Great location, willing to work through issues after move in

We love the design and location of our home! It is perfectly situated and has everything that we need close by. We've had to work with Customer Service on a weekly basis to get issues that were either constructed poorly or not working resolved. We still have on-going issues 2 months after moving in, but Pulte's Chris S. has been very attentive. That said, it's required at least one of us to be home to oversee and communicate this work for 7-9 days Monday-Friday. Please do better in constructing multi million dollar homes

As one of the big builders you guys are, please understand that for you its just another customer, but for the customer its their first home, one of the biggest purchase they can make, they are going to work for this for the next x amount of years. Don't make poor quality homes and rush the procedure cause you focus on quantity rather than quality. Your construction managers badger on getting all 10 ratings the next day you close the house , this can be verified with other neighbors too. They message you till the time you don't get it done. Overall fast and smooth process but quality is questionable

We were early into our house hunt and we found a Pulte new community that would be close to school and other amenities. The price was higher than expected possibly due to location. The sales rep was honest and helped us chose the upgrades that we needed. Design appointment was excellent and Abby did a fantastic job, my only feedback would be to see if weekend appointments can be arranged as we had to take day off work to make it. AC issues and Other problems

Vittorio, a month in and I have had nothing but AC issues system doesn’t work now needs to be replaced. It’s seems that nothing was tested to ensure things are working properly. A little more attention to the details would’ve be helpful.

Hallmark home. Nice home, but unfinished

Things have been ok, but since my closing my construction manager said he was going to get a few things taken care of for me, and now he has moved on to another community, and I haven't heard anything regarding the few issues that I have. It feels like it's a "not my problem anymore" situation since I'm now out of sight, and out of mind. Quality could be better when you pay over $550K

The processes was great thanks to my realtor but the house is ok. The tile is not lined up properly in a majority of the kitchen area, seems like it was rushed which it probably was. The tile in the shower is also not lined up very well. The paint was supposedly redone but the redone paint inside and outside had a lot of issues the bump out accent colors were covered with the main house paint and the paint inside had a bunch of areas that don’t match. Construction manager changed right before closing and closing date randomly set

Construction manager changed last minute so very little continuity in support. Closing date was also randomly set without any room for negotiation which was ridiculous.

Good buying experience, but horrible Pulte finance experience!

Beautiful community with great resort style amenities and very friendly people. The Pulte sales person Derek was great and the quality of the homes are above average. Although we had a very good buying experience with Pulte, I would definitely not recommend using Pulte Mortgage for financing. We have been buying and selling properties for many years and have never been so frustrated with their financing process. The loan processor Jennifer at Pulte Mortgage gave us such a hard time and wanted so much personal information that was irrelevant to the loan process that we had to get financing ...

Quality of construction is good, but not great.. Old style of models, not contemporary. not much design upgrades/customizations available. Post handover warranty team is not much helpful. bit over priced for the product they deliver. Customer service is not great

After moved in--some items are fixed quickly and others snail pace. Excellent materials, but some of the contractors are poor workmanship.

My Experience with Pulte Homes

Make sure you look over your home for everything. We had issues that ended up being worse after the fixes or repairs were made from our final walk through. We have had to start repainting all our baseboards and door frames. There is silicone caulk everywhere, it was not cleaned up and was dripped on the LVP and tile floors. The garage floor had to be redone multiple times, and is turning yellow now instead of the gray color we chose. Not real happy with quality of workmanship by the sub contractors.

I still have issues that I've submitted on through the portal that have been un resolved. I have a lose spindle on my stairs, the a/c still runs hot in certain rooms even after having someone come out.

Ok quality for a production home

Sales representative was very good. Design center not the best experience, very expensive for not the best quality. Would definitely recommend getting a pre-drywall inspection and a pre-closing inspection. We closed before our driveway and the yard was in, would not recommend that. Once they have your money, they’re not in a big hurry to get things done.

Affordable homes, especially for large families.

Pulte makes new home construction affordable for middle class families who might otherwise not be able to, and I particularly appreciated that. That affordability means you'll sacrifice customization, but as long as you understand that trade off, you probably won't be disappointed. There were a lot of small things that could have been done or approached a lot better, but overall I wouldn't say not to go with Pulte, especially if you need a larger home. For the price, it's worth the small annoyances.

The process of buying a new home was made easy by Pulte. Their site selection and design and engineering of the location was excellent.

The construction of the house was clearly not at a value of 800,000 which is what I paid for the house. When I moved in a shower didn't drain because cement was poured down the drain and had to be removed by a plumber. In addition there was rust in the bathtub. Some of the wood was chipped inside the house. Overall however we're happy with the houses design and functionality. Pulte has been very responsive to concerns about the house and has fixedmost of the problems that I've asked them to. Overall the experience has been good but probably not worth $800,000.

I purchased a quick move in in May 2025 so no real interaction with the building process except the final inspection and that piece went fine with Yohan as the Construction Manager. The sales process was stressful with deadlines that didn't seem to matter & missed communication, and the words "trust me" used. Viewing the quick move in homes was easy. I used Pulte Mortgage and Pulte title which got complicated at times due to unclear terminology and changing disclosure (loan) line items in each phase.
