All of the on-site customer-facing representatives for Pulte were first rate--absolutely superb! Wish we could say the same for the behind the scenes characters who moved up our closing date by a month, costing us thousands of out-of-pocket dollars we weren't anticipating to have to pay.

Takes way to long to have problems adressed

Post office installed the mail towers and not have mail box in front of each house anymore. Pulte assigned the mailbox far away from my house even there are three mail towers by my house. When I choose the lot, the mailbox location was included under the decision. However, this becomes a problem, pulte construction team, home association, post office, all kicked me here and there. None of them plan to solve the problem. I believe HOA is responsible for this.

The home buying experience was great - but now that I’m in my new home- huge disappointment- light fixtures have detached from ceiling and I haven’t gotten a response from Warranty people in a week— worse yet roaches were in my residence after carpet was placed- I thought issue would be resolved—- I have an infestation- probably due to a dumpster overflowing with trash next door that has been a hazard for over a month— HELP!

The purchase and selection process was excellent. When it came to the actual home build, my wife and I were surprised at the lack of attention to detail by most of the trades. Multiple items needed to be fixed prior to our closing date. We have been in our home for almost six weeks and there are still multiple items that have not been resolved. We are also constantly cleaning paint drips and paint smears off of our floor from when the walls and trim was painted inside the home. The amount of paint that is also on our siding from the trim being painted is creating a lot of additional work for us in a brand new home, which has been disappointing and time consuming. Poor workmanship in many areas discovered after moving in. No follow up on repairs.

This builder has nice designs and floor plans.

Wendy was by far the most responsive and customer friendly of your team.

New buyers will make their own discoveries. Office people were superior, very helpful and field managers were helpful, but some construction and material was not not what I expected from a Pulte build.

Overall, everything has been a great experience but will say once they give you the keys you are going to wait a long time to get pending issues resolved.

Over all , it's alright, but needs to concentrate more on finishing touches.

The sales and design process was great. Sales team upfront and helped with many issues. You have to do your research with design phase but Pulte has a good website that really helps. They have a design meeting that helps pull everything together. Things did not go as well with final stage of building. Up to the last few weeks things seemed to go as planned. During the last few weeks there was a rush to complete. We offered to delay closing but we’re told Pulte management did not want to do that. Unfortunately we agreed and our home was not completed at time of closing. It has been a constant battle to get things done. I waited to give this review to see if things got better. It is now over 30 days past closing and we still have several work orders outstanding. Most seem like small issues but it makes us wonder about quality of thing we cannot see. ... More

Our Construction Manager , Jon was a great ambassador for Pulte. …Cory as well. Workmanship was very disappointing for this price point

Response time for assistance is slow. The quality of materials and workmanship is average. I like the subdivision and town which is why I invested

Love the house and the community. When I call in for things that need repair they stay on top of it.

Overall experience was good.

i had good bad and ugly experience with Pulte so far. It is been a roller coaster ride and i hope it changes.

The builder site supervisor was great! There were some building practices where the workers were messy and didn’t care about going the whole nine yards to do it in the best way possible.

We love our New Model Home! We are new to the area of Johns Island Charleston, we are from upstate N.Y. The Craftmanship of Pulte is Outstanding!! We are very happy we decided on The Arbors!

Not really one of the best builders around. People on the company not really customer service focus “think more and company than customers. Field manager “tony” hreat worker and person.

This builder did a good job.
