Overall, the workmanship and materials are among the top quality, the value for the price is good. So far, the responsiveness to issues has been prompt.

The after sale service from the builder was super and they were reliable. Steven in particular delivered a complete house in the end.I thought all the finishing touches should have been done before closing, Mass production leads to the above problems.

As a first time homebuyer I was nervous about the process, although it was stressful, I don't think I'd rather go through the experience with home buying with any other company but Pulte.

With designing the home there were too many things that were "upgrades", which most were quite costly. The model that is available does not show the real product as almost everything is an upgrade. Its also annoying that you have to wait for sod in order to add a larger concrete pad in the back. Late July and no sod, so our concrete pad needs to wait another month to complete. My AC fan is loud and needs to be on at all times in order to keep the house cool. I'm sure I should have upgraded that too. Our house seems to be built well but Pulte didn’t do some of the things we noted to be fixed during walkthrough. We almost didn’t sign due to them not doing a single thing on the list. I indicated some things that we needed done before we were to close in 4 hours and those were done. Some of the others were done after putting in warranty service request but I’m either going to fix the rest on my own or have already fixed it. The service team is extra responsive and things are fixed within two weeks. Overall, I had a good experience with Pulte. Our sales person was great to work with and more importantly, we love our new home! The floor plans are nice and it was the right house for us. My only advice, if you are building from scratch, is to make sure that you are involved in very step of the construction /build as much as you can. There were times that we caught some mistakes in the construction. We pointed these out and they were rectified, but my point being we caught them in time. Once you are close to the closing date it will be harder to get these corrected. Best of luck!

Beware that the stairwell to the second floor is not designed well. it’s impossible to get a normal size couch to the second floor. in addition there are FOUR doors in the master bedroom that are a bit cumbersome to navigate. otherwise i’m entirely happy and really enjoying settling into my new home.

construction team is very execution focused and get things done as soon as they physically can. of course contact with sales office needs work as the closing took a lot of effort!

I was impressed by the value that Pulte provided. For any small issues that were found, they were responsive and prompt in dealing with them. Would recommend Pulte to friends.

Suffice it to say if I had to do a home purchase all over again, I'd still choose Pulte, The total buying experience was streamlined and convenient. The customer service before and after sale has been exceptional.

John S and Konrad B are great Superintendents! The garage is too small - needs to be wider and deeper. Pulte also dropped the ball big time - major mistake by building and selling a "Smart Home" wired with Cat 6 cable with no internet in the neighborhood, Still waiting on Comcast to come today (8-7-19) and we moved in 6-28-19.

Only been in the house a month. Follow up repairs was a little cumbersome with matching up dates that worked for the builder and the home owner. Still have a pipe in my front yard. The builders says it belongs to the house next to ours, which is still under construction by a different builder. Spoke to the other builder and he states it belongs to Pulte.

We love our new home

Over all the build quality of the home is good and the project manager was good. The biggest issue is the master shower. The drain had to be cleaned out twice because it did not drain. There was broken glass and wood in ther from the top out. Additionally the floor is not leveled correctly and need to be ripped up and replaced.

For the most part the build process went smooth. As with any build there were hiccups that were addressed in a timely manner. As of 07/01/2019 the build quality and craftsmanship still exceed most home builders in the Columbus market.

There were a few problems that came up during the build of our house. That's to be expected. Each time the problem was resolved so I came to trust the build team. We have been in the house a little over a month and are happy with how it turned out. There are a few pickups we have submitted for the 30 day warranty period. A representative is scheduled to come to the house to look into them next week. I am hoping we will get the same kind of response we got from the build team.

Overall very happy with the work.

The place is great to live. I wish there was a pool and recreational facilities for the tenants.

Reliable and were able to deliver what they have promised.

Some issues I noticed after I moved in. Defect on wood floor which will be fixed. Plumbing leak which’s they fixed. Cabinet doors not aligned. Some painting not done properly. Pulte has been very responsive. Hvac filter not easy to chamge

The experience with Pulte has been very good. From the iniial contact through closing the staff has been top notch.

Very quick builder and delivers home as promised

Pulte has done an outstanding job with our home and their communication. Starting with JJ Thomas, our Building Manager, who was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and honest, to Rebecca Beck in Customer Care, we have been pleased and satisfied to-date. The only reason why my rating above is not 5 stars, there are several outstanding issues that we are currently addressing, although we have confidence they will be handled to our satisfaction.
