Disappointment with the quality of the work through the house. It looked rushed and sloppy. Have had a difficult time having them come out to complete the rest of the stuff that was not completed before closing.

Had a horrible experience from the point of closing. Lot of pending issues on the closing day - no communication/update on when those pending issues will be addressed. I understand the supply chain issues, but even the communication on acknowledging open issues has been horrible. Only grace is the support team who at least are now communicating once in a while when the update comes. Worst of all - I was asked to submit review/survey on individuals I have worked with during buying/construction/mortgage etc. And my comments were as it is shared with the individual and now, I am getting ...

One of the worst new home purchases maybe because of Covid-19? I went with Pulte because of the name. We are hoping our Pulte home will be a good one for our Family. Worst thing about this purchase was lack in communication from the builder and feeling pressure for us to meet deadlines Pulte imposed on us.Luckily Nick our contractor smoothed all our worries away helping every step of the way! We were completely dissatisfied with our experience. We went with Pulte because my parents had built with them years ago and had a phenomenal experience and we believe that the quality compared to other builders was better. Unforutnately, we had a completely opposite experience and probably will never build with Pulte again. The communication throughout the entire experience was terrible. There were many homes in the neighborhood started way after ours, that moved much more quickly than ours. We believe Pulte oversold and couldn't keep up with their projects. The lack of communication

If our lease wasn't up in our apartment we would not have signed to close. 2 months after the final walk through, we are still missing an electrical plate, we still have 1 wrong outlet in the laundry room that we need to plug in the freezer, a floor tile still has the color and brand printed on it, the bottom trim still has the color of the grout all over the trim and we still don't have the right thermostat in the house. I had such high hopes with the Pulte reputation.

Pulte Homes - We had closing on 1st week of November 2021 until now we requested

We had closing on 1st week of November 2021 until now we requested to install new shower glass door & rods in the bathroom, Kitchen Crown which haven’t installed even single time since closing. In the house many of things left to fix which we are mentioned in many times in emails to field manager but I haven’t got response back from him. Those issues we showed to field manager on closing day as well. I have no idea why he don’t concentrate on those issues. He just solved 1-2 issues only in 5 work orders he created. We paid for all this work then also. We are unsatisfied with his work.

Excellent experience starting with the Sales Associate. As more Pulte people joined the process the same level of excellent service was provided. The Pulte Field Manager and his team are extremely responsive to minor issues we've had since we moved in. Highly recommend Pulte Homes, Mortgage, and Title companies.

There were issues which were noted done during the demo and was promised to be fixed before certain date. However till date those issues are still issues and not yet fixed. No or zero communication/follow ups on those open items. Lack of responsibility in addressing the issues post closing.

This was my third home built within the Pulte Corporation. A very interesting process, since COVID was at its peak. However, this experience seemed more aggressive with certain aspects with the closing process. Just was not accustomed to certain lack of professionalism and communication. But in the end, I was satisfied.

This is my first Pulte Home. When building a new house you are naturally concerned about the builder. Do your homework and you will find Pulte it right up there with the best! I'm thrilled with my new home and I have build 5....all with different builders....

We had a great experience. However, there are a lot of finishes overlooked or rushed. We haven’t been in the house 2 months and we already have along list of issues. There needs to be a person who only works with new home owners for the first few month after close. After close, the project lead is done and customer care isn’t super responsive.

Matt, the sales associate and project manager, Tim, (for the most part) were exceptional to work with. The contractors, not so, and should be held responsible for their poor, sloppy workmanship. There are many items that have to be addressed by Customer Care: most of the door edges were not sanded properly and are rough and sharp, cracks in ceiling spackle, broken window pane, broken window lock. Cheap quality construction, had a sink leak immediately noticed after closing, when asked to be fixed under warranty, I was told to wait for 11 month walk through. I lost the trust in the warranty and overall Pulte.

EVERYTHING is an extra charge!!! Be careful with the upgrades. They are super expensive. If I knew that ahead of time I would not have built with Pulte. I could not get colors or designs that I wanted!

The overall experience I got from Pulte were not good. Sales representative were fine with all my questions and requests. But when it gets to see the quality of work and material you get from Pulte not as what they advertising. I have found many things that are not worked as professional. They are not responsive to the issues I found around the house and reporting them. Overall I was expecting to get good quality of build and material when I am paying a good money for it.
