It started with my Pulte realtor. No help, no updates, nothing as we lived out of state. At that point I should have known how this was going to go. We closed all cash even before our house was even inspected properly. We had no kitchen faucet, no mirrors in our bathrooms, our shower had no glass and worst of all the insulation wasn’t even done in our attic spaces. All this was done after we started moving in. We have now been in our house for almost 60 days and the list of things we found during our walk through are still not even close to being done. I have been told numerous times by the field manager that I will be there or someone will be there and nothing time after time. This is the 2nd survey I have completed and nothing was done after the first one so I’m not expecting any response from this survey either. My husband and I are very pleased with our Pulte Home.

The sales part of the purchase was incredibly smooth. All the paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner, and the staff at the design center was very attentive and helpful. The construction aspect was not so great. Trying to get anyone's attention regarding build issues or repairs has been difficult; this remained true after closing. Either we get a very delayed response, or no response at all to emails, calls or texts. We're still trying to get help with problems that we pointed out during construction. Our Closing Date changed Day by Day! Never had Final Walk through before we signed! Asked Christian He changed the subject Now Our House is a Mess Inside and Out! The Appliances Pulte made us order are Cheaper than what We paid for! And we're told by Christian quote "Your Lucky You Got Appliances at All!" Still Waiting for those! Were suppose to receive by October 26th sent a text to Christian, haven't heard a word! Even the hood over the cooktop isn't installed right Falling off in the front! Paid for a Higher toilet Did Not get that! Have 2 dents in the kitchen sink! Someone came a couple weeks ago to fix drywall What a joke! 3 areas so far Not completed. Didn't have trim paint, didn't take switch plates off plastered to wall! Need to Fix Again! Need a whole crew who Know and Care about what their job is to have Fixed Correctly! Between the Ceilings,Walls Trim, Doors and Floor will probably take at least a week! Haven't heard a word to seewhat was Done and still needs to be Done! There are Many Neighbors Also Not Happy and are discussing going to the Media and Plain Dealer and News Herald as a Group to Spread the Word How their Customers are being treated after Pulte Gets Their Money! Especially the Quality of Work and Now the Mess it's going to cause when repaired! Should also be responsible for Deep Clean when everything finally gets repaired! Also, our fireplace goes off went to Model and Vanessa gave me a card with the customer care number! Have left 2 messages! Shows how they Care! Still waiting for a call back! Can't hang pictures or curtains because of the Mess created by the dust and sanding to repair the ceilings and walls which should have been corrected before we moved in! ... More

Pulte members always addressed my concerns or issues within reasonable time. They never brushed me off with their busy schedule but took an interest any time I called or texted. I worked with a fantastic team at Pulte Inspiration and I couldn't have completed the process without their patience and willingness to see me through each step of the way.

Pulte homes is a tremendous company, and my wife and I are proud owners of a Pulte home.

After searching for home , I was surprised it was first come first serve and the opportunity to purchase home in reasonable time.

Sales and Title experiences were very good. Building and maintenance management were below expectation. To my surprise the maintenance personnel does not even greet customer (me) when meeting; this was a first. Inflexibility seemed to be a norm. Making promises and not keeping them also seems to be a norn. This was the 3rd Pulte home we purchased. The good experiences with the other two prompted us to go with Pulte. But this management does not compare.

Amazing build, on time and efficient

Building a home in the period of labor and material shortages can be challenging. Combined with almost a whole month of rain in May 2021. The builders, Josh and David are very accommodating in answering my questions. They did a good job and I am pleased with the finish out of the house.

Nick and Brittany are great communicators and project manager that any buyer can hope for. There was a lot of supply chain challenges throughout our home building process. Nick and Brittany have always been very helpful and transparent through every step along the process. The whole building process went smoothly during this challenging period of time. We are very fortunate to have a such professional Pulte team to be in charge of our home purchasing and building process. We would not hesitate to recommend them to the new buyers. Thank you Nick and Brittany for all your hard work!

Courtney, Sales Rep and Tony, Project Manager were great to work with! They were on top of things and went over and above to get back to us quickly and took care of any issues right away. Pulte Mortgage on the other hand was awful. Delayed responses, held us up on answers had to scramble at last minute to find another lender and so therefore we didn't get our pool and now have to pay more money to have hole dug due to fences.

The sales and field teams from Pulte are great. They always answered my questions very quickly. The remote closing experience was also good and they were able to fix small things around the house after the closing.

Excellent sales experience. Weak communications, responsiveness during construction. Closing was delayed three weeks. Lots of items in home still need to be fixed or completed with no repair dates given by Pulte. Pulte's title company was atrocious.

This was our first time building a house and we did encounter a few hiccups along the way. The team worked hard to make sure we are as satisfied as possible. However, there were things, predefined by the builder, such as internal home finishes and layout of appliances etc, that no one could change. Kitchen cabinets, flooring and tile options are outdated and limited, in our opinion, and even you pay for upgrades you are not getting what you want. I understand they need to build fast and availability of materials is scarce but honestly, some of the finishes are from the early 2000s. In addition, Pulte has multiple communities with a variety of included and not included options such as fireplaces, turf, whole house humidifier, etc. It is hard even for the employees to keep track what is included in certain communities, let alone the buyer. It would be nice to get a list of what is included as standard while you are building so it would be easier to check your selected options. We are yet to find out how long everything lasts. May be I will update the review in few years. ... More
