Would not recommend Pulte Mortgage company

Pulte mortgage was a nightmare to work with. They were very slow to respond and kept changing what they wanted/needed. I would NEVEr use Pulte mortgage again. Luckily my loan was already sold to a different bank so hopefully I never have to deal with them again. The townhouse itself is nice. I had a few minor issues after moving in that I ended up having to address on my own because I did not get a response back from the builder even though I emailed him multiple times.

Overall I am happy with the purchase of my new home however there’s been little things here n there that I feel could’ve been done better. The paint on the exterior n interior are not good quality, I see chipping already. Interior painting of the house seems to have been rushed in my opinion. Thank you

Your team is doing a great disservice to your organization with their shoddy workmanship, rude behavior and a seemingly transactional approach. In their haste to complete a home in 90 days they are forgetting that at a bare minimum the home must feel good to the occupants when they move in. Cracks in a new home, uneven floors, waviness in walls and corners to name a few have been sighted and reportd. Your construction crew and customer service seem content to pass the customer on between themselves not taking ownership of issues that have been highlighted to them and addressing them ...

In sales, Claire is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, organized, and quick to respond to questions. Our construction manager, Steve went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect in our new home. He's even stopped by to help us figure out a couple of things. The build process went extremely smoothly thanks to these two individuals. My husband and I are really pleased with our new home.

Overall process was straightforward. The mortgage process was also efficient and teams have been responsive. Did have quite a few issues post closing, including scratched materials, ringer for doorbell not working and windows that had to be replaced. But were all addressed in a timely fashion. Only remaining issue that is quite bothersome is that workers and random vendors keep coming to our house and walking on and though our property despite having financed the closing process.

I recently purchased my first Pulte home. From the beginning, our sales person was great to work with . Andrew spent so much time with us in making sure that we got wanted and went above and beyond to work on additional requests. Our site manager Bryan is incredible. He was very responsive and made sure that every issue we had was taken care of, even finding issues that we had missed. We have truly enjoyed working with both Andrew and Bryan. After living here for a month, I realized the material used to build my unit is very cheap and low quality. The flooring carpet specially is really bad installed. Doors are low quality. No very happy with the unit in overall. I have submitted 4 service tickets so far in less than a month. I know that this unit will need a lot of work after a few years which it shouldnt be since it's a new brand construction.
