Crooked walls, AC undersized, yard floods, dead sod, the list could go on forever.

Building a new home during the pandemic was challenging with delays in the delivery date because of supplies. This was understandable but frustrating. The project manager during the build was responsive and provided updates approximately every other week, but as the home was getting closer to completion, the communication was not as timely as I would have expected. Closing dates were changed without informing me; fortunately my mortgage is through Pulte and they were the ones that informed me of the delays. I don't know what the experience would be like if someone had a mortgage with another firm. The overall quality is relatively good, although there are some cutting corners. My fireplace was not installed correctly and there is hardened concrete around some of the pipes and plumbing, and some of the finishing work is sloppy. The front door handle provides no security at all. There is only a deadbolt but the handle itself does not lock and so it forces the homeowner to purchase their own door handle at their expense. The real challenge comes after the closing. Pulte commits to providing responsive customer service and homeowners have access to an online portal to submit their requests for repairs. Unfortunately, requests are merely acknowledged but not addressed in a timely manner. There are several items that were not completed prior to closing and 2 months post-closing, these items remain open. Some are very simple things like providing some extra paint for touch-ups or even just informing the homeowner the make and color of the standard paint so that it can be purchased. These are simple things that should and can be addressed in an email. There are no timeline expectations for repairs and the "on-site" customer service manager seems to be overwhelmed with homeowner requests. It is only when the homeowner makes repeated requests for a repair to be done that someone responds. It seems the focus is on building out the remaining homes in the community, leaving those of us who have already moved in a secondary priority. ... More

From the beginning to the end. We did not have a good experience with Pulte homes. Very very disappointing. So much misinformation and miscommunication. Pulte made promises on things that did not occur. For such a prestige’s home. Pulte did not stand up to their name. Poor quality in workmanship. Poor customer service. So many things still not fixed. Everything was rushed to build the homes. Other homeowners feel the same way.

We have a wonderful experience with the Pulte Team , very professional and responsive … Alex and Phil were with us all through out the process from the start to the closing date also with Pulte Mortgage … Highly recommended... Thank you very much

Pulte need to put more attention in the details, this are not cheap home they need to have luxury finishes

Trim work on the house is the worst ever seen Have been trying to get the workmanship fixed and still waiting

Everything was great; however the communication between our sales manager and project manager was lacking. That could be much improved.

Everything for administrative work went smoothly. However, when it comes to building the house, seems pretty fasted work and the quality wasn’t properly looked at. But the house was great.

I love the floor plan .

Chips on quartz in master bath, stains on wall. Dent on dishwasher.

He is very patient and will listen all you questions and will resolve any issues you may have in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable with all aspects.

Overall the house was ok, but there were a ton of little issues that took over a month to get resolved after our close (even when it was agreed upon at close. The customer care system is useless- open tickets with no follow up for over a month. Thankfully Dave our builder helped us out recently on some issues, but outside of that the whole post-close support is completely useless.

Great building company. Pulte really delivered a quality home when others could not.

There was a lot of promises to enjoy the buying experience of new home. It sure was not a smooth ride. A constant delay, toaany cooks in the kitchen. I had the run around, Pulte mortgage said that the service mortgage and keep it, it was sold another closing, the house was rushed so the company can close in the last quarter, after closing still things to be fixed. The quality of material is not there, I could not add option even when the item is not installed yet. A lot of complaints from everyone in the community about things are done and Pulte being on the board.

We have had a couple of minor issues since we moved in. Pulte rep responded and corrected those issues without undo delay

We found many small issues after we move in. Pulte has been quick to work on my issues. The house quality feels good as well.

Unfortunately when we closed we were promised that everything would be taken care of. Well that certainly was not the case. House was not cleaned, paint on floor , some areas not touched up before move in. Back door is installed wrong. Issue was addressed and then dropped. Requested a warranty issue and nothing was done about it. Very disappointing to say the least.

The overall buying experience was great

We have a beautiful home built in a well designed neighborhood. Pulte’s experience designing and building beautiful neighborhoods and houses shows in this project. Pulte did a good job overcoming supply chain issues throughout the project. The house design is spectacular, the construction appears to be solid. One disappointment is the interior paint finish. This is a luxury level home and nearly every room has poorly done paint. Runs, drips, and void areas. All of these spots were even ‘blue taped’ but somehow were not corrected prior to the closing. In the scheme of things interior paint is fairly minor and can be fixed later. Pulte created a beautifully designed forever home. It is well insulated, graded well to prevent water issues, and all of the plumbing and HVAC is working well. The overall Pulte experience was good. Quality is not great for the price . Need to work on quality and pricing . We found lot of issues and after sales they never look back to solve the issues.

Quality of workmanship could be better. It doesn’t seem that anyone takes pride in the craft that they are doing

Overall great experience to buy home with Pulte

The over all process from buying to watching the home be built was wonderful. Had quite a few hiccups at time of celebration however nothing that want easily corrected. I think the quality of materials could be better for instance the cabinets are not what we expected as an upgrade. But overall experience was wonderful!

Craftsmanship was very sloppy. Examples include window frames that are not straight, painted walls have spots where paint is missing, paint on carpet, flooring has spots that are not sealed to concrete, blobs of grout on shower floor and garage floor, missing door stops.
