I don’t trust any of the workmanship of this home. By the time I correct all the unacceptable finishes and workmanship, I’ll have spent $700k. I could have built a better custom home! My old Denver, 1925 bungalow, was quality construction. This is NOT!

Pulte has failed with the quality of the details. There are so many little things wrong it seems that vendors were not supervised and the finishing details were missed all over.

Poor job of painting throughout entire unit. Some walls look as if the paint brush was to dry. Kitchen cabinets as well as some closet doors have some spots, scratches, small cracks, and uneven paint finish. Was not told that top window does not tilt in to wash. How can we wash them especially if it it’s difficult to take screen out. One of the planks on wooden floor is lifting So very disappointed, thought that Poulte had a reputation as a fine builder that is why we bought looks as if that is not the case at least with our unit. Would be helpful if we could get some feedback as to why ...

The walk thru was scheduled too close to the closing. We felt rushed and did not have a great deal of time to adequately look at the condo and any issues that should have been addressed. Not sure why it was scheduled the way that it was.

The sales people are great,design team does great job, building process could be better,in spite of waiting close to 9 months from giving deposit at closing time there are deficits in work and finish quality, once Pulte receives money at closing responsiveness of all vendors in correcting deficits before closing date takes back seat because they are so busy doing work on new homes , I guess Pulte got the money from you so where are you going to go.

Our site manager promose get things done nothing done. Most of houseing numbers W missing.Call something to fix take weeks to fix it.Big pormises no excutions. Customers are furestrated, Front desk lady Gina is very good.

Pulte is very responsive up until they get your money. Poor workmanship and terrible customer service after closing. They are not responsive to the needs of their buyers. Need to go over the house with a fine-tooth comb and demand everything, no matter how small be repaired.

Unable to address simple issues like Shower door installation, laundry room door even after 6 weeks of closing is quite frustrating. The issues raised during final walk through stays pending for 6 weeks and no response / feedback from the construction team to several emails.

Accessibility is good for this community but I see few hiccups during entire process especially loan process with pulte. Home built quickly was not so good. I don’t like bidding concept which is adding more money to the lot and its worthless.

Just about everything in this home was never done correctly the first time. Not to mention I’ve been in my home two months and warranty repairs need to be done. Also, it’s mind boggling that they don’t have a sense of quality control to ensure things are done correctly the first time or in a timely manner. Excuse after excuse has left me in an incomplete home for two months and warranty repairs for leaks and tnings falling apart!

Quality control is an issue. Huge issue. No one is checking the work to make sure done correctly. No one is maintaining containing regarding weathered list. Wished I hadn’t of signed so bonuses were dispersed for those who do work hard. Response from maintenance issues 30 days out from closing...well...still haven’t heard back but website says will in 24-48 hours. It’s been almost 2 weeks now...that speaks for itself.

Wait time on construction was not as told and they did not properly explained the type of land being purchased as it was flat and at the end was a huge slope in back. The construction inside home are all uneven: walls are not straight, outlets are not in lined and some forced in. Missing pieces from carpet to floor tiles. Overall cost of home does not give you the value in material not construction.House was not completely finished upon closing. They just care about the money.
