Dominic Gilbert was great. Great follow up and attention to details. Kevin the lead Sales Executive was great as well. Everyone else I dealt with was below par especially the team around the loan. If I had to do it again I wouldn't go thru Pulte. .

Location is great. Ask a lot of questions. No one person at Pulte will have the answers. I got burnt on my new refrig appliance, Samsung, kept blowing the fuse. Someone was to suppose to tell me about this before I moved in that Samsung and Pulte don't go together.

There are some major issue where during the construction. Our Master bathroom shower is not leveled correctly and water does not drain. in a month, issue has not been fixed yet and it seems they will need to rebuild half of the shower in order to fix it ;(

We love our house! The communication was great with the sales person Lamar. Building took 10 months from the time we bought in December to closing end of October. Construction manager was good. I wish we would’ve had more communication that sod was being laid vs not being told at all, although it was great to get it in (they needed someone home to get in garage for irrigation so would’ve been nice to have known). A little sloppy with painting, our floors were covered in splatter. We requested someone come clean it off and they didn’t get it all so I’ll need to request it again. I feel like ...

Started great but with Covid we were pushed back seven times. Now we have struggled to get things finished even though we have lived here over a month. Overall the house is amazing but getting things buttoned up has been a slow process for us

The electricity in the garage does not work, the water heater does not work, there are no mosquito nets on the windows. the doors are made of paper, the walls of cardboard. The neighborhood is unsafe, cars are stolen all the time and people enter the neighborhood because there are no bars and they leave the gates open. a disaster everything

Pulte are really good with their commitment. They take responsibility for the things they deliver. A few things that we don't like about was the charges they do have onto the upgrade options. They do provide the time frame for the closing which is really almost 4 months which really doesn't help if you are renting the apartment in your current situation. And qualities wise they always talk about the Pulte standards if you really find any defect or something that you really don't like with them.

Stay on top of them. Promises at times fall short, then it is dropped into the warranty department to address items that should have been completed the first time. Do a thorough walk through. Take your time. Recommend pushing for an escrow if item are not correct prior to closing.

When choosing to build again, it will not be with Pulte. The quality of materials aren’t very good. They rush things together. There are still things I’m trying to get fixed in my home.

Overall we love our home because it’s our home but the buying process with Pulte was painful, stressful and not pleasant. There were many times we wondered if we made the right decision. The contractors are just sloppy with their work and the sales people are completely untrustworthy. If the customer experience was better, they’d really be at the top of the game because the home designs are beautiful. Purchase with caution and just know what you’re getting into.

We appreciate that we were able to move into our new house; however, many items were not completed upon closing. The builder has not been responsive to the work promised, and now we have to go through the warranty process. Lastly, the builder did not include the option of purchasing a refrigerator.
