Lots of minor issues and house was unfinished when we closed.

Great product , amazing service and communication, great overall experience!

This is our 4th new build home and unfortunately this experience did not live up to our standards or what we have experienced in the past. You can blame Covid-19 on this as well. From having to bid on a lot and not getting straight answers that would better equip us on the bidding wars to the very end where we ended up doing our own cleaning of our stove vent. This could’ve been better in so many ways. Sadly we did not get the house we wanted, nonetheless we will be happy with our home.

For the amount of money we spent on the home and the lack of completion of our home when we moved in was very disappointing. The little things you thing would get a lot of attention on are lacking throughout or home. 2 months later and we are still waiting on things to be completed.

Pulte did a great job of the home layout. The exteriors are different but uniformed. I had the ability to customize furnishings in my home so each home can look different from the interior

The overall experience from beginning and during the process was good and continuous two-way communication.

Like the condo overall. Glitches took awhile to resolve when we first move in.

This was not our first experience with new construction which is why we do appreciate that our home was well built. But the demeaning manner in which Pulte treats its customers is appalling. They can delay, delay, delay and lie about the reasons but fine you $500 a day if you can't make the closing date they finally are willing to show up to. Post-sale, the responsiveness to repair issues has been inconsistent. Problems that they have addressed were properly resolved. But there is little communication on open items

Make sure that everything is down be before you sign your closing

I had previously lived in a Pulte Condo which I truly thought was a 5 rating - all I needed or wanted. This second time around - I would rate it inferior to what I enjoyed the first time. Realizing that the times now are different with great help hard to find in different areas, some of what I experienced could be understandable - but not all.

The entire build process was tainted by the fact that our closing date was a moving target, issues with the build quality (an entire wall was crooked, dozens of paint/drywall issues, secondary bathroom tub had to be redone due to a framing issue, several door latches throughout the house do not latch), and the title company's inability/unwillingness to work with our lender. The sales consultant consistently told us inaccurate information, the title escrow agent was rude and obnoxious, and our build manager was overworked and stretched thin, no fault of his own. The build manager was the only person who was honest throughout the process, and seemed to be undermined by some metric that corporate was pushing to close on a certain number of houses by the end of the year. He didn't have enough tradespeople to do his job effectively, and the consequence of this was that our home was built poorly. In a market where builders are price-gouging homebuyers, do not expect the quality of the home to match what you paid for it. ... More

We chose Pulte because of its reputation as a top-notch homebuilder and they didn't disappoint. From the design and sales team to the field construction team the process has been amazingly detailed. Everything has turned just how we pictured it if not even better. The Pulte team really cares that you are happy and satisfied with the finished product. Our construction field supervisor Tony has gone above and beyond to provide the best home buying experience especially as we got closer and closer to closing. He did a couple of walkthroughs in the field with us and made sure we understood everything that was being done during construction and what was coming up along with time-frames. Our house was the last one set to close in 2021 and we needed to be out of our current living situation by the 31st of Dec. Even with material shortages with the supply chain and a few rainy days that slowed things down, Tony still pulled everything together to make sure we closed before the end of the year. He also continues to help us with any minor issues that have come up since we've moved in to make sure we're happy with every aspect of our purchase. It was a great process despite delays due to supply chain issues. My builder got everything together and made a beautiful home. My only comment was that, now that I've moved in, we've realized a few things weren't installed correctly, but are being fixed or being scheduled to be fixed. The Warranty department has been very responsive and quick to get things sorted out. I highly recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to purchase. They have a wide variety of homes to choose from, and I'm confident I have a great home.

PLEASE DONT BUY PULTE HOMES !! Quality of construction poor, horrible closing process, worst customer experience.

Your experience through out the home buying experience are directly tied in to who is your sales person and manager. Tyler and David are truly professionals.

Easy to talk with Pulte personnel

Would definitely think twice before buying a Pulte home. Pulte main concern is to hurry up and close to get there final check.

Although I am aware that the Pandemic caused a lot of delays, the overall rush to complete my house by the end of 2021, caused a lot of “corrections” or was simply incomplete. I do appreciate the responsiveness of my Field Manager and Sales Agent, as I know they did their best for what was in their control. So far, the house is being corrected as we have been requesting.

The home is built quality.
