So far very nice experience love my new townhouse

We purchased our second home unseen. We are very happy with the quality and workmanship. We were walked through the process by our salesperson who did a great job .

Overall I am happy with my home. There are some small issues that are being resolved.

It's great Experience initial purchase to final move-in.

The finish work was rushed and not good at all. There were so many corners cut that the house looks terrible. We marked all of the issues in the walk through, but roughly only 25% of the issues marked got fixed. The cleaning was also the worst cleaning I have seen. We spent roughly 20 hours cleaning up after we moved in. They said that the cleaning company can not use chemicals which I understand but there were so many areas that were not even touched. The overall house seems to be structurally sound but with the cheap finishes and terrible finish work, the house is severely overpriced even in the market we are in currently. Make sure you look at everything the contractors do because the workmanship is poor. Our house is beautiful but so much needs fixed. Make sure you are getting the things you paid for.

The home building experience was an awful process. We were watching the home be built and had to point out errors constantly to the construction team that they weren't catching. These errors included the door sizes, railing color, warped doors, bowed walls (many bowed walls) among other items. The house and lot were dirty and seemed to never be cleaned throughout the entire process until the absolute very end. The construction team seemed great to start and then stopped responding to issues that needed to be handled prior to closing. We eventually had to involve upper management which fell on dear ears for the most part. It's unfortunate for their warranty team that they left them a lot of items to clean up but the experience with warranty has been positive so far. Great work. Quality home. Little delay due to supply chain issue,

Pulte Homes delivered a quality home and made the transition from renters to home ownership a breeze. The construction team was in constant contact with us throughout the process, we couldn’t be happier.

Everything was perfect!!! Thank pulte, and Field Manager Joshua did a great job.

This was certainly an experience to remember; what should have been no more than 10 months from signing our contract to the end of our 3-months delivery estimate. Although we signed our contract at the perfect time, before everyone decided to move to Florida; COVID-19, we, along with everyone else that signed a contract in 2020 were affected by the pandemic with supply chain and construction delays that extended our wait an additional seven months from our initial estimated 3 months. However, we finally closed and we are happy with the overall construction of our home.

overall the whole process is good. However, some issues which were not solved before closing still remain unsolved although I contacted them several times.

Builder struggled to find contractors to do the work. Contractors either had a bad attitude or poor craft. The quality of the build is not worthy what we paid for. It is a disappointing process and end result.

Poor workmanship, no accountability to get problems solved, no communication on status and updates. Series of issues identified in the house prior to closing and not resolved after nearly 45 days after closing.

Great experience, Pulte exceeded our expectation!

The Pulte process provided weekly communication through out the building process. Everyone was very responsive.

Pulte was, mostly, straight forward with communication in the long process from contract to closing. We were kept well informed during the construction process. And the finish house was, mostly, how it was envisioned on the plans.

Use Enrique because he is the only reason that we bought with Pulte. The female in the office was rude to both me and me and my wife.

Timely update and Resolving any concern are most important factors to buy new house. This was greatly entertain by Pulte.

For such a large builder, one would expect lot more choices. For example, there were about 5 choices for faucets. If you choose anything other than what it comes with the base plan, you will pay 3-4 times the market price. On the good side, the Pulte people I worked with - sales and construction - are good people and trying their best, in spite of the corporate restrictions.

Whole process was very smooth and timely, esp considering the market we are in. I moved from 1200 miles away so it went better than expected. The warranties offered by Pulte give me peace of mind that anything that comes up later will be handled.

The builder, his construction manager and his warranty team were very responsive to any issues that arose during the building of our house. Unfortunately, we had some subcontractors whose work was well below average, specifically the painter and whomever installed the duct work. The painter left many drips imbedded in our grout and the baseboards are a mess. Three ducts in our house contained styrofoam that prevented the fans from working properly. 30 days after closing and our kitchen cabinets still need trim work that should of been installed at closing. I would not upgrade most options as they are overpriced and of poor quality. Very poor quality of workmanship throughout the home.
