We bought a model home. Exceptional follow up to complete all of the small details - touch up paint, replacing light bulbs, hanging mirrors, etc. great response for one minor issue post closing. Thank you.

None to share since experience was not good.

Within a couple weeks moving into what I thought would be a quality home things are falling apart . There are many corners / walls in my home that are not even . Kitchen cabinets have fallen apart . Heater was defective and never tested properly . Plumbing was backed up . Cracks all over the exterior or the home . Cracks in the interior of my home around all the windows . The quality absolutely sucks .

Pulte have very good customer service and smooth transition process before and after buying experience. Sales team,Loan Processong and Fiekd Engineers are very good in explaining all clarifications and meting timelines.

The experience was a pretty bad one overall. The building time took way to long, but given the shortage of workers and materials, this can be overlooked. When neighbors have to call you to tell you some of the framing is warped, cut to short in places, and 2×4s have way to much bark, therefor, making for a weak structure, that's pretty bad! On our walk thru, it seemed as though we were walking thru a used house. It was full of dust, throughout, lose grout, and smudged window panes, along with cabinets that were so full of dust, you couldn't possibly put your dishes or food away, the closets were full of dust, the kitchen had a punched in cabinet and the roll outs on one of the cabinets were left out, from the great room you can see the a/c thru the window cause of poor placement, some of the tile was cut short, and instead of replacing it, they filled it in with grout, the carpet in the main bedroom is coming away from the tile, there were some problems with the outside finish of the house, the sliders were full of grout, stucco, or dirt, the light placement over the breakfast bar was completely off center, and had to be redone. My husband, who has no building experience, brought it to their attention, and had to be redone or centered, the garage was left unfinished, making this nice home look cheap, We lived away while the house was being built, but thanks to certain people who suggested we should come look, the bad 2x4s may have been covered, and we might have never found out till the house would settle in a bad way. We had to address these issues, and though they should have not been from the start, most of the items were fixed, and according to the superintendent all will be addressed after our move in. Now, their mortgage company led us to believe all was ok for 11 months, but a month and a few days before the closing, they called and said we couldn't qualify because of certain self employment rules, and covid. They had most of our paperwork from 11 months prior to closing, and as they requested additional along the way we furnished what they needed, some of which was several times. I am sorry we have to sound like unhappy buyers, but we have bought several homes throughout our lives, and never had to go thru this. The attention to detail and workmanship left a lot to be desired for the price. I also have to constantly hound our field manager to get things fixed. And almost 2 months later I still have items from the pre-closing walkthrough that weren’t completed. They flooded the house while testing the water a few days before closing. If I could do it over again I probably wouldn’t buy with Pulte.

Ensuring that items that needed to be addressed in a timely manner did not happen. Had to keep following up myself instead of them just taking care if the few issues there were.

Stay actively involved throughout the process and it will go smooth.

sharing detail plan would be helpful, if you let the owner make some minor changes will be very helpful. for example some of my bedroom doesn't have two outlet on wall where bed is going instead they put two outlets under windows , some of the outlet is completely out of place. my master bath faucets i requested to change to a more convenient place instead they kept it very far. craftsmanship in paint is very poor also drywall job is very poor lots of wall are not straight

The building team is responsive and trustworthy.

Once they actually started building the home, things went well.

The staff (selling and construction) were really good in answering questions and helping us in getting the house as much as we wanted.

Our build happened during the COVI-19 pandemic. There were a lot of set backs during the build and our construction manager was great at handling each one and helping us through the process.

Working with Pulte Mortgage was an excellent experience. However, we were building this home from a different state and the building manager was not as responsive as we would have liked. It was local friends who were able to take pictures and keep us up to date. Communication with the onsite people could be improved.

The only reason I purchased from Pulte is because of the floor plans and location. Aside from that expect builder grade and sloppy craftsmanship in all internal finishes. I upgraded to the gourmet kitchen package and it's been a complete disappointment. I'd had to have pulte return to fix broken cabinets, leaking plumbing connections and holes in back of cabinets. I've bought preconstruction from other home builder in the past but never have experienced such poor level of craftsmanship. The day of closing, all cabinets were missing all door knobs!! Talk about lack of attention to detail. If you want to purchase from pulte, it is best to simply get the standard design options and plan on redoing the interior at your own expense. ... More

From the selection of our home all the way through the construction. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Overall experience with Pulte Homes was very good. Builder’s team (sales Associates and Construction Manager) were very helpful and supportive from initial purchase process to final move-in.

Best finish construction supervisor ever! Very professional and personable. Really liked his weekly updates and communication regarding the progress of our new home.

Our experience been terrible with these builders. Most of our stuff already needs repair and it’s only been 2 months since we have moved in. Our construction manager jimmy told us from the beginning that he has a family to go home to so no calls or emails to him on his days off because he doesn't care much about his job. Then we got a new manager name Dan. Dan is nothing but fake promises. Our garage door is left unpainted and his response is that its too cold. Meanwhile they are painting new houses left and right. Most of our kitchen cabinets has scratches and cracks but yet they failed to send us the right ones. Now they are just sitting in our garage and no one is coming to pick them up. Craftsmanship is so poor. Build quality if its up to me i would give it a zero star. I can go on and on with the list but i know besides having tons of bad reviews pulte still won’t do a damm things to fix these issues. ... More

We are totally impressed with the after sales service. Everyone in the team is so responsive and eager to help. For us that was big and we are very happy with the response TAT.

Quality of the build is very good

Too many wrong things in general. I will not buy from you guys at all. Lessoned learned.

My field manager helped me throughout the process. He was very responsive and met with me multiple times to address any concerns.

This company was great to work with. The sales staff was exceptional and informative and the project manager kept me updated about the status of my home and even went above and beyond when needed.

Nothing but issues since move in. Instead of enjoying my home all I have been doing is taking pictures, documenting, emailing and following up. The flooring was installed incorrectly which is the largest issue and I’m having to fight every step of the way. I thought Pulte delivered quality but apparently they allow tolerance for lippage so they are only fixing the ones that are really bad. Outside of that that I have tons of pictures showing that every room in the house has issues including the backyard which was left with nails, razor blades and construction debris.
