My Pulte team, from the sales representative to the mortgage team to the on-site construction team, went above and beyond by responding to my emails and text without delay. I feel builder is compromising on so many factors like quality, materials,workers, no prior inspection of work being done by contractors, outdated options to buyers , no follow ups on pending works even after buyer multiple follow ups , too many problems within a month after moving, I felt like I would never go with pulte.

It’s a tough time to be building anything, but all in all we had a good experience with Pulte so far. Our construction manager has been the biggest part of our positive experience. Being honest and guiding us through our build really helped what could have been a very trying experience due to delays, to a positive one.

Pulte is a good company, definitely recommend this builder over some others. There are pros and cons to new builds so go in with an open mind. Pulte makes the process easy and effortless. If you decide to go with Pulte Mortage and Pulte Title it makes the process even easier. We are very happy with our home!

Every facet was great from the sales person, design consultant, the construction manager and the warranty contact, we had an amazing experience. PLEASE STAY CLEAR. Extremely horrible buying experience. They made mistakes in the basement for wet bar plumbing and bathroom rough-in plumbing but refused to accept it. They changed contractors 3 times over the course of the build. Build quality is extremely poor - hear squeaky sounds like the house is from the 80s. Zero professionalism and accountability. Horrible management and really bad workmanship make this an experience I would not wish on my worst enemy. Do not build with Pulte.

Overall pretty disappointing build experience. Our sales consultant was great... he was very knowledgable and responsive to inquiries. Our field manager was briefly responsive but after slab was poured, we had very sparse communication. We didn't know where our house was in the build process and when questions/concerns arose, they went unanswered. Our punch list was incomplete or completed haphazardly. Quality is poor from poor paint job, obvious dinged trim/carpentry work, cracked backsplash and shower tile, VERY roughly mud & taped garage.

We had our house closing on 17th December after quite a few postponements. We happily entered our dream house with a sense of relief and belief as we got this from a reputed construction company. Within 48hrs of closing , during a family gathering, I heard a big sound and water came running from the roof ,making a puddle and dripping from the brand NEW house. Rushed to check but water was just pouring , ran up not knowing what to do, but couldn't find anything, our NEW roof was just leaking. Just be in our place and imagine our horror. Never heard anything like this from any new homeowners. ...

I cannot endorse Pulte. Covid delays and supply chain delays aside, I’ve found their pre construction supervisor literally supervises nothing and is the last to know about QC issues, which there were many. Almost a different excuse everyday as to why things aren’t getting done. The post closing construction manager is equally unresponsive. Yes, things are getting done, but at a snail’s pace. Further, the subs that finally show up to correct items that should’ve been done correctly in the first place (had their been actual construction supervision) have a bad attitude and lack skill. ...

The 5 star review for responsiveness goes to our warranty manager for his professionalism and hard work to get all our issues fixed. However, buyer beware. They rushed us to close on home that was not completed. Only gave us 17 days to notice for closing instead of at least 30-45 days. The quality of workmanship is subpar. Our punch list continues to grow with issues we are finding after closing.

Poor communication starting with the sales representative to the field manager, etc. pre to post close. Careless mistakes made during the build process like drywalling over areas and very poor craftmanship from crooked framing, uneven door trims, nicks in walls and woodwork, chips in cabinets, scratches in exterior materials, gaps in installed items, woodwork, garage frame, missing materials, caulk that looked like a 4 year old did it, misalignment of doors and hardware, defects in materials that had to be replaced already...the list goes on. Extremely disappointed in the builder and do ...

After few months in the house I event enjoy it more everyday ! I can feel the house is good structure and ofcourse it worth for money . If we compare to another builder with Pulte is more reasonable . Pulte values the material for their customers like doors ,windows , trims ... I event like there service , we love Tim ( my builder ) before I had problem with the faucet droppedown at kitchen sink and just a quick call in minutes he appeared he always smiles eventhough with problem that to make sure the customers are happy !
