I am extremely sorry to write this review because it won’t be good. I waited - stalked - this location because it’s where I wanted to build my house. I was so excited to get in on the first release and to get my first choice on my lot. I drove by almost weekly when the house was being built. I was so excited to close on May 23, 2022! There was significant delay in completing our home that went beyond pandemic and supply chain issues. Our question as to what happened was never completely answered and initially we were given a less than honest answer. Communication in the beginning was lacking. One individual was terrific however. That was Duke our final project manager. The post sales process is also problematic. We have several lingering issues that are taking several emails and phone calls to get resolved.

Highly recommend Pulte homes. Pulte is the most innovative and best home buying experience! I have seen Pulte homes in MA and Florida .. they are always leagues above all the other new construction homes in this price range. I built a new construction home prior to Pulte .. so I'm familiar with the troubles that building a new construction home can bring. With Pulte, everything was flawless and I was informed every step of the way. Even though there was a delay due to covid supply (obviously a global pandemic) .. I should have known dealing with Pulte was going to be a disaster from day one. From the very initial VIP phone call, all the way through the entire almost 18-month process has been nothing but a disaster and lies. Pulte only cares about the money and does not care about their customers or doing the right thing for its customers. Pulte manipulates and twists things around and takes advantage of their clients. It was a struggle but we are in. It took over a year from the time we signed. Our closing was changed at least 5 times and most of it we wouldn't find out until the day prior so we missed quite a bit of work for these closings that didn't happen. We still have issues on things being finished so hopefully we get those fixed sooner rather than later. We moved in a month ago and we've had a couple issued addressed but be prepared to find things you didn't know about until after you've lived in the house for a bit.

Although PGP Title is separate from Pulte Homes, the experience with them started the home buying experience on a bad note. The individuals we dealt with were incredibly unprofessional and borderline rude. The folks we dealt with at Pulte Homes were nice for the most part but also unresponsive at times. The quality overall has been a bit of a disappointment. There were numerous things left undone at close that we are still trying to get taken care of through their warranty team. This is my third Pulte Home and I the first I was able to choose my options and upgrades on so I thought it would be fun and exciting. Out first Pulte was a quality build and one previous buyers didn’t qualify for so we got a great bargain. The second was a no frills spec home and had a few issues, but Pulte took care of them. This home, the last Pulte I will ever buy, was a nightmare. Overall was not the experience we expected, thought Pulte would be a very reputable company to work with; however ran into issues every step of the way. Quality is definitely not to expectations of a luxury home, especially for the price we paid and the neighborhood value. The mortgage process was also very poorly managed, we had to close at a much higher interest rate that could have been avoided. Our home exterior is still incomplete with no line of sight when the exterior and landscaping will be complete.

After two months of living in the house.. still waiting

Not only did the delays total four months to move in (7 month window to 11 months), but we’re still waiting on an oven, utility sink, cabinets, etc. Pulte clearly over building while rates are down and not concerned about you once you’ve paid your down payment.

Jimmy is the most unprofessional person I have ever met as well as lazy and incompetent. I have multiple emails noting issues with the house through out this build that would have completely been missed had we not discovered it and made him aware. Multiple times the things I pointed out were ignored unless I stayed on top of him to get it addressed. For the first two months of our build we had zero build updates from him and he blamed a coworker for not adding us to his email list. Stay on top of your superintendent. They throw these houses up quickly and do NOT pay attention to quality. I had multiple walls that were not square and are still being fixed two months after we moved in. Once you sign and move in you are not a priority.

Over all it was an okay experience. The workmanship seems rushed and we don’t feel like it was detail oriented due to it was a bigger company with many units that were being worked on all at once. With staffing changes within the company, as buyers we suffered insufficient communication which lead to some complications with our overall process.
