Overall have been happy with my new home. However, I did have an issue where I needed to file a warranty claim due to a pipe leak, and it has nearly bred 2 months without resolution. I am still waiting for repairs to finish and have not been given a timeline for when to expect them to be done. Very unhappy with how this issue has been handled.

Biggest disappointment was in the very shoddy workmanship, with painting of doors. There are dried paint runs and finger prints on the doors. It was brought up but they never addressed it, pretty muy new us off. Garage floor lines are crooked or not square and cracked floor. Molding already coming off the walls in less than six weeks. Address plate was poorly painted as well, was supposed to be fixed and they never did. Overall very disappointed in the quality, especially when you pay as much as we did got this home. I DON’T recommend PULTE homes.

Watch Everday During Build Process!

House was rushed and lots of mistakes just ignored because they use different contractors. I still have tape on my walls and cabinets that was suppose to be taken care of before moving in. I keep finding issues daily since moving in a month ago. They are going to need to redo my downstairs flooring it’s that bad! The people you work with are super nice but they are overworked and can’t provide the customer service and project management required!

The project manager was very professional, kept me inform at all times of the progress on the construction site in a weekly basis, he was always available, very committed and patient with my endless questions and most importantly he took the time to reviewed the third-party inspection reports that I hired and took actions from the suggestions. Pulte Mortgage requires a lot of disclosures when you purchase from them. And at the end, they sell your loan. I’m still waiting on a 30 day walkthrough after 6 weeks of living in my home. It’s time consuming to get your issues looked at and discussed with the builder. Pulte does build a beautiful home though.

Understanding that life as we know it took a major turn the day we received our keys to our new home (March 17, 2020). I wish the frustrations with of that timeframe were all that we experienced, unfortunately, they are not. Our walk-thru (key day) was less than stellar. They were still putting up our block wall, pouring the bedroom stoop, planting trees and shrubs, pouring the rocks and putting in the gate. Overpriced Homes- Not worth the price

The buying process went very well. Shout to Reem our sales consultant and Caroline with from the mortgage company. It was a pleasure working with both ladies. Construction and warranty has not been a good experience. Pending items from final walk was not completed and warranty items submitted over a month are not completed but interior and exterior. I would not recommend purchasing a Pulte home based on quality and workmanship from construction.

So Pulte left me hangign when Sunpower went bankrupt. I paid for the system. During Sunpower bankruptcy, Pulte advised Solaria is taking over the solar systems asset dibision and all the terms and vonditions stays the same. It turned out that was not true. I've been trying to the system connected for a while now and get tossed from one department to the other. This was not what I signed up for and I told the sales rep with this whole Sunpower bankruptcy, Pulte is going to leave their chstomers to bear the cost. Feel as though accountability and quick action is lacking with basic warranty issues and it requires a heavy push to get things done with the construction and warranty folks. Seem to blame others instead of accepting responsibility and completing the work correctly the 2nd time.

Paying a million and chasing for every walk in inspection item has been a pain. On top of that management didn’t pay attention to have the home ready with internet fiber cable. Takes 2 weeks to put things in order. I am asked to close home with all items open otherwise it will create a lot of other issues (like a threat) then asked to sign off on walk in inspection checklist to mark everything is closed. This was our second build with Pulte. There were issues from the very beginning, starting with the Project Manager who was totally clueless. Quality and workmanship from the subs was drastically different from only 3 years ago. We had to stay on top of things daily and supplied pics and letters to PM. After living in our home for 6 weeks we are disappointed with Pulte builders. Their advertising/marketing is a lie. Poor quality of materials used, poor workmanship, subcontractors do not take pride in their work. Interior work looks as if Pulte hired 8th grade students. Poor choice for included appliances, the cheapest money can buy. We did not have a choice to supply our own appliances. Customer Care is non responsive. I will not recommend Pulte to anyone.

We purchased a build that already had its custom features selected by someone who was going to purchase but chose not to. There were a lot of things that were told to us about the home that turned out not to be exactly correct. Which we did not learn until after we moved in. The materials used inside the home are not top of the line as we were told. The cabinetry is mass produced and cheaply made. There are many issues that we have found after closing and one that is still open prior to closing. I have followed up with several emails about my kitchen vent cover, drawer and lazy Suzanne and no-one has set a date to come out to fix it. Prior to closing we were told it would be around January 7 (we closed on 12/28). It's now 2/15 and 3 emails following up and nothing back.
