Make sure you know ALL the options on your new home before you finalize your purchase.

From start to finish my wife and I were provided great service and we love our new home. Pulte offers great quality at an affordable price. I've been told buying a home can be very stressful, but Pulte ensured our experience was stress free.

Very good location, good home plans and very good people to help you with the issues and needs.

Pulte had an easy process for picking out our options and guided us through everything. After we moved in there were a few items needing attention that we pointed out. Pulte warranty was all over it! very happy with our sales team and the our builder!

Great people to work with. Quality of the material is not that great as compared to the price. Does lacks some finishes/touchups at the first place which were taken care once service request were created. Overall I am happy with Pulte. Would definitely recommend.

Front office staff very responsive. Couple of response time delays, but overall very pleasant and cooperative. Not overly impressed with cleaning crew. Tucker came out personally to do a job that they should have completed. Front office staff always very pleasant and responsive.

Ensure to receive the complete information regarding the quality of all the materials because we didn’t receive all of the details about our floor’s material.

Love the home but been having a lot of issues and I only been here two months so Im not as happy as I was when i was purchasing. Please take your time when purchasing a new home it can be your worst nightmare if you dont do your homework.

Before closing make sure all repairs/corrections have been made to your satisfaction. We had some minor issues that were still pending and were told at the final walk-thru they would be taken care of after the closing. When trying to schedule it became somewhat of a challenge. In all fairness the most crucial item did receive attention. Otherwise, we are very pleased with our new home : )

Overall happy with the purchase. Great location and good plan. But few defects like a leaking pipe showed up once we moved in. But Pulte was quick to rectify it.

We really like our new home. The only exception is the insufficiency of the insulation, both exterior & interior. Cold air from the outside & lack of privacy with interior walls. We think that insulation should have been more robust.

I watched this house built from footings, slab, framing, mechanical/electrical rough-in, roofing, rough stucco, insulation, wall-boarding, to finishing. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and workmanship that went into all but one of these phases. Unfortunately, the finishing was less than satisfactory. Seemingly lacking in this project was a quality control walkdown by a person with an eye on fit and finish. This logical omission would have prevented a lot of frustration experienced before and after closing.

Vibrant community and amenities

This is the third home we have had built by a mass builder. It was not the worst by far, but definitely not the best. The buying experience was not good at all. Since moving in, I have to say that they are really great about getting any issues taken care of right away. Overall, if we were ever to build again we would consider them.

Did not receive a prompt response to service request. For example, when I requested adjustment to water pressure and temperature, I was initially told to call a plumber myself. Eventually, service was provided but had to make multiple contacts. Issue could have been handled more efficiently.

Was painless and fast.

Pulte financial services were the best! Always in contact with UR best interests first.

Great people working locally at Sterling Ridge. Josh and Annette are great employees and people. Single worst title company experience I've ever had. Title company was an embarrassment to the brand and seems as if corporate doesn't care.

Pulte is a good builder. Be sure to ask about EVERYTHING so there won't be surprises. We asked about the kitchen fan venting when looking at the model home and were originally told that the fan vented to the outside. When we went to the design center when constructing our home, we were informed differently and then had to pay $650.00 more to have exterior venting.

Steve does a great job but I feel he is understaffed, there is some unfinished items that are mostly wheather related that I hope will be completed by early spring. Steve did respond with other issues in a timely manner. I also think John is a great salesman and is very responsive

Small imperfections here and there but over great quality.

The team has been great. That said finish work was not as expected.

Overall, we are finally happy with the house. We have owned a Pulte home in the past and when we were looking for our retirement home, the location and design of the house was superior to anything we had been considering and we decided to buy again from Pulte. My only "complaint" was the overall build process. Things started out as expected. Patti J., our sales person, was exceptional. She was always there for answering questions and guidance, and still is. The issue was with the multiple construction managers who were in-charge of the site during the build and the communication issues that they had. Because of the manager "churn", the closing was delayed from the agreed on date. We planned our move into the house with enough buffer so this was really not a problem. After move in, we had to have Pulte come back and correct multiple issues, raised during the build process, which are just being completed now (6 weeks after move in). Once the third construction manager (John) arrived on site responsiveness improved greatly but he could not overcome issues caused by the churn of the previous two managers. Overall, we are very please with the house and the service provided by our sales person third construction manager.
