This is our second new home through Pulte. So far, we have been happy with our purchase. Pulte does a good job building. The finish has left a few flaws, but we are certain Pulte will handle. My only concern is that the neighborhood should only have so many rentals, but have noticed that atleast six rentals surrounding my home. This should not have been allowed.

You will have high expectations when you get house from Pulte. I was not happy at all initially the way house delivered. But after some days Tim and his team helped me, turn it around and change my perception towards Pulte. Tim listed all my issues and address them one by one during this extra ordinary situation. Thanks Greg, Tim, Jon and Brian for all their effort and helping the community.

We've bought several new homes. Pulte's design and value are superb. Some of the workmanship and materials have been disappointing, however haven't spoiled our experience. Where our experience has been spoiled is the mediocre communication we've received from sales rep Crystal and Builder/Warranty guy Stuart. Their communication, efforts, and enthusiasm come across halfhearted. There is still some simple work on my home that needs to be done that has taken weeks and still not resolved. Who do I need to speak with that cares and has urgency???

Our home was priced much lower than the same house in Lakeshore. Neighborhood is friendly. Staff is friendly, accessible and professional. HOA takes exceedingly long to respond to an architectural request. I am on week #5. No email or call, simply an acknowledgement of receipt email.

Design center needs to take extra time to make sure the buyer understands everything that is being selected. The overall quality of construction is great. The cleanup before the home owner could be better. We have a lot of grout that is smeared all over the tiles. It will take a long time to clean it. The tile installer was good on the floor but the kitchen back splash and shower stall tile could be better. The grout in the shower was very sloppy and the cleanup wasn't done properly. No one seemed to care when I expressed my concern.

We have always heard of Pulte’s reputation for customer service. This is why we decided to build with them. We loved our salesperson, and builder. We love the design of the home. The only issue we have is with some of the options they offer. The materials can be sub-par, and for this price point we expected better. We have built 5 homes, so we know what to expect. We lived in another state, so we were not able to keep watch or monitor progress as we would have if we lived in the area. Cracks in basement walls. Waiting for resolution Fault contractor not Pulte but Pulte is the builder

The buying experience went well. They were responsive but had limited flexibility on the new home. Overall we are very happy with the house.

Good house for the money. Had some issues during construction that required re-do. Need to stay on top of things or they won't get done.

My husband and I are very happy with our home purchase. We had our first leak due to a punctured drain pipe (TV mounted incorrectly) and Pulte graciously fixed it for us. I would definitely recommend.

Pulte builds a quality home we just have some minor issues but there warranty team is taking care of everything else smoothly.

Customer service was outstanding from the time we looked at homes until we signed with Pulte and paid our money. We didn't get our keys the day we signed. Move-in day keys still weren't ready and it seemed all customer service ended. When we finally got the keys, so did all the guidance on how to get registered as a resident with the HOA. Two months later we are still discovering areas we were supposed to have been given information from the business center at move-in (i.e., back gate). The person who provided outstanding customer service at move-in was the builder whose "office" is still on our street due to properties still being built. The survey's seem premature. Generally pleased. There were a few issues that should have been resolved prior to closing.one such item was outside landscaping.

We had the best sales person and field managers. Keeping in constant communication throughout the building process is crucial. We checked our house several times a week. All issues and concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. Although there were a few things we would have liked to change overall we are very happy with our new home.

Buying the home was relatively simple, follow up after the sale was not which I’ll attribute to one individual as after they were out of the picture and correct person involved, things began moving in the right direction. We’ll see how the repairs go.....

I would love to give PULTE 5stars but, we had a few situations that occurred, but later much later corrected. I would not advocate building a home remotely.

Overall very happy however have had some issues with things falling apart which have been fixed but it has been sort of a hassle. Overall, very pleased so far.

We love our new home

It was a great experience buying our house with Pulte. We had some issues, but talking with some friends that bought houses with other builders We notice that we had fewer problems and less important problems. We recommend Pulte as a builder.
