Marc Taglieri at sales office is awesome - knowledgeable, helpful, caring, honest and most friendly. This is the second house I bought from him at this community. Justin S. is extremely helpful in overseeing the construction process, so is Jack P ,Kylie and Bradley from Warranty/customer care that absolutely took care of any issues promptly. Victoria at design center is amazing in advising our interior options. PGP Escrow officer Alyssa K was super efficient and responsive. All great people.

Bad service and very poor work man ship

It’s been very bad experience, in terms of communication and response. And new house has so many problems ,Including faulty equipment and it’s hard to get hold of people to get issues fixed. And closing has been delayed for months . And after waiting for Months and overpaying interests we still have to face issues like low water pressure and dishwasher, oven not working , electrical issues which cause inconvenience consistently in every day life.

New house in a new community

In this crazy time with supply issues and home prices continuing to rise, we feel we got a great house in a new community. I think building with this builder, although we knew supply issues were a concern, they were able to keep the construction going and delays were minimal. Happy with the process. Erick our project manager answered all our questions and listened to our concerns.

Its has been a horrible sales experience and the followup has been even worst. I wouldn't purchase a Pulte Homes property again. I feel that your company doesn't care about their customers and its all about the money!!

Just poor quality and after sales warranty

Expected much more from Pulte, especially after our second home that was built by them. Quality of materials and build was really disappointing and even more so was the rush to try and complete major issues before closing. Were also promised that major items still pending would be finished within days after closing. Should have trusted my instinct because it is going on 2 months and still no resolutions and we have to be the one constantly pursuing the so called warranty manager to get answers and only to receive attitude and no control over any subs.

From the time we signed the earnest money contract, we were rushed, pushed to make design decisions and then pushed at the design center. The sales agent was useless and impolite. We learned that the design center was incompetent and it took days of wasted effort to get things right (although they managed to still install the wrong countertops TWICE). The workmanship on the house was extremely shoddy. Holes in the floor, damaged drywall hidden behind cabinets, scratches and scuffs, crooked shower heads ... I could go on and on - and oh - not a square light switch or outlet in the whole ...

Pulte rushed delivering our home; therefore, quality suffered significantly. Workmanship was very poor overall; the lack of oversight of the contractors is evident everywhere. The warranty department has been very responsive in fixing issues, but with much inconvenience to us since we already moved-in. The fixes are also very poor as far as workmanship goes. This is the third new house I have owned and by far the worst quality and moving-in experience. Previous builders were D.R. Horton and Lennar.

House was completed 6 months behind schedule and everything was rushed to completion. House wasn’t thoroughly cleaned at closing, and the builders had to come back after closing to repair areas that were lacking.

As an out of state buyer, our experience was as great as it was because we had a field manager and sales person who made us feel involved in the process, from responding promptly to our questions to sending weekly updates of the building process. When we couldn't be in person, Nick our field manager took the time to have virtual meetings or just call to talk about any concerns that our inspector or he found along the way. Our sales person, Melanie would find out any information that we needed or find the person who could. It made the experience less stressful than it could have been.

While the Pulte sales and the Pulte title groups were exceptionally good, the finish quality and the HVAC work in the home was sub-par and in some cases incomplete. Calls for warranty work were also sub-par.

Had much difficulty getting any response from people. The workmanship was sub par, and from the mouth of the construction supervisor "Pulte will only do a much as the minimum required". I was not impressed.

Everyone from the builder to the lender does NOT know what they are doing. They have NO communication with each other nor the client. Very stressful experience. Do NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Not what I thought it would be

The experience is not what I thought it would be. With over fifty items still to complete, they force you to close or they will sell your home to someone else. I am still waiting on every type of trade to come complete projects. There has not been any response at all from the warranty department and it has been almost two months. I know I am not the only one in this predicament.

The poor quality of the materials and workmanship!

The contractor I worked with was great and responsive during the build, but the quality and workmanship was far below what is acceptable. If you pay over $500k for a condo, the cabinets should not be the same quality that you find at Walmart. The floor has severe squeaks and the paint job throughout the house is horrible. I am so disappointed in the overall quality.

Poor quality and bad customer care

The build quality is really bad. I had kitchen cabinets scratches, issues with engineering floor, interior door after house closing. The workers are lack of experience. I call the pulte customer care department ten times... I couldn't reach any people to talk with rather than leaving a voice message..
