Despite nationwide delays in material I was kept in the loop by David. I was out of state but the construction site in face time was always clean and organized. Very well constructed home with only a few issues (minor) to resolve post closing. Excellent job!

The lack of quality workmanship for the price of the homes

From day 1 it was poor craftsmanship and service. Literally not happy with any portion of this process. At this point I only view the structure (don't even feel comfortable calling it home) as an investment.

We were so excited to build with Pulte, as we had heard great things. Most of what we heard was not our experience. Working with Charity in the sales office was the highlight of the experience. She was super communicative, friendly and went above & beyond for us. After purchasing our lot and selecting our finishes, it was downhill from there. I would like a call from my builder.. no one will call me back after contacting them multiple times. This is super frustrating. And today I found out I have water damage in my home from the rain. I would not recommend Pulte.

My overall experience with Pulte has been fair not great. I'll start with the positives then go into the negatives. The staff at Pulte Mortgage do a great job of staying on top of the home buying process. I've been in my new home a little over two months and it's starting to feel like home after living in hotels and an apartment for almost a year. The entire closing process for our house was absolutely mismanaged and terrible. Our construction manager was great and bent over backward for us, but the corporate team members, sales staff, etc. were hard to work with and unresponsive.

We have been in our house for about 7 weeks and the biggest thing I noticed is how best up the cabinets got during the remainder of the build. Our cabinets have so many knicks and scratches. Also, two of the side panels of the kitchen cabinets have what looks paint overspray on the bottom. It looks absolutely awful. It's disappointing because they don't look like brand new cabinets. Pulte should consider covering the cabinets after install to protect them.

Dustin and Diane were excellent to work with. Many last minute issues were pulled off to make sure we closed. They went above and beyond! Im more disappointed with the quality of painting, title work and cleanliness at the delivery of the property. For the price I paid, I expected way better.

I purchased my home remotely and visited for the scheduled inspections. In between visits updates from the crew were few and far between. Many times I had to reach out multiple times before receiving a response. Now that I live on the property, the warranty service is even worse. I have had issues with my condo since closing day that have still yet to be resolved two months later. The team doesn't believe me when I report issues and doesn't schedule the teams to fix it until they stop by which can sometimes take weeks. I appreciated the step by step process by construction and leading up to closing, but then once I closed it was all different. My dishwasher was installed wrong and caused major water damage. This resulted in my hardwoods being removed and replaced during my first week (the very next day I closed). I couldn’t properly move in and access my kitchen for days. Everything in our home was done really cheaply cabinets installation ,kitchen island !! (0,5 inch gaps on both sides terrible job! .For the price of the the development craftsmanship is terrible , walls are crooked;anything in the condo was done cheaply and without the second thought (design and placement of electrical outlets are terrible!!)
