Mediocre, unprofessional and make promises they later ignore and never deliver on.

Horrible experience, zero customer service, no pride in their work, sloppy, constant mistakes that they never fixed, did not care about the customer at all, just throwing up the house as fast as possible with unqualified workers.

Could have been better in the mortgage application. Need to communicate effectively re temporary use of range hood. Different brand as specified on the contract.

Everyone has been very nice and Daniel has always been helpful and has responded to our questions and issues in a timely manner. Our complaints are with the quality of finish work and painting that leave a lot to be desired. We know everyone is busy and on time schedules but this is the last home we planned to buy and really didn't want "projects" when it was "move-in ready", plus we invested a lot of money to buy the home! Dealing with paperwork online (with people in Colorado) was confusing for us... we are not up with modern technology and we were often very frustrated with the process. Great communication! Communicated frequently and with a great attitude.

It was a first time home buying experience . Overall it was good experience for me but I did not get the home in time until last minute the work was pending .it was just a townhome but pulte did not plan well it took around 10 plus months to get a house which normally takes 4-5 months . Also the quality if the material is not up to the mark being a reputed builder .

The floor plans and value of the home is great, however, I feel like we weren’t updated throughout the home building process and kept in the loop regarding any delays/issues.

They do not live up to their promises nor their quality standards. Accepted POOR workmanship is backed by many sub par repairs after the fact. Would not buy another Pulte home.

was told that all the lots were at least 3K square feet. that was a marketing lie at worst, an honest but negligent oversight at best. Once i found out it wasn't, I was not allowed to cancel my down payment even though it was a few days later. Also, fortunately for me, there is a 1 year warranty because there were lots of things that were not QCed well before turning over to me (however, it does take away my time, which i do not appreciate). also there are some ongoing design flaws i am dealing with- such as repeat flooding in my garbage can area.

Pulte Home delivery high quality of the house and they have a great team including sales and project manager, Brian and Shawn, to help me out the whole process. They are professional, trustworthy and really responsive. Good experience to work with them.

Can't get answers on final finishes on my house like no one cares anymore since I already moved in

They rushed to close, several things weren’t done correctly. Mainly poor finishes, now we have to wait for them to come back and address issues 2 months after closing on the house.

Still waiting on the punch list as well as promised refrigerator and range upgrades as yet not delivered. The overall home is a nice build with way above average materials. The impact windows are top shelf, as well as the tiles.

More than 7 weeks after closing: - the tile incorrectly installed has not been completely repaired - there is no enclosure for the owner's shower, so it can't be used - the owner's bathroom toilet has been removed and sits in the shower - the material that should have been ordered in November hasn't been, so we're still waiting for it - the bad stain job on the stairs and handrails has been poorly redone and is turning yellow - many other issues communicated in October and November to the field manager remain unaddressed Pulte has not been trustworthy at all. They find the words to make you think they've got a grip on issues now and they will be resolved: it's all lies. They don't to what they say and let their suppliers drive the show at their advantage. Do yourself a favor, don't buy from Pulte. ... More

Home buying with Pulte was very easy. Throughout the process everyone at Pulte was very responsive. Build quality of the home that we purchased from Pulte is very good.

Been a pleasure dealing with Pulte before and after the sale of our home. There are always minor issues once you close on a home and they have been very responsive and rectify any outstanding issue immediately

Quality control is an issues as there was very little oversight of the contractors that did the work. We had to point out major issues that needed addressed that Pulte blatantly missed. On the positive side house designs where nice and the design team was helpful.

We love South Carolina and Oakfield had great eye appeal as we drove through the development. We felt it checked our boxes. However, the quality of the built is mediocre at best and we feel the cost of the house was way too expensive for the workmanship/quality that was delivered. Unfortunately, we feel we will have many repairs to make along the way. They have already begun.

Check everything and make them properly clean the property. A new home should not be turned over to the buyer in bad condition.
