Post move in issues not resolved in a timely manner ( it’s been 7 weeks). Promises of services for specific day have been no shows on numerous occasions. It would be nice to have our home finished so we boyish complete our move in. Hint - don’t close until everything is complete!

In general it is a good builder, just the final details are the issue, for example: some cabinets were damaged during installation, the kitchen hood, good news is the builder is helping and fixing the issues, really slowly, but they are taking care.

Pulte Homes in 2021 has had great demand in the area of Hopkinton, MA, hence the bidding process went to a whole new level. We ended up paying a premium for that, and had barely any time to go over our options for upgrades. The Upgrades were insanely priced not at all worth the money they quoted. The rude and arrogant sales agents at Legacy Farms didn't make it any easier. Up until the last min we were going through so much stress of not getting the correct or enough information, which in hindsight wasn't worth it. We still have outstanding issues for our home, but no idea when they will get resolved as we don't get any updates on the tickets or concerns we report. ... More

To start, the house still is not complete. We’re been lied to at every stage of the building process. The quality of work is garbage. Parts of the house have literally started falling apart within 1-2 weeks of moving in. No one ever comes to fix the issues. My building manager, Blake, was unable to tell the truth or had no idea what he was doing. I could go on and on but I’m working and this isn’t worth my time.

Builder did what they promised.

Make sure you get your price in writing, and signed. I was given a price, paid my deposit, then got a call the next day saying they were increasing the price by $10k, take it or leave it. Since they never countersigned, they had a legal right to do this and they would not budge. Clearly, profits took priority over customer service and integrity.

Be prepared not to request building changes to the contract once the building agreement is signed. Get it done upfront to the best of your ability.

Many finishes look hastily installed. In 6 weeks since ownership only a few issues have been resolved and we keep finding more problems.

Pulte Homes made it easy for us along the way! This was our first home buying experience, let alone the fact that we decided to build! We never felt overwhelmed or stressed. Pulte made communication a priority and we couldn’t have been happier with our sales consultant and builder. They made us feel spoiled through the process. Very happy with our experience!

Service getting delayed for seat installation

When I had questions, someone always got back to me. Either by email or phone. Or text. Also repairs or issues Katie, Mike W. and Norm L were very responsive and helpful to resolve the issues. I really appreciated their help and suggestions. Thank you.

Things started to break already within a month.

Overall good experience, frustrated by all of the delays but understood the causes

Security issues front porch..no sensors on garage lights outside..no follow up after completion..i.e. outside cleanliness of brick appearance..not working with home owner on what they want..i.e. wanted subfloor laid down underneath hard wood flooring..was not an option even tho we told them we would pay for the subfloor..now subfloor shakes when u walk on it..if I am in the bedroom I can feel the floor shaking if someone is walking in the great room..I feel if someone wants an option and r willing to pay for it why wouldn't it be considered..

The Pulte Team was exceptional and very responsive to questions. They listen and genuinely want home buyers to be excited and thrilled with their new home.

Solid 3/5 not more not less.

Pulte Homes created a great process from the start (Sales with Sherri M); working with its construction project managers (Jake K, Justin H, & Michael S) along with the quality and professionalism of its workforce. The process worked well and we are thrilled with the end result which is a beautifully designed and well-built home. Thank you all very much!

I don’t trust any of the workmanship of this home. By the time I correct all the unacceptable finishes and workmanship, I’ll have spent $700k. I could have built a better custom home! My old Denver, 1925 bungalow, was quality construction. This is NOT!

Pulte has failed with the quality of the details. There are so many little things wrong it seems that vendors were not supervised and the finishing details were missed all over.

Poor job of painting throughout entire unit. Some walls look as if the paint brush was to dry. Kitchen cabinets as well as some closet doors have some spots, scratches, small cracks, and uneven paint finish. Was not told that top window does not tilt in to wash. How can we wash them especially if it it’s difficult to take screen out. One of the planks on wooden floor is lifting So very disappointed, thought that Poulte had a reputation as a fine builder that is why we bought looks as if that is not the case at least with our unit. Would be helpful if we could get some feedback as to why this happened (where they short of help and had to rush to finish) ... More

The walk thru was scheduled too close to the closing. We felt rushed and did not have a great deal of time to adequately look at the condo and any issues that should have been addressed. Not sure why it was scheduled the way that it was.

The sales people are great,design team does great job, building process could be better,in spite of waiting close to 9 months from giving deposit at closing time there are deficits in work and finish quality, once Pulte receives money at closing responsiveness of all vendors in correcting deficits before closing date takes back seat because they are so busy doing work on new homes , I guess Pulte got the money from you so where are you going to go.

There was a general lack of attention to detail in the quality of the houses that resulted in more warranty claims than I expected.

Everything is comfortable and good conditions.
