Pulte Homes will not make improvements requested by the customer; such as satin or semi-gloss paint instead of flat paint in the garage and bathrooms, concrete instead of plastic water trays for exterior downspouts, white instead of black lanai ceiling light fixtures, or the installation of a wine cooler.

Overall was a great experience. Anyone having a new home built rite now will deal with COVID supply issue's. Despite those challenges our sales rep Matt and field Rob were amazing. Matt was very helpful in the beginning helping us navigate the buying process and selecting add ons. Every week during the build he kept us updated with pictures which we looked foward to Sunday mornings. Rob was great. He took care of any concerns or issues that popped up and was very detailed oriented. His experience helped us make a couple small changes that made all the difference. After closing, some small issues that came up were quickly handled. I was very impressed with their customer service and we love our new house. Overall the experience was a great experience. Unfortunately the pandemic made some things very difficult and I can’t blame Pulte for that.

Ask questions and get everything in writing. Don't assume you are getting all the information or resources you need. Lots of checks needed which can be overwhelming so use the project manager as a resource to help you- they are knowledgeable and do want you to have a good home.

The communication with the sales agent in my particular was horrible, she never attended the meetings and she did not leave us changes and upgrades to the house. We wanted more things in our house as well as modifications that noa said could not be and if they could, a disaster. In the part of the financing that we did with the same construction, we were excellent, the worker Jorge Rodas and Liz Minz helped us during the process, as well as Jimy in construction, all excellent. Today we have some consequences because of our saleswoman and the backyard but we hope they solve them with a guarantee ticket. We are happy for our home and the excellent community we moved into. I recently purchased my first home and entrusted Pulte with its creation. The home, overall, is incredibly beautiful and well built. There are, of course, some small things that I wish were done better, but overall I am very pleased with the home, its quality, and the process throughout, and would definitely recommend Pulte to someone looking to build a new house.

Overall good experience even though there were some delays in the building process.

Sales should be more informative as to what is available per home. Landscaping is terrible. Got dead sod and the only response was “don’t worry it will come back”. Going on two months and sod is still dead. Very disappointed in landscape.

We can't thank Jimmy and Spencer enough for everything they have done for us! They were easily available when we needed them. Took care of any little issues quickly and professionally! They made this experience for us, thank you guys!

Sales person top notch, design person very attentive but I was disappointed with limited choices. Superintendent of building was very communities.

What we really appreciate about Pulte is the ability to customize your home. The floor plans fit our lifestyle, and the location of home is breathtaking. Homes are energy efficient and complete with amenities expected in homes today. They are one of the few, building single story homes.

The initial loan application was smooth. The follow/up loan process was rough and too stressful.

The experience with Pulte overall has been very good if not excellent. We love our new home and the workmanship was high quality. Overall, they have been very responsive. If there is any negative it is that they contract workers who make mistakes which then require they be rectified - which has occurred.

Quality home at a great value.

Overall very happy with our new home. Felt like a few things were not like the model and surprised. The “smart” features are not coordinated and barely enhance the home. Some do not work properly and ownership of the problem was dumped on the installing contractor who has been very poor on getting things right. Very long wait for hot water at all points. But again, the build process and quality has been excellent overall. Shane was very upfront and responsive, and Max too but he came near the end.

Building with Pulte homes was a positive experience. From the initial consultation, through the design appointment and the build process. There were some issues at move in, but our build manager Don took care of all of them in a very efficient manner. He was fantastic. With any new home, nothing will be perfect. There was paint splatter on places it should not have been, minor imperfections in installation pieces, and so on. I am overall happy with the experience and have already referred multiple family members who are buying in the oakfield community!

Ryan did an outstanding job, taking leadership when our salesperson was relocated 3 months before we closed. He responded to our needs promptly and to our satisfaction.

I would highly recommend Pulte Builders in the Brandon, FL area, but I would strongly caution against using Pulte Mortgage or other entities within Pulte Group.

Take your time choice you additional items not included.

Our Field Manager Jonathan has been instrumental throughout the home buying process. He has answered every question we’ve had and has fixed any issue without any hesitation. We are very impressive with his responsiveness. However, we would love to have seen some more attention to detail as far as workmanship. There has been some instances where we can tell the work was rushed. No major issue, we just would have liked to see the quality a little better.

Keith and the building team were helpful, transparent and trustworthy from start to finish.
