Great customer service. Love my new townhome

We are the lucky buyers of a quick-close home that had already been configured by another buyer. Although we did not go through the full customization process, Pulte treated us well and we are happy with the new home. We did have some difficulty working with their in-house mortgage team and ultimately had to go with an outside lender. Other than these hiccups with Pulte Mortgage, we are very pleased.

Quality of workmanship & materials: We are really happy my wife and me. We are just waiting Adam fix some things in our home like the ventilation panel garage and other few things Adam already know.

Ok ok type, but this builder are on time always.

I had an overall excellent experience buying my home through Pulte. Initially I prepared myself reading through other online experiences, some good and some bad, but my personal experience was excellent. I attribute this to the abundance of accountability that everyone I worked with at Pulte had. From our Sales Team Contact Dennis to our Field Manager Robert, it felt as though everyone wanted my experience to go as smoothly as possible. I felt as though I had someone with my best interest at heart on every step of the way. My field manager Dustin was excellent.

Stay in touch with your superintendent. I am in my home almost 2 months and I have never met or spoken to mine. Received only one response during the build

Many items were left incomplete, even though promised, the week of closing and remain that way a month later. We should have held out and made Pulte live up to their end of the contract.

Shoddy workmanship. Tile is not level, molding around all the doors was cut too short and filled in with caulk. Some of the molding around kitchen island is unpainted. Missing grout in grout lines on floor. It looks like nobody cared about their workmanship.

I am very please with my new home and the professionalism of everyone involved.

Communication during the building process has been a huge issue. When we pointed out poor workmanship throughout the process, we often got kickback or we felt we were a bother to the building supervisor. Our house is beautiful, but we constantly finding issues with poor workmanship and we get little or no response from building supervisor. After talking to neighbors that claimed to have the same issues we discovered we were often lied to (they fixed things at their house we were told nothing could be done vise versa)

The builder was willing to fix every wrong that was pointed out. The builder made sure to update us on the different phases of construction.

DO NOT close on house until ALL issues are taken care of, Once you are in, good luck getting anything fixed. The appointments that are made, NO body shows up. I guess we'll see pretty soon how the " Warranty" side picks up after 30 days. Their Web site where you go to put problems wouldn't take our pictures.Buyer beware

This has been the worst experience ever & I’m so disappointed in my new home. I went from super excited to experiencing the worst disappointment of my life. The worst decision ever. I wish I went with a different Company!!!!!

Great neighborhood and location, but builder needs to focus on contractors quality of workmanship.

Trust is a good word to use for every aspect of building a new home. Pulte earned our trust in every aspect of the process. Design, construction, and financing . Looking back to our first visit at the model when we found exactly what we wanted , that is what we have now. Two thumbs up For Pulte

Very good builder had good experience

My experience with Pulte was okay, the house meet our expectations. However, they need to work on their communication and update on the building progress.

This builder was very easy to work with. They did a great job addressing all of my concerns.

Would not build with Pulte again. Many of the subcontractors did poor quality work and much of it had to be done redone several times. Significant issues remain 30 days after closing.

We love the people who serviced us from Hanna in the Sales Center To Tommy and his construction crew to Jason after the closing !!

The price and locality is good with good schools.

Not very happy with the quality already. Already showing signs of not being a well built house.
