The loan process should have been better

I had very good experience with the purchase especially with Cathrine Kleve and all. The one think made me almost pull out was the loan process. This is the worst compared any other builders. The loan process should be improved a lot. They dragged to the very last minute asking for documentation and all and it doesn’t make any sense with all the documents they ask, even with people with 800 credit score.

Viewed house physically several times before purchasing with a virtual closing.lots of on line paperwork. No real walk thru until after closing, several issues needed to be addressed that were shown to agent before closing not addressed until we were present.

Build quality is not a 5 rated. it just average. all house have same issues, even till the issues not fixed at closing day itself. Grass is also not good quality. lot of other issues with homes.

Blessed with a great team

We were blessed with a great team from Pulte. Starting from 1) the sales office, super helpful and down-to-earth Jennifer, to 2) the construction manager, Garrett, and his team of builders who put together a well-built house with minimal adjustments and finally to 3) the follow up agent after closing, Samuel, who is attentive with any needs and warrantees. Overall, this was a pleasant experience, just anxious about dealing with the HOA, our first time in Florida.

Overall good buying experience and good process. But unfortunately I had very bad experience with the builder Mr. Chris who was always behind his Closing reviews. He blocked my phone number when I delayed my reviews since my repairs were pending and he was not trustworthy. Flooring work for my house is terrible, otherwise all good so far. Thanks

I recently purchased a home, and while the overall structure and layout are great, I’m somewhat disappointed with the finishing touches. The contractors that do the caulking are terrible at their work. It has taken them multiple times to caulk our main shower, without leaving holes in the caulking.

The selling process was great, however, after closing the correspondence and pre-closing home issues are put aside at the builders convenience. I closed several months ago and there are several problems that have not been resolved. I was promised prior to closing that the issues would be corrected.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Sales team was professional and post contract transitioned to Construction team. Construction team was understanding and helped understand the process in detail. Post move-in warrenty team is engaging and supportive. Customers do notice different teams during the life cycle. Would be great if a single point contact was available as this could be once a life time investment.

Great floor plan which is why we chose Pulte. Felt like upgrades were many and expensive, so beware what initial cost is. I can’t imagine anyone going with the base price they offer. The offered incentive was 5k off closing costs if we mortgaged through Pulte. It was the worst mistake we’ve ever made. With our credit rating of 840 and only needing to borrow 90k for our 525k home, we still weren’t approved within 2 weeks of closing. SO STRESSFUL ! We then went with a local bank who had us approved in 2 days, but we obviously had to give up the 5k incentive. Home build quality is good. We are ...

Our Sales person was awesome, she guided us perfectly through the beginning process. Our Building supervisor was also an awesome person, fun to talk to, but he didn't do what he had promised us , which left us no choice to see help from other management. The end result was good,...it just could have been a little smoother.

Good overall experience. Faster build time than we expected. We had a few issues that were addressed as they came up throughout the building process. I wish they had better quality appliances as their standard options and I did not like the vendor they partner with for technology equipment and installation (security system and TV wall mounts).

We are among several new homeowners who do not yet have our sod. We were somewhat disturbed to see completed, but yet unsold homes get sod prior to our lots. It is not a good look for your company. It is not the way to treat your customers.

Nice home Pulte sales department needs to improve their communication. Would like better insulation in the garage but the rest of the house is very nice We have been in the house for 2 months and nothing minor or major has showed up.

Timelines keep shifting (Expect a delay of a couple of months). A lot of construction quality issues were observed across the community: sewage issues, drywall under the sink having holes/uncovered, AC leak issue in the attic, Sprinklers and drip link leak from day one.

Buying Experince Great. People Skills Lacking.

The front office personnel was rarely in office. I called Pulte to schedule time to visit the model home and was finally able to speak with a rep. The first rep took a first glance and assumed we couldn’t afford our home. Judged us almost immediately. It went downhill with this guy. However Maitlyn was a breath of fresh air. She answered all questions and very outgoing. They say if you don’t have anything good to say don’t say anything at all. I’ll say Pulte Finance is abysmal. That’s putting it lightly. From the reviews of Pulte Finance, we knew to already have a backup plan. ...

The home was a little late in getting closed. The local agents were helpful, but our relator had to intervene to get things taken care of. The home is nice, but there are a few quality items with the HVAC system and some fit & finish details as well. The superintendent was helpful to get things taken care of from the punch list. As we continue to live in the house we have found a few more items that will be on our 1 year warranty list.

Pulte has good and cheap qualities. It looks good outside looking in, but once you buy and see the fallacies, you'll be disappointed. With the money you spend on housing, you'll just expect more! A lot of errors!!

Build quality is par below with cheap material quality. Interior paint is definitely a joke! The apartment I lived before was built in 1960 and had a better paint and wall quality. For 750k this built ? Wow. I don’t recemmond because of the quality of the house
