I am satisfied with job done by the company. I would like to have more lighting installed on the ceiling of the rooms. Also I would prefer different flooring on the balcony.

It’s been over a month that we moved and it’s nice, we’re enjoying the home. There’s no big issues. Couple of small issues fixed by the service team.

Workmanship can be a little much better , making sure the tiles are aligned ,corners are sharp . So materials are also lower quality the sheet rock is so soft , that indentation are visible if u put a little pressure . structurally the house is well made .minor attention to details will go a long way

Pulte is a solid builder. You need to stay engaged and make sure communication is clear. Would be great if they would be reasonable with design center pricing and options. We did very little during the process and had to spend nearly 20% of the purchase price to get a nice home. Doing quite a bit of work after we moved in because it was not possible to do with pulte during construction.

Construction and closing process when very well. We had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of quickly. Overall it was a great experience.

Dustin and Linda were outstanding. The home was not presented in an appropriate way however from a cleaning standpoint. The cleaners did a very poor job. There also seem to be issues with chunks of dirt or who knows what not being cleaned before carpet was laid so there are lumps all over the floors that have carpet.

It has been really smooth working with Pulte during the purchase. Everyone (sales, mortgage, title company, field manager...) we worked with was very good at answering our questions. Unfortunately our basement started leaking water several weeks after we moved in. Reported the problem to the warranty team 3 weeks ago, but still waiting for a response to schedule the repair.

House Interior especially drywall is incredibly bend , there is not a single streight wall, the hight and length not matching at all, drywall not leveled at all, we have few sport where cealing drywall is incredibly bend , i gladly show that to inspection.... Then another issues with internet wiring , mot a single cable was woried properly, btw our neighbor had same issue with cable, so we had to hire it guy to revwire all house . Minor issues with contractors/landscapers work and timeliness of getting in contact for repairs. Overall home building quality was good and no major issues after 30 days.

The building of our home and the field managers in this division, Ridge at Stormcloud, have the BEST Field Mangers around. We have friends building Pulte homes in other division with horror stories. We are very fortunate. The sales side of things was a bad experience. We went through 3 sales persons who all told us different things which led to complications and delays. The design center that was used was amazing! Wonderful! The Pulte Title Company was excellent as well.

Our new Parklane Pulte home is so beautiful and comfortable! The floor plan is very functional and we’re enjoying living here!

Overall process was very streamlined

Very responsive team in communication but action is a bit slow maybe for valid reasons. Just a few items we are not happy with—we have to walk into a dark garage to find the light switch. The dining area light can only be switched from one side, We may have to spend extra to have an electrician rewire these light switches . The grading around the house draws water in, instead of away, this is being reviewed by construction manager. Good overall.

The whole buying experience was handled so well by our sales person, Faith. She explained everything so well. Selecting our options was a fun time and the design staff were so helpful. Our project manager gave us updates and followed through with correcting any issues. Leugh is still here and didn't disappear after we moved in. So we feel like part of the community already.

The overall experience did take some time. Going with the builder lender did have its set backs as communication was a major issue. The overall build is good. Seem as if some things were rushed. Little things didn’t get picked up and we had to go back and fix them during the walk through and 30 day inspection. Neighborhood is greAt. Lincoln the builder is a good guy helped with lots of issues and fixed them all.

Structurally the house appears solid. Finishing workmanship is always an issue when building. Our project manager has been on top of our punch list items. Air conditioning air flow has been an ongoing issue and still needs attention. Is 1 unit enough for our size house? How should the duct work /vents be installed/adjusted for even temp throughout the house? Overall we are pleased.

We love the model, the process was quite simple and the post move in team have been extremely responsive and helpful (Ryan is the customer relations person). Our construction super (Steven Chipman) has been wonderful as well. Our comment would be - we would encourage you to step the quality control checks prior to move in. While your team has been fantastic in responding, we think that many of the items could have been detected on the front end. It was a good experience overall, we love our house. There are a couple of matters we expected to have been handled betterm

Built the Furman Plan on River Green and put in all the options that we could think off. Wish we extended the Gathering room since we spend most of our time there. Very happy with the open floor plan and proximity to everything. Love the Master on main. Downsized from a 3600 sq ft house to a 2880 sq ft house and we feel that we are not cramped and have plenty of space for everything that we need.

Pulte Condos in Crown Gaithersburg review – Pros: The location of these condos in Crown, Gaithersburg Maryland is fantastic - they are within a stone throw distance from Crown city center that includes 7+ good restaurants/bars, a Starbucks store, a great wine shop, a Harris Teeter, a Sports club and other stores. With easy access to 270, MD 200-ICC and close proximity to Shady Grove Metro Station the location speaks for itself. The external look of the building is very modern and attractive. The building is located across from the pool and community center and therefore has easy access to these amenities. Inside the unit, the upgraded kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are excellent. The floor plan I choose – Brooklyn has nice size open kitchen and living room area. I will definitely give building a 4.5+ star rating out of 5 stars especially because both, the Sales and Delivery/Operation staff is very professional and attentive. Having said that, there are a few elements that could have been designed better to get a 5 star from me. Cons: - The sound proofing in the building, both internally and externally is nearly nonexistent, the ceiling is lower than 9 feet, there is only one elevator in the building of 32 residents that not only is inconvenient but it is also a single point of failure especially for elderly living on the 3rd and 4th floors, the parking is very limited with a very flimsy and noisy garage door protecting the entrance, the adjacent same size windows do not have symmetrical dimensions and therefore creates a challenge for designing high-end window treatment. For the unit size of 1500+ sq. ft. The balcony size is a joke. Obviously, some of these are design while others are construction quality control related issues. Bottom-line - While the corporate planners/architects plan these Condos to maximize the square footage and utilization for obvious reasons however, they do neither have experience nor inclination to make the design for functional living. There are way too many of these smaller features I can list here that can be easily incorporated into the design that makes a good design great but this review already too verbose. ... More

it is complicated to have every little detail worked out, however you do a pretty good job in this regard just a matter of having some areas duly cleaned for delivery...acces gate, garage for example.

The home is great however the paint and some small details are needing to be fixed. The paint comes off easily on the walls. There are some issues with walls having weird curves and bulges. The main concern is I was never told there would be such a steep driveway which is an annoying issue and for someone with a bad back adds additional issues.
