These homes are basically a slam dunk. Pulte hires contractors to perform the associated task for all trades. The companies do not provide sufficient training and oversight to verify the particular trades have performed their crafts correctly. Pulte is also guilty of the same lack of quality control. Pre-closing punch list are not completed at closing and obtaining the attention toward completing punch list concerns is a struggle after closing. If you start this process with low expectations, it's not bad. Do not have high hopes in these areas: Excellent communication Pride in craftsmanship Timeliness Customer service is hit/miss Ability to get materials in stock (not Pulte's fault, that's a supply chain issue) Ability to hire quality framers (that is Pulte's fault) Workers paying attention to detail Feeling like you, as the customer, are important. Home is nice in the most part, but received home incomplete and warranty for incomplete items will take months! Quality of vendors and workmanship was very disappointing for the price I paid. Responsiveness to very simple warranty items is horrible. When the vendors do come and fix they are lazy and job needs to be done more than once. Even the electrical contractor cannot fix repairs which I have ended up resolving on my own. If you have the luxury to wait for closing, make sure EVERYTHING is completed before moving in!

Overall the house is great but if there is an issue Pulte is incredibly difficult to deal with and get a timely response. Also, they knew about a leak in our house before we closed and did not correct it, so my trust in them is diminished.

The whole experience was infuriating from top to bottom. We were promised weekly communication about the construction of our home, and it was spotty at best. Our home was delayed not because of COVID supply chain issues but because of a report that they weren't able to get correct. We were forced to sign a document saying that we were satisfied with the quality of our house, but we have a ton of items that were just missed. They need to have someone who inspects each house to make sure it is up to quality standard of the price of the house.

Truly awful experience, ran into so many issues that it became awkward to continue to point them out. I felt like they rushed to complete my home and I notice it every day. I had double digit documented issues after I moved in and they still are not all fixed after living here for over a month! Communication has been poor at best. First morning we woke up to a flooded Landry room, master bedroom and walk in closet. Not recommending friends and family to go through what we went through.

Sales team is worst team you can get . Even build manager was rude. Pulte mortgage team was also worst. Had terrible experience. Best part was after build manager left they assign new build manager (Mark) and he was best and did help great in everything towards closing.

We gave Pulte some slack because of pandemic many items was not up to standard. We were reassured by the warranty would take care of it after closing. . It's been 3 months and many of the issues is still unresolved. Our wooden floors is not flat. One of the gas range doesn't work. Missing panel door. closet incomplete. Bathroom Sink stopper doesn't work. We receive polite response but things just don't get fixed.

When we were buying no issues. as the build process occurred they were a lot a gaps and The field manager did his best to work with our concerns. Pulte upper management is messed up they rushed the home build just so they can try to close the house before the year end and made cuts in proper build by rushing the field team. The field manager was able to resolve a lot of thing after the closing but still not up to par as he has other builds to worry about as well.
