The "celebration walk" and the closing date is too short, the list to fix things identified during the walk was not 100% completed but we still have to check the "complete to my satisfaction" in order to have the closing signed and we can moving in a.s.a.p. I still have 2 issues not solve yet after the closing. For seniors not familiar with online app from the computer, don't expect help from the foreman to solve these issues for you, even a simple ones. The responsiveness to the issues after closing is almost none.

Quality construction but major issues with service requests and completion of items promised before closing.

Field managers tell you what you want to hear but do not follow through with service requests. Multiple items that should have been taken care of before closing were not and still are not 3 months later. COVID has caused some understandable delays but the company is not up front with communication and realistic time frames. Also no one is managing the many companies involved during the move in period and the homeowner is left to fend for themselves, to keep on top of contractors to complete a task.

Do not follow through with fixing issues with your home

Over all I am happy to have a home but they rush yo build the home and are sloppy with there craftsmanship. When we walkthrough the home with the site manager, he tells us to mark area with red tape and they will come back and fix it. They never fix it but the removed the tape as if they did. The site manager rushed us to fill out a survey. Saying the home was complete. He kept bothering us to fill it out. Once I filled it out. I didn’t hear anything back for him. We still have problems with the home. I font know what to do

I submitted a review. Guess If you don’t have all 100 % positive words it gets rejected and says contains legally sensitive content so therefore won’t be found anymore reviews. My mom isn’t happy that she spend 3000 for an unsafe service door.

Working through the warranty process for some things that have needed fixing and it is taking a long time to get fixed. There is a lack of communication and I am having to consistently follow up.

We have an issue with mud. Mud from the lot next to us is flooding over to our lot. The mud is about 1 and a half to 2ft deep. It runs the length of our backyard. This mud patch never dries. It is a very very bad smelling mud. 100% because of improper containment and barrier of adjacent lot that is not built yet. This has caused a nightmare for us when our two dogs go out to do their business.They are tracking mud and sand back in to the house everyday. unresolved issues still pending and we also found a dead bird In the furnace. The dead bird caused furnace leaking issues in the basement for 2 weeks.

We heard Pulte is a big company and we thought the process of the house construction will be customizable so that we can choose what we need, but the process we went through is different. Pulte has very strict rules in terms of alterations we can perform.m, that made us difficult to build the home we dreamed. Pulte has very strict rules in selecting the structural options, once we selected in the starting that we can’t change after couple of weeks. Overall, Pulte has to change according to the buyers taste.

We started our new build not knowing how everything works. We quickly learned there are many limitations with buying a “spec” house. There are many items, large and small, that you cannot change even if construction has not started. I wish Pulte took more time to inform us of these details.

It is really funny that they erected the dry wall in two days and then took 2.5 months to fix the errors made in dry wall. Though the errors were corrected after fight, I wasted lot of time in follwoing this up. There is no gaurantee that the higher up will listen to you. If you are new home owner, make sure that you inspect every day progress. If you don't, they will work on their own and dump on you. Overall, I got home, nice and clean; but I after LOTS of affords.

While watching the building experience was enjoyable the continual issues we continue to have has not been. There has been a lot of pointing the finger when is comes to the repairs that need to be done. Most of which were addressed prior to closing. We have major drainage issues and I’ve reported this numerous times along with pictures and nothing has been resolved. Actually I’m getting ready to email Joy again. Not satisfied!

Dale and Chris were both responsive to our requests. The mortgage company and Title company were both very good. Drywall contractor in particular was not up to snuff. After move in the warranty call center process left much to be desired. Concrete contractor got concrete splatters on the Allura siding. Getting that corrected has been a lot of hoop jumping. Down spout underground drain pipe are too small and on heavy rains the downspout shoots water like old faithful. Spreading mulch everywhere.... In process of repair.

We still have issues reaching out to the people that were supposed to complete The work at our home we were promised a prompt response to resolve this issues such As the a/c Not reaching master bedroom, garage door interior not completed, exterior wall stucco has a whole that may allow critters to enter the structure, there was a door delivered right before closing that was not painted completely, etc... it is unfortunate to have to leave such a bad review to a very prestigious company we feel deceived and tricked as one of the project managers assured us that this issues would be resolved ...

The buying process, NOT SO GOOD ( Lance) lack of information on optional and details. Did not provide all options which changed our buying process and the things we WANTED to select. Mike on the other hands as the saving Grace to keeping us in the house. He’s one of the best representatives we’ve ever worked with. He top notch and knows his craft. We had great experiences with our sales agent and field supervisor. Steve, our field rep, was especially good--went the extra mile to ensure our concerns were addressed to the best of his ability. However, not even his best efforts could overcome the carelessness and sloppiness of the construction crew, and a handoff issue at the design center has caused disappointment and ongoing frustration. Post-sales/warranty support has been disappointing. It's taken multiple attempts and constant follow-up to get the remaining issues addressed. It's not a bad house, but if you buy here--do frequent ...

Home is nice and seems decently built. But when issues were found during final walkthrough the repairs were done quickly and improperly. Also quite a bit of the finishing work looks like it was done be a novice and never inspected. For the price I would expect better craftsmanship.
