We loved Ramsey and Kevin. The build experience and the sales experience were superb.

The company refuses to solve any of the problems you point out about the homer unless you get someone who is very knowledgeable to argue with them. Things such as bumps all over the floors and a gaping gap between the floor and the parking garage door, half an inch crevice between the stove counter, walls that are protruding by about 1-2 inches, which are all normal according to Pulte. The small problems involves a crooked oven and microwave, which is useable but it could look better. Another is random nails missing from door hinges, which again is useable, but really could just not forget the nails maybe? Either way, I understand there may be problems with a new build, either due to lack of attention from the workers (they had beer cans all over the place when we came to check the unbuilt house), or unpreventable problems like shrinkage, but I really do not like being told obvious problems are "normal". ... My advice is to never close on the home when their are outstanding items that need to be complete. This was our first time building a home. We did not truly understand that the home should be complete (move-in ready) the day before close. Now, we still have items not done and I have to constantly follow up to get anything done. Lesson learned.

Field manager Chad was awesome who went above and beyond his job expectations. He was professional, courteous, and a helpful problem solver.

Sales does not disclose issues with the apartment complex adjacent to Martins landing. Our HOA fees pay for a doggy park for Edgewood apartments, dogs from Edgewood urinate and defacate on our common areas damaging the sod and bushes. Apt renters do not pick up after their dogs in our common areas and harass Martins Landing owners. Dartmouth Group refuses to enforce the Condominium rules and regulation, they ignore e-mails sent by unit owners of violations. The whirlpool appliances included with your purchase are of poor quality and have lots of issues . Wait period for fixes up to 3 weeks. Many frustrated new unit owners. . ... More

Pulte was able to build the home in time but the workmanship and the finishings are below par including the overall models and layouts needs a lot of work to be done.

Overall quality of the product is good but attention to details before close is very poor. Many issues would have been avoided if tradesmen and proj manager had performed final quality inspection. IE appliances installed but no power to them, lots of paint splatters on tile floor, no garage door opener etc. Easy items to resolve if final inspection actually performed. Lack of transparency on when we will receive appliances that were contracted is infuriating. Not asking for Pulte to improve supply chain, just tell us what you know instead of "we have no information" ... and neighbor waiting over 7 months for appliances. ... More

In all fairness, we had a concern which was to have possession of the keys by a certain date, Pulte tried its best to relatively get the keys in our hands though not exactly the date expected but close. I expected Pulte to be more responsive to complaints that are being discovered after closing, it's actually a disappointment for me at the moment. I expected better quality work than what was delivered, being an experienced individual myself in the field of construction. We had a great relationship throughout the whole process, from the time we started looking at the models to the start of the building to closing.

The project manager was excellent for each of my walk threw. Everything was explained in detail, step by step. My build was happening at a very difficult time I was kept informed throughout the whole process

The fact of having to bid on the lot bothered me. Ended up paying almost twice the origional price for our lot. Would have liked to be able to customize my build more. Seemed a little rushed to close before all issues were resolved..

one example cabinets selected at the design center was level 6, but they installed level 1 and poorly installed and not even completed, very disappointing and the next step which is the reply to this survey will determine if the rating goes even lower.

Builder met our expectations. There was some confusion but was sorted out right away.

My project manager consistently provided me with weekly updates as to what was going on and what we could expect next. The mortgage team worked very hard to come up with a very favorable mortgage agreement based on my particular needs.

Pulte's sales process was the best we experienced while looking for a new home. They were very good at providing updates throughout the construction process. While designing our home we found that options were somewhat limited and deviations that seemed simple to us were not allowed. Standard products like cabinets and appliances are good quality. Supply chain challenges, especially with appliances, have been frustrating. The closing was stressful because there were major items that were not complete. However, Pulte stands behind their product and their team was supportive in finishing the major work quickly. We continue to work with them on the punch list. Overall we like our home and believe the structure is of high quality. We appreciate the followup on issues and the followup warranty program that will continue throughout the first year of ownership. Overall the experience was positive with some moments of frustration. We really like the sales and field construction staff. They were all very focused on delivering a quality product. It is nice to finally be in our new home and we appreciate that it was finished in 9 months in this current environment. First day moving into a new home we found out HVAC system was turned off due to bad circuit breaker and this is during peak winter. Also found door bell does not work. This is bad I did not expect this from Pulte builders. I dont know what else I will find out more in the future. I think quality of materials worsened.

Pulte offers a qulity home buying experience and they deliver an excellent product.

Our experience with Pulte was awful if we would’ve known how bad of an experience we were going to have we would’ve definitely gone with a different builder. When we received the keys the house still needed many repairs most of which were addressed in the walkthrough and were told they would be fixed prior to closing. It has been a month since we moved in and we still haven’t been able to get anyone to come work on the repairs. It was definitely not move in ready.

Everyone was very helpful through the entire process. I would not recommend the upgrade to the cabinets- they are substandard and not worth the price. Not what we expected for sure.

Poor quality, rude, unresponsive, over promised and underdelivered, not worth the money, our paint looks like it was done by a toddler, among others. We 100% regret buying this home and will be selling within 5 years.
