Pulte provides many many choices for the home buyer.

Pulte was there walking me thru the process of buying and truly made it stress free.

Overall Great Experience. Love the home! Sales Consultants were the best that I've ever worked with (this is the 5th home I've purchased in the past 45 years). Everyone has been great to work with including the construction supervisor, the warranty supervisor, etc. The only negative experience was dealing with Pultes Mortgage Company. I won't go into that...let's just say that it was NOT a good experience.

The house is great but there were a couple of minor repair items that I discovered after moving in. I followed the process and sent them off to the warranty mailbox twice but have never received a response. Other than the responsiveness the overall experience with the builder has been very good.

We love our new home and definitely feel like it is a beautiful, quality build. However, as soon as we moved in we began noticing area after area that needed small repairs and touch-ups, mainly cosmetic. We are currently working with the warranty department to fix over 2 dozen things. Most (not all) of the problems are only cosmetic, but they have left us frustrated and feeling as if the subcontractors (particularly the painters) were not properly supervised. For example, the ceiling/wall paint edging needs to be redone throughout almost the entire home because it is uneven and sloppy, there are holes in the stucco left from the scaffolding, and the landscapers got rocks in the sewer line (causing it to back up and spill sewage into our garage from the tankless water heater drain). The warranty department has been extremely helpful and responsive, but we are still left with a situation in which we need to miss work for at least several days in order to have 9 different subcontractors come and fix the various problems. We would have much preferred to have had the closing pushed back a few days rather than to be dealing with this hassle now because they rushed so much at the end and made mistakes that weren't obvious during our final walk-through. It's disappointing that such a nice home had such ridiculous superficial mistakes made, and so many of them. To be honest, it has us wondering if other, less visually obvious mistakes were made as well. Time will tell, and hopefully the warranty department will continue to be as wonderfully responsive. ... 1) Major problems with the elevator in building 5. 2) Unhappy with paint or plaster that dropped on many areas of our carpet. Unable to remove without damaging the carpet. 3) Not happy with the management company so far. Don't feel like we are getting the support and communication that we need. There are only 2 buildings built. Concerned for the future when there are 9 buildings. 4) Not sure the delay in setting up recycling bins. No communication.

We were pleased overall with the building process. Pulte responded in a timely manner to our concerns.

I am extremely happy with purchase of new home. Initial build quality seems very good. I would especially like to comment on home insulation which is really top notch, my heater is not running constantly which is saving me a lot of money. All appliances and AC unit are also of great quality and relatively quiet which is very important to me. Thanks

Pulte has a great design & build team that works closely with the customer. There was ongoing communication and all milestones were met. We had no major issues during the entire process. It took Pulte's Creekside team three months to convert an empty dirt lot into a beautiful home. They followed up quickly to resolve a few minor post-construction issues.

Happy with purchase

House was not actually ready on the day of closing. But moved in anyways.

Everyone that we've dealt, at Ashwood Crossing Naperville, with has been helpful, timely, available and easy to work with.

The time it took to finish the house was longer than promised.

Check all work for quality and workmanship. Slow response in getting any issues fixed.

Problems with the mortgage proses!!

Choice of hanging lights or being left out should be buyers. This was a rediculous additional cost to have yours taken down and donated and paying to have new ones put up. Dimmer lights should be an option. Again additional cost to the buyer. More center island outlets needed We are not first time buyers and have a home at the beach and mountains plus 2 rentals.

Overall it’s good, but some part of the work did not finish or have some issues.

One month after closing everything is working great!

For the most part, the workmanship, finishes and quality of materials are good. The customer service rep has also been generally good with follow-up. Our main concerns are with exterior factors. Garage front aprons to the narrow streets are almost non-existent (extremely short). The same goes for guest street parking - not nearly enough. Lighting at the walkways - also mostly non-existent. This makes it difficult for guests and deliveries to find our place - even dangerous. There is a small light fixture over each garage door, but less than half of them are on at night, leaving the streets fairly dark. ... More

My wife and I are very pleased overall with our home. The build process took a bit longer than we had hoped but with weather and the climate of the housing market currently it is somewhat understandable. Our building manager was helpful in answer our questions and noting discrepancies found throughout the build process as well as after closing. Although we have experienced some difficulties resolving these issues in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend pulte to others.

The painting finishes could be better. It appears that nothing was sanded before painting resulting in a rough finish

I was quite pleased with my home. The overall building process was smooth and transparent. Like most new homeowners I do worry about how quickly additional homes will be added to the community and if I overpaid with the current trends of the market. I do recommend taking the walk through with your project manager seriously and noting ALL problems prior to close. Unfortunately, they chose a horrible and unresponsive AC contractor. They have missed appointments, ignored calls and at times been downright rude. They also installed the AC improperly. Pulte is quite responsive but outside of calling the contractor there is really nothing more that they can do. ... More

New buyer 2 months in home. So far only minor issues. Good response to warranty issues.

Recently i got a inventory house at Dallas. It is nicely built. only the worry part is, it does not provide clean or smooth finish on some of the stuff. Pulte claims they are not custom grade but production grade builder, so smooth finish will be missing in some edges etc.

The sales process was bad. The sales rep didn’t listen to our concerns and let us make assumptions that he could have easily clarified. This lead to many disappointments when we didn’t get house feature we thought we had purchased.
