build without being on site to periodically check quality. Had I not, there would have been a much bigger and more complex "punch" list.

It's a great home. We have had some minor issues that we continue to discover as we live here. For example, one of our AC vents is blocked and covered with plastic, the faucets in our bathroom were not properly attached to the countertop, there is some damage to some of the baseboards in the home, and two of the doors in our home (including the front door) had damage that should have been caught. That said, Pulte has addressed or will address all of these issues and we are confident that Pulte will be there for us if we have any future problems. We do think they need to do a slightly better job on the quality control front. We'd rather wait a little longer if it means less warranty appointments we have to deal with after moving into the home. When we compare the Pulte homes to the other builders in the area, we feel that Pulte's home designs are better, their lots are significantly bigger, and we love the neighborhood they have developed. Pulte works hard to ensure we, as buyers, were happy. They have built into the process periodic "builder/buyer" walkthrough inspections to make sure we understood what was being built into the house and to ensure our concerns were addressed

Attention to blueprints/house plans can be an issue. Contractors get lazy due to familiarity with layouts. Project manager relationship is key. Ours, Jon, communicated and responded quickly with emails and phone. Overall with covid and supply chain delays the process was smooth and exciting seeing something new being created.

Involves buyer from start to finish. Especially pleased with stand out performance of issue resolution after construction of house.

They are great at communicating with you until you have completed buying the house. Then things aren’t as great. I would say 5 stars until you own the house and then 3 stars out of 5 after that. They have a great pitch about their warranty process and how it works but from my experience with that part of it they can do better.

Great unit design, friendly personnel. Attractive landscaping.

The team was informative when we asked questions. When we asked for help and services, they readily provided service and assistance.

I love Lexington plan we built with Pulte. There is a lot of space, closets are big. House is keeping cool well during hot days, I noticed energy efficiency compared to old house we used to live. That 2 stories house needs only one AC unit!

Has been a good experience but, now that moved in, the things that still need to be done are not getting done very quickly. I hate that window screens have small openings in them. Loads of little bugs come in at nite b cause they are drawn by the lights. Ugh.

The project manager was exceptional (consistent communication & responsive).

We had a very good experience with Pulte. They were responsive and followed up on all issues.

The builder did a great job keeping us informed on our home buiding experience. The customization experience over exceeded our expectations and so far the quality of the home has been exceptional. Ome drawback. After we moved into our home, it took longer than expwcted for someone to folllow back up with us on minor issues we had. I wish they would follow to more quickly. Otherwise, the experience has been great!

I like the way we were kept informed about the progress made each week on the building of the house. I like that we weren’t lied to. If something was being delayed we were told and why it was delayed.

Overall good experience with a few bad apples along the way.

Good price for what I got.

First; Patti, sales consultant, was/is so helpful and often went out of her way to help us. Second; Kevin, builder rep, is great to work with. He acted immediately to some minor issues we had once we moved in. He continues to provide help on additional items and provides recommendation/solution that I can easily perform. Third: Jeff and Todd of the warranty team are very responsive and I feel we are in good hand with them with the items that need to resolved. Listen; I understand our home was build in a crazy time (covid shut-downs/restrictions, labor and parts shortages, etc.) so I give the Pulte team two big "thumbs-up" for doing what that did. Sure there are some issues with the new home, but this is to be expected and more so when your home is built during a pandemic. I had several warranty issues after I moved in which were scheduled and taken care of successfully almost immediately by Pulte's warranty department. My only complaint is with the sub-contractors who completed the warranty work. As a single woman building a home I was surprised to be treated with such lack respect by every sub except the electrician. However, the salesperson and the project manager were both very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. If I had an issue during the building process, the project manager took care of it quickly, explaining things to my satisfaction.
