My experience has been fairly good. It was a different because I purchased a spec home so everthing was done when I bought it. The mudding work, cabinet installation and appliance installation all needed fixing. Some I am waiting for my 1 yr inspection to do. There is a crack starting in the ceiling that they are sending a crew to fix on Monday. The microwave trim wasn't installed right and finally they sent someone yesterday to fix it after some back and forth. The house itself is very nice in general and I am enjoying living here.

Overall, my experience was very good. I had some issues with your customer service department and lack of responsiveness. I had to make several phone calls and send an email to the CEO before I received any response I needed a few minor repairs which took two months to complete. Tatiana was assigned to help me with my issues. She was outstanding. Her professionalism and follow-up were exemplary. That said, I recommend you make some major changes to the operation of your customer service department.

Post closure issues needs to be addressed quickly. Visiting vendor should be very polite with the home owners ( I have had a bad experience with the NWR electrician at AMS)

The layout and options available in the houses are great. However, I do wish Pulte would offer more customization on certain things, such as HVAC choices, shelving in closets, allowing multiple interior paint choices, and just interior design choices in general. We have a lot of small issues in the house and a couple of bigger issues, but Pulte has so far worked with us on a lot of them. Something that’s rather frustrating is that you have to really stay on them to get things done. Sometimes they’ll push back but if you’re persistent then they will work with you. Ground broke 5-21 and closing was 11-8-24. Fast, efficient, communicative and well built. Construction Managers were great and hand off from one to the other was well done. After closing everything became more difficult and communication slowed down. Clearly "warranty" work is not the same priority as gettting the house sold.

Really like my home and its features. Appreciated the efforts to close earlier than planned. Title company error caused closing to take 4 hours. Warranty issues taking too long to resolve. Communication about warranty issues could be better. Great neighborhood and sales experience.

Chris, our project manager was responsive to our needs and made our move in experience pleasant. Within 10 minutes of our taking possession of the home, he came to our rescue with a snow shovel and addressed our lock issue. Chris is awesome and he is a wealth of knowledge and an asset to Pulte Homes. He addressed our issues and concerns prior to move-in. Amy in PGP Title was helpful with our closing and has been helpful in proper allocation of funds for our HOA's.

Initial contact with Pulte salesman was positive till we quickly determined he was making mistakes and telling us things that were not accurate. Met numerous workers on the job and none spoke English. Fit and finish of home was average.

Review all the small items that need attention. Chipped door trim, paint missing, drafty windows, squeaky floors, scratched windows, patio door out of alignment, damage to vinyl floor, leaky sink. Etc etc etc.

Not great! These builders are cookie cutting builders , they do not value customer experience and overall workmanship is not great.. However customer service is good though.

Overall it’s a good experience. All staffs were nice and efficient in the entire process. Except one thing that made us feel very unpleasant. Our home includes an upgrade that’s worth about $100k. All upgraded items were listed with their prices. One of the item was a kitchenAid fridge and its highest price I could found on internet is about $2700 before tax but they charge me $4200! I meant if you wanna take money out of my pocket, you should have allocate the profit to something I can’t get its price easily on the internet. Charging me $4200 for a fridge which is worth $3000 at most makes ...

We purchased a new Pulte home this year. I have purchased 4 other new homes previously by other builders. Tho Pulte builds a nice home, we’ve had more issues than expected. Things that should have been identified prior to posting it for availability. Plumbing issues with 3 sewer backups in the first 2 weeks. Drain lines apparently has construction debris in them. A leak between the wall that required a lot of work and remediation to fix. I’ve noticed other issues that will be addressed to Pulte once we’ve confirmed the most urgent ones are fixed. I’d say Quality Control is an issue that ...

The home purchasing process was fairly easy but there was some incompetence and a lack of responsiveness with our second salesperson but the third one was exceptional, very customer-focused, responsive and a pleasure to work with. There were a lot of minor errors in the building process and a lack of attention to detail on simple construction. Overall the experience was OK but it wasn't the greatest. We'd rate the overall experience a 7 out of 10.

Overall construction is good. Fit and finish is ok, the subs workmanship is mediocre. Sink in guest bath not level, front door threshold not sealing properly. Kitchen cabinets are low quality and constructed poorly. Microwave oven broke twice (poor design), use a different supplier. For $600k I would expect better. Design center was not very useful, poor job of helping you understand the finished product and how it will look.

It is very difficult to get problems fixed using the service request section of the website. On several occasions it has taken multiple submittals to get any response from Celina Y. It shouldn’t take 24-48 hours to get something scheduled that’s way too long.
