Only being in the home for a few days things have been good. Need more time for a proper evaluation.

Elected to use Pulte and it’s affiliates throughout the entire purchase process, a one stop shop approach requiring less action on our part. All individuals involved in the process were knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. Quality of finished house I rate better than average as some areas of workmanship were less than desired. Overall satisfied with our home buying experience with Pulte and our new home.

Great experience

Our house looks amazing at first glance, but we have noticed a lot of painting and workmanship issues. Mark has been very responsive to any repairs we have requested.

The purchase process was easy and I feel confident that my home was constructed well. Working with my field manager was a breeze as was with my sales representative. We opted to finance through Pulte Mortage in order to take advantage of the incentives we were offered, and this was mostly hassle-free although there were times when our loan processor was difficult to work with and unclear regarding various requirements.

Disappointing that we had to pay almost $2000 for a light gray paint throughout the house instead of the standard white - and its MATTE paint! You have no choice in finish. Every little nick and fingerprint shows. Don’t waste your money - repaint yourself. We’ve talked to other owners who just leave paintbrush and paint can handy for retouches before anyone comes over. That is crazy. Stove damaged upon install - hard to believe no one knew! I tried to bake and flames burnt the flooring underneath the stove. Took over a week to get a new one. The painters are very sloppy - paint on glass doors, carpets, inside tub, etc. We have been in a month and still waiting to get it all cleaned up. Travis is great to work with and responsive but the whole process is slow and cumbersome. They did help get the CO reissued after it failed right before our closing so we could go ahead with movers and that was appreciated. Make sure you understand VERY clearly where your driveway and access will be. Many homes have storm drains at the base of the driveway which preclude you from getting in and out with ease. ... More

Was a great experience. Met our needs. Overall very please.

Get all questions answered along the way so there are none after closing. Stay on top of things. Personnel were cooperative in reaching satisfactory conclusions. Sales staff friendly and professional, Regina. Design Center, Jill was helpful coordinating interior; Gary explain the process as thing developed. Craig is making everything correct the minor flaws.

Pulte makes the home building process easy. The timeline mapped out in the beginning really helped us understand how the process would go.

Build fast

My wife and I worked with Pulte on the building of our first home. Everything was very easy from the get go all the way through closing. They were very responsive to questions/concerns and I always felt in the loop throughout the construction process.

The house was not fully complete at the “celebration” due to a changeover in field managers and some miscommunication. The customer care rep is doing a good job closing out issues that he normally does not have to deal with,

I wish they would have given themselves enough time to do more thorough final cleaning.

We closed on our home last month. Being the first home in a new development can have it issues, the Pulte team was responsive to everything.

We purchased a house we both liked, had it built and are about to move in.

I love the floor plan and how it was designed. I'm having issues with a design flaw reference the master shower. Hopefully it gets corrected.

Overall, I love my new community and home. When I moved in there were minor issues that were addressed immediately. However, I do feel with the amount I paid for my new home, there shouldn’t be defects in the molding and doors and the painting that I paid extra for should have been done better. I would like to commend Rodney, building supervisor, and Regina, sales rep, who were fantastic to work with!

My experience with Pulte was as a first time buyer and the first time working with a builder. I had heard about being on your toes with builders but Pulte truly cared about my opinion and their perception the whole way through the process. From selecting the model, to the lot, to the interiors they constantly made sure I was comfortable. During the build process, I constantly received updates from the project manager along with pictures and had a standing invite to come see the house whenever I wanted. Again, all the while being constantly asked for my feedback. My only negative experience came from the Pulte title company which couldn't be bothered to communicate with me about my closing until the day before. We love our home. Fell in love when we first walked through it. Bruce is an amazing salesman and was spot on through the whole process. We appreciate the guy tremendously. Materials... we are finding some here and there issues, but nothing detrimental. We do think that some of the contractors used should be reconsidered; however, we are happy nonetheless. The construction crew... Kelly... we adore. She knows her stuff and we feel as if she is the cherry on top to the experience. As with any construction there will be some issues. Pulte is very responsive.

Home and process was overall good.

Our construction foreman was fabulous, over 20 years with the company and he communicated all the time and was very responsive to our needs. He saw and noticed things and had them down to fix often before we did. Would definitely use again. The position of ceiling light is not reasonable, I bought a 8-bed house, but there is no light above the dinning table, very strange.

We encountered a plumbing leak shortly after we moved in and the Field Manager got right after it to ensure the work was fixed quickly. the rest of the home is great. We love our new home.
