Pulte does not seem to care about their customers once the contract is signed and they REALLY don’t seem to care after the sale of the home is complete. I understand that there have been unforseeable delays due to shipping issues and labor shortages. However, that does not excuse the times that we have caught their staff blatantly lying to us or more often than that, just refusing to respond to our inquiries or concerns timely. There is no excuse for not replying to an email. When they actually do reply, we’re always told that “we’re aware of your issue, it’s on the list” with no follow-up ...

Unfortunately our experience with Pulte was not the best. We went through 2 field managers Mike and Steve who were not responsive at all and told us the wrong closing date and then ended up moving on from Pulte one right after the other. The good news here is that it brought in Jeremy who has been extremely helpful. We were told many of the things that needed to be completed on the house would be done after closing and to just close and get in and it will be addressed 1 week before and 2 weeks after. However there were many things that needed fixed in our final walkthrough and here we are 3 ...

I had a good experience during the entire experience. The building process took longer than normal because of Covid but I always got my questions answered in a timely manner. I'd tell anybody to also get their mortgage through Pulte because that was a smooth process. I heard horror stories of people having trouble at closing but no issues at all. I'd recommend Pulte to anybody looking for a nice home with people who are considered with your happiness.

Working with the Field Manager was great. I think the quality of workmanship is not so great. I feel the home was completed as quickly as possible. They did not take the time to do the trim work. Nail holes are sticking out or rough. Had to seal my own grout behind the stove and master shower. We were told they use good insulation, but the home has a chill to it. Overall we love the home and the layout is great.

The final product is poor quality. Bad craftsmanship throughout the entire home. They rushed through the build it it shows. We have structural issues as well as "cosmetic" issues. It seems the structural issues would not have been brought to our attention by our construction manager and WE had to bring these to his attention. So it seems they knew about the issues but wasn't going to tell us. My worry is what else was rushed through during the build that we cannot see. We were turned away originally in March only to have our contract accepted in May with a huge price increase. The ...

Horrible experience, zero customer service, no pride in their work, sloppy, constant mistakes that they never fixed, did not care about the customer at all, just throwing up the house as fast as possible with unqualified workers.
