Overall experience is great. Pulte did a great job! Some of the follow up repairs from Pulte vendors is not up to the mark. Multiple followup needed and I am not impressed with their response.

We like our new home, but the quality and attention to detail in finish is definitely lacking.

Quality of Final product is not good. They rushed the house and forgot to put time into details and finishes

From the sales team to the maintenance lead that took care of a few quality control issues during our first month, I would recommend Pulte in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience with Pulte so far. The best part of the process has been the communication - our builder called us once a week to update us on the process and was readily available to answer questions and concerns. One of my friends is building with another company and she has an "allowance" of email communication, after which point she is charged per email. In any case, we have enjoyed our home and everything involved in it. Thank you.

My Overall experience is great.

Pulte has total disconnected from different departments, bad sales team(one I got), amazing construction manager, worst sub contractors, bad quality, failed. My house was closed almost 3 ago, with a condition of getting some stuff done after the closing, its close to 3 months my house is still filled with blue-green tapes for paint and drywall issues, my bathroom is still not completed, I have air drifts from all around the house, my 50% of cabinets are not functional, leaking faucets, lights don't work in the guest bedrooms, etc etc, etc. My recommendation to another buyer is to make sure you record the discussion with the seller agent, DO NOT CLOSE The house if its done, if you be nice, they will take advantage, you will be tired of chasing them. ... My shopping experience was a little different than usual, as I don't live in the United States, the purchase was entirely online, with the assistance of the seller and my realtor. until closing everything was ok, but the process of handing over the keys to the house to my realtor , who was the person that I designated to receive the keys, was a little confusing, we had to get in touch with several people until they delivered the key to the responsible, even so, the keys of the owners closets were missing. as I haven't had the opportunity to get to know the house in person, I can't comment on many things yet, such as the quality of the construction, among others. It was a good experience!

Move in date was Friday, December 17th. Robert tried to change it to the following Tuesday due to needing a little more time to get things done. We told we couldn’t because we had things being delivered and already took time off from work. We told him we would not move in until 4pm that Friday. When we showed up the painters were still there and the house was really dirty. He told us the cleaners would be here in the next hour. We knew there would be some outstanding items. Not a problem. He told us the painters would be back Monday to finish. They never showed up. He would consistently over commit and never deliver. Told us the painters were coming two other times and never showed. No call or follow up from him. He told us multiple times he was going to send us the outstanding items and when they would be completed, never did. On January 26th I texted him that we would be taking the Pulte survey by 2/5 and he texted me back saying he would have no problem completing the items by then. So many times we texted him and called him and no response. We were very patient, but can no longer wait without anything being completed, since we are now going on almost two months of waiting. They really seem to care about the build process

Overall Pulte Homes is good. However, very hard to coordinate with thing did not go well.

Pulte was overall a great experience it has set the bar high for my next future builds.

All in all it’s been a great build experience for me. In spite of the supply demands, Pulte has been awesome at responding to my concerns and have been quick to resolve any issues.

The entire process was excellent from start to finish. All Pulte representatives were responsive and professional. Build quality and materials are excellent.

Pulte takes quality very seriously.

Did not meet commitment to buyer on building phase walk-throughs. Are not responding to the fix-it list items.

I love my new home!
