Well kept and reasonably quiet.

Overall positive experience with typical build quality issues for mass-market homebuilder.

Bruce Wilkins and Karen Richardson did a great job with us. Bruce did everything we asked of him and more! The mortgage group needs a little work. Seems like we were also providing the same information on applications. Pultie is so big that the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing.

I love pulte. This is my second home with them and plan on buying in the future. I do wish some of the trades people were evaluated as some rookie mistakes were made. In saying that, other vendors did remarkable work ( tile guy) I also stopped getting responses from my pm with open ended issues. (Plumbing and damage caused by Plumber) Other then that, I plan on building again. Your process is the golden standard and enjoy your product.

Thoughts on entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in The Good: On-schedule handover of house; Responsive construction manager; generally good quality structural materials The Bad; Value - every option is charged at box store retail price; work quality of specific trades can be subpar 2. Quality and value of home External wall insulation can have higher R value; Some degree of oversight from owner-to-be necessary due to occasional quality concerns of some trades; Average value due to high cost of most options 3. Build process was good, however several items were installed wrong by tile company and painters had a lot of paint overspray on items throughout house. Had to have Pulte replace all the carpets after we closed because of paint overspray on carpets. Have several other small issues but are currently 7 weeks after closing and cant get anyone to come to repair them.

overall was a good 3xperience, had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to postpone my closing due to contingency home contract fall apart, also the workmanship is not as good as other builders at least on the finishes and some structural, responsiveness to the issues I have is not good, still have issues and warranty request was put over a month now and nothing done

As of right now my 30 day to do list is still not completed from the contractor I was scheduled mid December and had very little work completed between the two days. Now rescheduled for January 22. Don’t know why I get pushed back a later date. Just completed it PULTE and I will give you all five stars. Rich has been awesome....

fast response but small issues at home

This is my third Pulte home. I would have liked to have seen more flexibility with choices and changes. For example, we wanted to make a change to the tile on top of our spa, after the home was started, and we were told no. The pool company was willing to make the change since it was started....but Pulte sales said no. Pulte needs to be more flexible and offer some higher quality upgrades.

The finishes in the home are beautiful. However, sometimes it feels like shortcuts were taken in other areas of the home in order to produce quantity over quality.

sales great, mortgage and insurance great. Working to complete the unfinished work a problem and some areas poor attention to detail.

I was an out of state buyer, from loan application processing to payments to electronic signatures of contract - all were done through online/remote experience. Excellent Technology and Systems to enable contactless buying experience during Covid-19 period.

Overall very happy however some options were not made clear what the impact would be on the final design and once the purchase agreement is signed the level of customer service declines. Make sure to do all your negotiations prior to signing.

Communication about home was lacking at times throughout the process. Numerous issues, mostly minor, but still issues with workmanship. Poorly painted walls, caulking, drywall. Seems rushed and lacking attention to detail

Thoroughly inspect home prior to closing. Have any issues addressed during the building process and before closing. Even though there is a warranty, it is much easier to have any visible issues corrected before moving in to your new home rather than afterwards. Think the quality of the finish work needs to be improved and work of contractors monitored more closely (especially tile contractors, drywall contractors, and finish (trim, paint) and held to a higher standard.

Selection process was great, manager was ver responsive to issues

The materials quality for some parts are really not worth the price, and the plumber doesn't show with his/her appointment on day.

Don’t ask for same documents several time by the mortgage people.

Work list was not completed before closing. Calls to realtor and title company were not returned after closing.

Great place to call home in a Pulte built house.

The house is leaking less than 30 days after closing and the heat system is not working in just 30 days.

Workmanship was inferior. Structural, plumbing and electrical areas were missed. Homeowners had to notify construction team of concerns. Trades were careless.
