Great experience working with a responsive group.

Not at all satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the house. The outside patio/deck slope/gradient does not allow rainwater to flow out, this causes stagnant water on the patio, which could produce mold. The front concrete/cement is breaking. The worst and fearful thing is that the upper portion of the house shakes when we run the washer and dryer. The hardwood floor is chipping off. The gutter from roof was broken at the time of closing. Very good, always informed in the construction process and met the estimated time

Recent owner of a Pulte home in Southwest Florida. For all the advertising about excellent quality work and what not, they don’t even do a fraction of it. They have taken on way more than than they can handle and just are just cranking through houses to get better numbers while completely ignoring quality. I have built a house before and know what to expect with any new construction. It was evident that there has been no supervision or oversight of the work being done. Workers are telling me directly they got maybe a fourth of time they should be getting to complete their work. I personally will not buy a Pulte home again and will never recommend it to others. I don’t care if it’s supply chain shortages or too much demand, you are taking my money for full price so I expect the returns to be full and fair. Get your stuff together and pay attention to your homes, not just how many homes your close. ... More

Great house quality, and they will gelp you make sure everything is in order even after closing

Overall, the experience from signing to closing was great. The responsiveness after the 30 day walkthrough has been wanting. They promised to fix any lingering issues but the it seems they are not in a hurry to do any of that. Why promise to do something then renege?

I appreciate the guidance and updates I received from Pulte always going the extra mile. This included sales, loan processors, and lastly the building team. Quick responses to questions and concerns; I was never forgotten or ignored with inquiries. My experience was one of the best! I’m happy to have worked with these professionals.

It was a great experience to purchase home with pulte

Be diligent with this company....They were delayed ~3 months, installed the wrong kitchen layout and made me pay 1/2 the cost. Rough ride and wish it was smoother and fair. Now that all is done, house is great and all is well.

On the plus side, see my comments above. On the negative side, some things that should have been included in the design of the house were ether overpriced options or unavailable. Specific examples include medicine cabinets and a place to sit in the Owners Bath (none were available at any price) and a stairway to attic in garage (only offered as a high priced option)

You can tell they are really concerned if something is not up to 100 percent on your home.

If you have questions about the building of your home this is not the builder for you. There doesn't seem to be any upper management and no escalation process when there is an issue. Everyone goes silent. The finish work is poor.

Building a new home with Pulte is a great experience where you can choose many items to personalize your home that are standard and upgrades. You will feel like you’re part of the building process.

It’s been 1 month since closing but still having issues. Raised multiple Service request but response is very slow.Have to follow up multiple times with the warranty guy Russell to send someone to care of the request. Even many other house owners are having warrranty issues. Some request is pending for 2 months. It’s new construction, so ideally we should not be having many issues in first place. Paid more than asking price, but now I feel it’s not worth.

Lengthy process, but well worth it in the end. We are so very happy with our purchase and would rate the overall process a 10! Communication with the builder was great, and being able to customize the home to our preferences and likes was amazing. Thank you Pulte.

Ovan was not working from 27 Nov 2021. It was replaced on 28 Dec 21. Paint was wrong whole house. Hot water we are getting milky as of today. Replace hot water but still getting milky water

While the sales process was great, the design process felt like we were rushed to make our finish choices. As much as we like our home, I am underwhelmed with some of the finished workmanship, considering what we paid for the home. The wall in the owners shower is bowed, and the tilers just cut curves into the corner tiles, instead of having the wall fixed first. Also some crooked wall switches and outlet covers. The warranty people are good at returning any calls, but so far some of the issues still haven't been resolved, and one of the issues they did try to fix looks like an unqualified DIY job. My impression of the finished product is the finishers are rushing through the home to get done, and no one is checking the workmanship, maybe because they are so busy, so the builder can turn it over to the homeowner to get their money. ...
