The entire staff and team was transparent and attentive throughout the building and sales process. All of our inquires were answered in a timely manner. Very happy with the outcome.

Pulte proved to be a solid builder who provided a great product. I wish communication was a little better throughout the process and that the subcontractors were supervised closer, however I would happily buy another home from Pulte.

This was my third home built within the Pulte Corporation. A very interesting process, since COVID was at its peak. However, this experience seemed more aggressive with certain aspects with the closing process. Just was not accustomed to certain lack of professionalism and communication. But in the end, I was satisfied.

The Pulte team was always very accommodating and helpful. Even in the midst of crazy shortages and higher than normal markets.

Enjoyed our experience working with Pulte! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new build.

This is my first Pulte Home. When building a new house you are naturally concerned about the builder. Do your homework and you will find Pulte it right up there with the best! I'm thrilled with my new home and I have build 5....all with different builders....

We had a great experience. However, there are a lot of finishes overlooked or rushed. We haven’t been in the house 2 months and we already have along list of issues. There needs to be a person who only works with new home owners for the first few month after close. After close, the project lead is done and customer care isn’t super responsive.

Matt, the sales associate and project manager, Tim, (for the most part) were exceptional to work with. The contractors, not so, and should be held responsible for their poor, sloppy workmanship. There are many items that have to be addressed by Customer Care: most of the door edges were not sanded properly and are rough and sharp, cracks in ceiling spackle, broken window pane, broken window lock. In regards to our upgraded kitchen: chips in quartz counter top, damaged cabinet doors that need replacement, improper alignment of cabinet doors, shelf supports left out. In our upgraded Laundry Room: Cabinet doors are scratched and need to be replaced. In the Master Shower: cracked floor tile and corner shelf, grout fell out around shower base while showering. The list goes on. Our upgraded hardwood floors still needs to have the saddle replaced between the laundry room and garage entry foyer. It does not match the upgraded flooring. We were told the white garage door is temporary and will be replaced as they ran out of the beige garage doors. A garage door needed to be on for the closing. Yet across the street where they are finishing up on construction, their doors are beige. We want the correct color garage door like everyone else in the community, the beige colored one. All the trim outside the front door needs to be filled in and painted. It was never completed before the closing. We haven't even gotten to the second floor to address any issues as we are still settling in on the first floor living area. These units were rushed to completion to meet sales goals. After you move in the last thing you need is to be disrupted by workmen who have to correct other contractors poor workmanship. Paying this much money for a home, we expect it to be properly built and without so many issues after closing. We know there can be issues with a new construction, but many of these issues should have been addressed before closing. The project manager should have done a final inspection without us before the closing and addressed many of the issues that could been clearly seen. That did not happen. We had about an hour to inspect the house before we closed as the house was still being worked on. No new homeowner should have to be faced with so many issues and then getting them addressed. In closing, we are very disappointed at they way we found the house after the closing. We were assured the house would be cleaned as well as the windows, not so. Our hope that is all the issues especially on all the upgrades we paid for will be completed and corrected in a timely manner and don't have to keep sending emails and texts to Rick Semple to line up the cabinet team, the floor team, the tile team, the plumber, etc. to get the issues fixed. Today, the handymen are here working on some of the issues that they can correct. Heating and AC people are also coming as the house is very cold downstairs and very hot upstairs. Cannot use the powder room as it is so cold in there. Rick needs to set up the contractors to correct so many of the issues that the handymen said they cannot do. They are doing a good job today on what they are correcting. As I explained to Rick, I am having major surgery at the beginning of February and need to have as much corrected before then. We hope you will respond to this review. We cannot write a great review at this time but will write another one when all issues have been corrected. Cheap quality construction, had a sink leak immediately noticed after closing, when asked to be fixed under warranty, I was told to wait for 11 month walk through. I lost the trust in the warranty and overall Pulte.

EVERYTHING is an extra charge!!! Be careful with the upgrades. They are super expensive. If I knew that ahead of time I would not have built with Pulte. I could not get colors or designs that I wanted!

Substandard materials used, poor Build quality Better look for other options than investing with Pulte homes Had to Close almost unfinished / sub standard home.

The overall experience I got from Pulte were not good. Sales representative were fine with all my questions and requests. But when it gets to see the quality of work and material you get from Pulte not as what they advertising. I have found many things that are not worked as professional. They are not responsive to the issues I found around the house and reporting them. Overall I was expecting to get good quality of build and material when I am paying a good money for it.

Closing date was postponed again and again. Feels like that the closing documents was not prepared when setting up a closing date.

House closed on time.

Seller person it was asome, all the process was kind the stressfull but it is what it is im very gratefull of Pulte Team

Selected items were being discontinued before we even got started on the build and I highly recommend you read and verify everything! Two of our design selections were noted correctly but put on the change order incorrectly and once you initial the charge order you’re stuck with it whether you like it or not.

Everyone that I worked with during my experience building my house was helpful, responsive and professional. It is evident that Pulte takes pride in what they do and only hire people who present that to the customer. Pulte builds quality homes. I really enjoyed being made up to date on progress throughout the experience any changes that needed to be made along the way were easy and smooth. This is my long term home, but if I ever choose to build another home, I would not hesitate to work with Pulte.

Very friendly, friendly and professional

For now the only thing that is bothering me is the front door. The black paint is coming off since day one and now it’s an eyesore. Apparently this can’t be fixed till spring … which is kinda absurd as we have to live with this eyesore till spring !

Unresolved issues remain even now

The communications and differences between sales, construction management and post delivery support are significant. The sales rep was very responsive and great to deal with. Construction management was unresponsive and avoided taking ownership of issue resolution. Post delivery support is responsive and working to address open issues.

The builders at Pulte homes have great quality of craftsmanship, they are honest, they care about their home buyers, and they respond to any issues as soon as possible. They are very professional when it comes to explaining the process of building the house from the initial process of the house to the design center meeting, the pre-drywall meeting, the celebration meeting, and the final closing.

Great selection of materials, options, and upgrades.

Pulte is very responsive and willing to work with your personal needs/timelines. We were very pleased with the process and happy with our new home!
