Overall, we are very happy with our newly built home. Appreciating the challenges that have impacted the economy with labor shortages and supply chain issues, our home buying/building experience was a positive one. Working with our field manager and sales rep we felt like we were kept well informed with the progress and timing throughout the process. Happy to be new Florida residents!

Monitor your house as it is being built. Subcontractors seem to have no pride at least in the work they did on my house. The builder manager did make it right to make sure things were fixed. Do not build during COVID and while supplies are low.

I love the sales lady Natalie who responded fast n was very polite.

Build process took way longer than planned/ expected. House was not completed when we signed. Ensure you get inspections done pre drywall and after, as they tend to rush you through the inspection walks. Multiple things not painted, or just plain poor workmanship on multiple items but everything is contracted out and they leave it up to you to complain or pin point every quality issues instead of it just being done correctly the first time. We expected better quality and communication during our build.

Very happy with our new Pulte home

House it self is good but when I close house was messy. Finishing part is not satisfying me. Painting is not finished and rough, crown molding scratched all over. In master Bath, stain is all over on the floor tile. It seems like selling unfinished home

Just moved into my new house a month ago. Pulte was VERY motivated to get my house done for their quarterly numbers. They moved heaven and earth to get my house done be Dec 30th. The past few weeks though have been hard to get ahold of my contractor, issues are still outstanding, and I sometimes get a timely callback. It’s like once you sign they don’t really care too much. Walls are crooked that have to be fixed. Doors don’t align. Wind can be heard inside the house by the vent flaps. The outside of my house has stucco issues that aren’t fixed. A hole in my new backyard wall just appeared. And it’s on me to contact Pulte for everything, only to have the ball dropped every time. It’s exhausting working with them. My suggestions after I’ve been through this process: scrutinize everything. Never sign documents without sleeping on them. Take a microscope to walkthroughs. Say “no, that’s not good enough sorry” more. You must advocate for yourself strongly - Pulte is only in it for themselves and are not the true partner they advertise as. There are 20 houses around me getting attention and I’ve asked my contractor 4 weeks ago for the walls in my shower to be smooth and with no holes. No response. Prepare yourself. ... More

Great experience from start to finish! I would highly recommended building with Pulte Homes!

I would like to say that the seller agent and the construction manager helped me keep my hope on the purchase of the house. The construction of the house took approximately a year. The builder company values more production over the quality of its final product. The price of the house unbelievable high. My high score goes to the seller agent, the construction manager, construction care manager, and the construction workers on this review.

Very challenging time to be building a house with all the supply chain challenges and high demand. I was very impressed by the constant communication and updates from Pulte and really enjoyed the thoroughness of their inspections on the quality of the home. I’m very excited to be living in my Pulte home!

Since the beginning of the process our sales consultant (Jose) was so helpful and understanding that we felt he was part of our family. During the building process the field manger (Derek) was so accommodating of our needs that made us feel emotional of the entire experience. I hope every buyer has similar experience to us. Totally worth it

Building process took long, but understandable due to the current climate.

On site agent and builder were excellent; however Pulte, the Company, focused only on their profits, ignoring the impact their actions had on buyers. Pulte demanded some closings take place much earlier than anticipated which cause considerable inconvenience, stress and costs for these buyers. This rush by Pulte to close homes before the end of 2021resulted in incomplete and shoddy workmanship. Design center also made mistakes w/ buyers' selections. Customer service department and local builder make sincere efforts to resolve these issues which should not have occurred in the first place.

The honesty and attention given by our construction manager Nate is what made our experience a pleasant one. There were moments when things were not going well, and he not only reassured us it was going to be made right, but made it right!

Everyone from the sales rep to the field manager to the mortgage person to the warranty person is super amazing and wonderful to work with! They communicated really well with me throughout the process.

Pulte homes helped me at every step of the home owing process. Processes are transparent and help was always available.

The quality is lacking, excessive repairs needed. Would seem as if corners were cut to increase their own profit margin.

This process was a total Nightmare many sleepless nights shedding of tears very stressful. As a 1st time home buyer this was suppose to be an exciting experience mine was the total opposite. I totally understood that a Pandemic was/is going on and materials was hard to get and slow to get but the ideal of taking the few options that I had away. I mean the price you're paying for the home you would think you as a buyer can have a little more say so. I have so many issues I have encountered with this home buying process it's not even funny. I was so close to backing out at the last minute. I chose brick color for my home unfortunately they weren't able to get them so I get a text with a picture of some red bricks they told me they were using nothing close to the color I originally picked out. What a bummer that was. I didn't get no option on another choice it was take it or nothing until I put up a fuss about it. Those bricks they picked out looked to be obsolete why would I wanna drive up to a home with those color bricks like really. Then I paid for an upgrade to stainless appliances to find out the put stainless steel silver microwave and dishwasher but the range was black stainless steel which didn't sit right with me. I asked the building manager about it she informed me that the model number on ny contract , the range & the website was all the same after doing my own research it was not correct then wen it was brought to her attention I was informed by her that it wasn't available for them to purchase. I asked her if they wouldn't have found me the correct range to match the dishwasher and microwave was they able to change it out to where all three appliances match I was informed no. I had to keep that. The fact that they just put it in was unacceptable again another option was taken away you get that are nothing. Then I did a walk thru about 2wks b4 closing and some issuse was pointed out that needed to be fixed. Then another walk a week b4 closing the list was even longer than b4. As the building manager if you have people/ contractors working for you and what they do reflects you the right thing to do is making sure you're staying on them to make sure things are getting done and done correctly and professionally. These people just had everything a mess paint left on things it was a lot of little stuff they could've done better. Then everything that was not corrected it was blamed on the Pandemic like what do the Pandemic had to do with getting the place cleaned up ready to move in. I could go on and on about this whole stressful experience but I'm just gonna stop here cause as I sit and type this just getting me mad and upset about all I went thru with this process. I wouldn't buy another pulte home.

The process of buying was relatively easy. I was worried that they would cut corners and for the most part, it has been good. My only issue is when there were things that were concerning or needed to be touched up, the ticket would take days to get a response and a week or more to get resolved.
