Within a couple weeks moving into what I thought would be a quality home things are falling apart . There are many corners / walls in my home that are not even . Kitchen cabinets have fallen apart . Heater was defective and never tested properly . Plumbing was backed up . Cracks all over the exterior or the home . Cracks in the interior of my home around all the windows . The quality absolutely sucks .

The experience was a pretty bad one overall. The building time took way to long, but given the shortage of workers and materials, this can be overlooked. When neighbors have to call you to tell you some of the framing is warped, cut to short in places, and 2×4s have way to much bark, therefor, making for a weak structure, that's pretty bad! On our walk thru, it seemed as though we were walking thru a used house. It was full of dust, throughout, lose grout, and smudged window panes, along with cabinets that were so full of dust, you couldn't possibly put your dishes or food away, the closets ...

The attention to detail and workmanship left a lot to be desired for the price. I also have to constantly hound our field manager to get things fixed. And almost 2 months later I still have items from the pre-closing walkthrough that weren’t completed. They flooded the house while testing the water a few days before closing. If I could do it over again I probably wouldn’t buy with Pulte.

sharing detail plan would be helpful, if you let the owner make some minor changes will be very helpful. for example some of my bedroom doesn't have two outlet on wall where bed is going instead they put two outlets under windows , some of the outlet is completely out of place. my master bath faucets i requested to change to a more convenient place instead they kept it very far. craftsmanship in paint is very poor also drywall job is very poor lots of wall are not straight

Working with Pulte Mortgage was an excellent experience. However, we were building this home from a different state and the building manager was not as responsive as we would have liked. It was local friends who were able to take pictures and keep us up to date. Communication with the onsite people could be improved.

The only reason I purchased from Pulte is because of the floor plans and location. Aside from that expect builder grade and sloppy craftsmanship in all internal finishes. I upgraded to the gourmet kitchen package and it's been a complete disappointment. I'd had to have pulte return to fix broken cabinets, leaking plumbing connections and holes in back of cabinets. I've bought preconstruction from other home builder in the past but never have experienced such poor level of craftsmanship. The day of closing, all cabinets were missing all door knobs!! Talk about lack of attention ...

Our experience been terrible with these builders. Most of our stuff already needs repair and it’s only been 2 months since we have moved in. Our construction manager jimmy told us from the beginning that he has a family to go home to so no calls or emails to him on his days off because he doesn't care much about his job. Then we got a new manager name Dan. Dan is nothing but fake promises. Our garage door is left unpainted and his response is that its too cold. Meanwhile they are painting new houses left and right. Most of our kitchen cabinets has scratches and cracks but yet they failed to ...

Nothing but issues since move in. Instead of enjoying my home all I have been doing is taking pictures, documenting, emailing and following up. The flooring was installed incorrectly which is the largest issue and I’m having to fight every step of the way. I thought Pulte delivered quality but apparently they allow tolerance for lippage so they are only fixing the ones that are really bad. Outside of that that I have tons of pictures showing that every room in the house has issues including the backyard which was left with nails, razor blades and construction debris.
