How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? It was great experience to watch the house from dust to finished. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Overall was fine How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? About this part was kinda disappointed . First, when they start to build the inside of house . There is a lot of broken wood that they use did not replace after I sent the picture to the builder team . Then there’s should be a hole for air intake for AC unit. Builder team was totally forget about it before I found out the issue. Last thing I was so confused about is the drop ceiling of the master bedroom. I didn’t see the blueprint. But by the common sense, and I’ve seen some other houses. it should be higher ceiling. This is the first drop ceiling that they built to made a ceiling lower. I don’t know if it’s they just forget about that same as they forget about the hole for AC . The build “drop ceiling” afterward. because I saw it was cut and add upside down to a finished ceiling. We have submitted several repair requests with only one repair

Completion was not what I was looking for in some areas. Was told to many times about warranty after issues addressed before closing. Would suggest not to close until your house has been inspected by your own source because it’s cost me. Cleaning was not up to par at all.

Overall, a decent experience. Great during buying process, but too many punch list issues open at closing, and still issues open a month later. For the price paid, it would be nice if there was heightened responsiveness.

I thought that the decision making process was too quick and pushy. Then I dont think there was an adequate follow up to the various conditions of the house. Yes, I think the house is in pretty solid shape but I did not love the experience.

Buying a new build can be scary but this process was very smooth. Our home was completed on time as promised and we had a wonderful team with Monica in sales and Kevin as our project manager. They made us feel comfortable and confident the entire process. The home is lovely and we've had no issues other than a minor plumbing issue on day one that was not followed up on (hence the 3 star) but overall it was a wonderful experience. If I ever buy/sell/move again I would very much consider a Pulte home. Thank you!

Pulte is a quality builder but he’s only as good as the Sub Contractors he hires. Workmanship could have been better but overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Slippy work everywhere that needs to be fixed.

House have lots of defects which have not been taken care of and we are still pursuing to get it corrected.

There high level packages did not make sense .. they were not very accommodating over modifications.. we liked few things in one package and few from other also to select there are no more houses for all models neither have color schemes which we can see and realize how it will look like.. Follow each step with a close attention for details

Our initial building meetings went fairly well. We did run into a few hiccups along the building process. The completion of the build was within the promised timeline. The construction manager was helpful our initial sales person made a few mistakes, causing our realtor to have to do a lot of back work for us. Once in the home, the overall craftsmanship is OK there are some things that were skimped and some things that were done very well. This is our first new build, and we’ve been in the home for a month, we will need more time to complete a more in-depth review.

We love our new home but had some trouble during the construction process. Some of the information we were getting from our sales associate and construction manager turned out to be misleading. We had difficulty getting the construction manager to respond to us at all. His manager should have stepped in to assist if he was overloaded. The post closing support has been good from Julie. You expect a few minor issues here and there with any new construction and Julie has been very responsive.

We love our new home. Plan on spending a couple hundred thousand more than the base price. The lot is not included. And everything is an upgrade. Everything!! If I was younger, I would have taken the included kitchen and tore it out to remodel after purchase. I’m just not up to living through a major remodel at this point. I do feel it is mostly a quality build, especially ventilation and structure. Service after close has been prompt but they were unable to resolve a faulty low quality kitchen pull out. The convenience kitchen package was not worth it. The only other thing that looks lower quality is the baseboard and the lack of shoe molding. We were notified that our selected backsplash was discontinued and they wouldn’t allow us to go to the showroom to pick another one. They wanted us to pick it from their online link. We decided to get our own after the build. For the same price, we got a much higher quality beautiful backsplash on our own. Overall, we are very happy with our new home. I am a senior who is alone and have decided I needed to be near family. my younger brother and his wife were very cordial to invite me down to fort myers to live near them. The stress of the situation was I am alone and did not have guidance on all this Technical stuff. My brother is my POA and Pulte would not allow him to sign for me at the closing. He lives here so it would have been convenient for everybody except apparently the title company. Thankfully Pulte had an employee who was very kind. Instead of insisting that I sit alone at a kitchen table signing documents online that I didn't understand she willingly fedex me the closing papers so I could read them and sign them with a pen. Far too many issues and repairs needed within the home

Once in home we began to see many quality issues that we didn’t notice during our final walk through. Pulte service is responsive to tickets, but if they had better subcontractors there wouldn’t be so many tickets.

After moving, I realized that inside walls don’t have insulation at all. Voices and TV sounds are the echoing in entire home. Even water sound in bathroom is echoing in home. It’s very disturbing.

There are sone issues that can’t even be explained. Door trim that is uneven with the wall. Bedroom closet doors that are so big they scrap on clothes abd I have to “hide” behind to get to part of the closet. very poor design.

It was a really great experience.
