First time buying a new construction home. Built by Pulte. Process was all good except for the choices available at the design center. Fine details needs to be improved. Enough misalignment to makes you think about the qualiti control. If visible imperfections are noticed what about the those items not visible after dry walls.and paints have covered them?

When a homeowner pays in excess of 700-800 thousand dollars for their home, he/she should expect a home that is pretty much completed to standards. Rushing to finish homes when homeowners are waiting an average of 14-16 months and then expecting them to close when homes are not even properly cleaned after all the painting and construction, and issues are found everywhere is not something Pulte should be proud of.

As a first time home owner, the experience was new and exciting! Our sales person was thorough in letting us know our options when considering purchasing a town home and the different build outs available. The tour of the model units was thorough and gave me and my fiancé a good view of the space that worked for us. Great home - but lack of quality on trades

We love our home but the trades all did a haphazard job in the house and lacked really finishing the job. Some walls not painted in closets, wrong color grout/caulk, crooked lights, drywall issues, etc. Be ready to GC your follow up work and expect lots of no shows

Amazing experience with everyone I interacted with, from the front office to project managers, loan officers, etc. However, at this price point, (over 600k), I had certain expectations for a home. Some of the standard/builder grade options were the same/less than my first new build (approximately 20 years ago). For example, I had a better shower/tub in my apartment than the stand tub/shower combo in my over half a million dollar home. In addition, some things just felt rushed. they had me wait to purchase the house for 2 weeks so they could raise the price and i paid an extra 15,000. The club still is not quite done, pickle ball is ready but it is hot and the beaches are not safe and we have no pool yet.

The buying process was smooth with no issues. Construction management was awful when it came to the framing of the home; forcing a change in construction site management. However, once the those problems were corrected the final product is beautiful.

First let me say that the home is beautiful, and I believe it is definitely worth the price we paid for it. For the most part everyone we have worked with has been very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been marred by post move-in issues with the house and poor responsiveness by our builder to address these issues like they claimed they would. It's nothing major. It's a bunch of small issues that have added up to be a huge headache. Horrible experience. House was delivered after 2 years of signine and it felt like i learnt construction engineering in the process looking after everything at each step. Except for the last CM, we wouldn't even have closed in the 2 yrs. He is extremely detail oriented and focussed. He is Pultes chance for revival of their name.

My home took 13 months to complete and it wasn’t even complete! Pulte fired my project manager and gave me a new one 2 weeks before closing. The quality of work and attention to detail was horrible and the new project manager has done a wonderful job of making things right but the home took entirely too long to be built for there to be so many issues with the home.

We were on a list for building, somehow we were bypassed and lost onthe wait list. Did not get the facade we wanted to build or the lot we wanted due to being bypassed. I believe we paid more due to the longer than normal wait, 6 to 8 months.

We had a very good construction manager that finished the job. However, we went through 2 not so good managers that very not good communicators. Pulte builds a beautiful home, offers lots of upgrade options. Very disappointed with the number of cosmetic issues that we have to deal with after closing for the price point of the home that could have been taken care of prior. Very happy with the house we customized. It took us one 13 months to finally close it from signature to signature. Pulte team very friendly and helpful… until closing. After closing you get to deal with customer care, which is almost inexistant. Every touch up they promised to fix after closing are still pending (5 weeks after closing).

Overall, the experience was fair to good, but there are areas that left us underwhelmed. The team at the sales office was professional, responsive, and friendly. New home buyers must watch closely at each stage of the construction and third party inspection is a must. Make sure all issues are fixed before closing if they be ready for months and months of follow up. Slightly over priced so try to get discounts or credits before you close.

Long delay in home completion; we did many BNB's. 3 + Months. Sales and marketing staff, mostly Daniella, are great. Orientation was good. Few defects found in the home. We have not moved in yet but so far I've had so many small issues that has not been resolved yet. Workmanship on the carpet installation is terrible. Cabinets and other upgrades are still missing. Communication is obviously missing.

My sales person was great. Same as the upgrade center contact. The builder manager seems to be either overwhelmed or in an another planet (not responsive at all unless you press to talk to his boss). The warranty contact for now has been up to the task
