I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The closing was a nightmare and now I’ve been in the house for seven weeks and still have many issues with the house that have not been resolved.

The overall experience was nice. We still have a couple things needs to be fixed /updated and our closing day was 2 months ago.

The house wasn’t clean day of walk through prior to closing. Many issues with the flooring were present

This is our dream home, however there were many issues with house. It took over 2 months for our house to start construction and when it started it went down. First they laid the wrong foundation. We were supposed to get a raised slab and we didn’t. When we questioned it, it took some time to figure it out. So while that was happening our wood for framing sat in the rain and got mold on it. So after our house was framed we had to have a mold treatment, which we had to ask for. While all this was happening we had a horrible experience with the sales manager in the area. He flat out told us he didn’t care if we wrote a bad review or if we pulled our mortgage from Pulte. He said he didn’t care if our realtor never used Pulte again. He offered to buy our house back multiple time because he knew he could sell it for a lot more. We never had dealt with a more arrogant person in our lives. When we went above his head just to tell them the lack of professionalism, they didn’t seem to care. Pulte doesn’t seem care who is representing them. We have lived here over 90 days and we still are waiting for blue tape walkthrough stuff to be finished. While I know we are in better shape than my neighbors, it’s just frustrating. If you are looking to have a home build, just an FYI if they are building a hero home your house will take a back seat to it. ... More

I did all my upgrades with Pulte design center and everything that I upgraded was put in incorrect or damaged still waiting months to get items fixed..

Didn’t have a great experience with the sales person even had to escalate the issue’s however everything else was great. Construction manager and had a change in sales manager helped turn the experience around. Definitely loved the design and quality work how they do the construction.

Let’s just say that there were/are multiple issues

The craftsmanship and work on the home truly is poor.. We closed when the house was not 100% finished and they did nothing about it. Day after we closed and tried to move in, had 5 people in our home who just let themselves in. Been in the house over a month and work still isn't finished, lights falling from the ceilings, cracks in walls everywhere, bathrooms are an absolute mess, just terrible.

Take a longtime for them to do repairs and respond to emails.

Completion delay was a problem but we worked thru it.

Pulte has an amazing warranty, the Build Quality Experience made me feel confident in the quality and structural integrity of my home. The builders were always in constant communication so I really felt a part of the team!

Entire process was great. From initial contact to the closing Sales and Construction Manager kept us informed.

Pulte homes builder's team is very responsive to the issues . Also, they were able to complete on time in spite of supply chain issues. I wish they have taken a little more care in checking the smaller details ( like few paint touch ups , carpet edge finishes etc. ) . But, they are taking care of them after the close-in . Overall I am satisfied with the build quality and the construction team and recommend them for buyers.

I was a new home buyer and i was very much curious to know each and everything. I used to visit the site every other day. It was a good experience. The sales office helped a lots to understand each and everything. The design center experience was not good at all. I wanted to modify some of the upgrades and the person will not let me do.

Bad workmanship, bad construction, etc.

Overall I would recommend Pulte to anyone as they were as professional as they could be - including their mtg process

Although we enjoy the location of our new home immensely, we are incredibly disappointed in the sloppiness of the work that was done on our home. Many of the craftsmen who were contracted to do things like flooring and windows did subpar work, and now we require them to come back and fix what should have been done right the first time. For example, the medicine cabinets in two are our bathrooms were not level and were placed at an angle so they look ridiculous. Also, our nice wooden panel floor in the master bedroom is lumpy and uneven because the concrete underneath the bedroom area was never smoothed and leveled prior to putting the flooring in. Issues like these clearly demonstrate that Pulte is more concerned with getting homes up quickly than making sure that the quality of the homes is worthy of their reputation. ... More

After I closed on the house there were many issues. My customer care manager, Ralph has been wonderful. Unfortunately, most of the materials and the the quality of work is subpar. There's still more than a dozen of issues still needs to be addressed. I would love to speak with 1 or more of your executives of the headaches and inconvenience this caused me and my family. Thank you.

Sales team was very helpful during initial contact but pushy and sometimes misleading at times up until closing. The design process was quick and easy and the women at the design center were extremely helpful. Building was delayed due to weather and pandemic shortages but overall an easy experience with good communication. Thus workmanship was good quality for the price but not completely finished. Attention to detail was definitely missed. Pulte made it impossible to use an outside lender but were not forthcoming about that until just before closing. Once we started the process with Pulte Mortgage they were very helpful and were able to help us with a smooth process at the last minute. The closing process was very easy and title company made it possible to do most of it online before the actual closing appointment. Make sure you inspect everything carefully and take your time at your final walk-through before closing. Overall, despite some bumps in the process we would recommend buying a Pulte built home. ... The Team tries hard to deliver a product that is not near the quality you would expect for the price. There are a number of factors to include, covid, shortage of workers and supplies but the prices have soared beyond NYC level prices. Location is great, neighbors are great so its a decision you have to make

We have been pleased with the home building process with Pulte Homes. Communication with the builder throughout the process. We are pleased with the quality of the home. Would recommend this builder to others.

I am happy with the home, love the style, salesperson Amanda was great, however not happy with items that were not completed prior to closing and it has now been > 6 weeks since closing and there are still items that have not been addressed. I made contact with the warranty rep, Dave and he has been very helpful in trying to complete my list of not completed,

Sales very helpful and pricing was very reasonable.

Overall good experience. Issues acknowledged in timely manner, although resolutions have been slow.
